본 논문은 상향식 현저함 모델을 이용하여 입력 영상으로부터 시각적 주의를 갖는 영역들을 자동으로 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 인간의 시각 시스템과 같이 사전 지식 없이 시각정보의 공간적인 분포에 근거하여 장면을 해석하는 상향식 현저함 모델 방법을 입력 영상에 적용하여 관심 물체 영역을 검출하는 연구이다. 상향식 현저함 방법은 Treisman의 세부특징이론 연구에서 제시한 바와 같이 시각적 주의를 갖는 영역은 시각정보의 현격한 대비차이를 가지는 영역으로 집중되어 배경에서 관심영역을 구분할 수 있다. 입력 영상에서 현저함 모델을 통해 3차원 현저함 맵을 생성한다. 그리고 생성된 현저함 맵으로부터 실제 관심영역들을 검출하기 위해 제안한 방법에서는 적응적 임계치 방법을 적용하여 관심영역을 검출한다. 제안한 방법을 관심영역 분할에 적용한 결과, 영역 분할 정확도 및 정밀도가 약 88%와 89%로 제시되어 관심 영상분할 시스템에 적용이 가능함을 알 수 있다.

Change of Zoning Regulations in district unit plans calls for improving development benefits through upzoning rather than harmonious worldwide development. The purpose of this study is to examine the floor area ratio incentive system according to un-zoning in district units plan, and to suggest criteria to secure publicness. In order to derive methods to secure district unit plan publicness in Busan Metropolitan City, the ratio of securing public facilities through upzoning was examined. A comparative analysis of land price rate in the entire city versus the use district suggests that it is possible to secure 10 to 15% of public facilities. In this study, 10% of the project site was applied to secure public facilities, and it produced upgraded publicness.

The current study empirically tests the mediating effects of political skills on the relationship between proactive personality and upward influence. In this study, we attempted to mitigate common method bias by collecting data from two sources. 275 pairs of returned questionnaires were utilized to verify the hypotheses. According to the hierarchical regression, proactive personality and 4 political skills have impact on upward influence positively. proactive personality was positively related to political skills. In addition social astuteness, interpersonal influence and apparent sincerity mediate relationship between proactive personality and upward influence. but networking ability does not have mediating effect. Based on these results, implications and limitations of this study arediscussed and future research direction are suggested.

In this paper, we has designed and implemented Up-converter for K-band with high IMD3 performance using balanced power amplifier. It is consisted of PA module and, Local Oscillator module with reject Filter, mixer module and If block, and Up-converter has a local loop path to decide whether it operate or not and has the sensing port to inspect output power level. According to the power budget of designed Up-converter, K-band balanced power amplifier was fabricated by commercial MMIC. Measurement results of up-converter show about 40dB Gain, PldB of 29dBm and OIP3 was 38.25dBm, that is good performance compared to power budgets. We has adjusted gate voltage of MMIC to control more than 30 dB gain. This up-converter was used in transceiver for PTP and PTMP, and applied to digital communication system that use QAM and QPSK modulation.

In the APON(ATM Passive Optical Network), the transmission of the upstream traffic is based on a TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) method that an OLT(Optical Line Termination) permits ONUs(Optical Network Units) sending cells by allocating time slots. Because the upstream is not a streaming mode, the cell synchronizer has to be operated in the burst mode. Also, the cell phase monitor is required to prevent collisions between cells which are transmitted by multiple ONUs through a single optical fiber. In this paper, a TDMA burst cell synchroniser is implemented with the FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) being used in the APON based on G.983.1 for transmitting upstream cells. It has two main functions which are the upstream data recovery and the phase monitoring. The former is to recover the upstream data and clock in the OLT by seeking the preamble which is the overhead of the upstream time slot and by aligning the phase of the bit and cell with the system clock. The latter is to provide the information to the ONU to compensate for the equalization delay by monitoring continuously the phase difference between adjacent cells to avoid the cell collision on the upstream.

This study examined the determinants of change in residential size according to the patterns of residential mobility in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. Particularly, this study examined the upward and downward in residential size, which is emerging as an important factor in the era of increasing non-face-to-face environment. For the empirical analysis, I used 「2018 Korea Housing Survey」 and employed binary logistic regression model. The empirical analysis shows the change of residential size is statistically significant depending on the direction of geographic. In addition, there are differences in the determinants of change in residential size. When people move within Seoul, housing factors, accessibility, age of residents, and the number of household members can be the determinants. When people move from Seoul to Gyeonggi or Incheon, housing factors, safety, gender, and the number of household members work as determinants. On the other hand, when moving from Gyeonggi or Incheon to Seoul, whether it is studio or not, housing type, accessibility, the number of household members, and the disability of homeownership are the determinants. When moving within Gyeonggi or Incheon, housing factors, Accessibility to green areas, safety, age of resident, income, and the number of household members, are the determinants.

재정경제부는 지난 4월 28일 정부계약제도 개선안을 확정하고 29일부터 1천억원 이상 대형공사를 제외한 공공공사의 낙찰 하한율을 동전보다 2.8$\~$10$\%$ 상향조정토록 한 적격심사기준을 개정했다. 또 10억원 미만 소규모 시설공사는 시공실적을 평가하는 한편 기존업체와의 역차별을 해소하기 위해 시공실적에 가산점을 부여하게 된다.
