Although German Neo-expressionism and Chinese modern ink painting are separated by thousands of miles in geographical space, they have a similar origin time, and there are many commonalities between them. In the aspect of creative attitude, artists of both styles can absorb and resist foreign styles, return to the past and conquer the tradition. In the aspect of formal expression, the objects of both paintings are representational rather than realistic, and the material characteristics of the media are emphasized. At the inner spiritual level, both expressionism and modern ink painting pay attention to social concern, and show the uncertainty of postmodernism together. The commonality between German neo-expressionism and Chinese modern ink painting does not mean to eliminate the difference, but to maintain the coexistence of difference and commonality.

There are ATC (Automatic Train Control), ATP (Automatic Train Protection), ATS (Automatic Train Stop) and ATO (Automatic Train Operation) etc. in train control systems. As various train control systems are installed according to sections, on-board signaling systems are installed to apply to the section. Hence, operation flexibility of trains is decreased. In other words, when trains are operated in the section where other train control systems are used, the on-board signaling systems are changed. Recently, a study on the combined on-board signaling system has been researched to solve this problem. The combined on-board signaling system consists of ATC, ATP and ATS device. Because the train control systems are vital, it needs to design the combined on-board signaling system by using k out of n system. In this paper, when k out of n system is applied in the combined on-board signaling system, the reliability and loss cost are analyzed by using failure rate in each device. Hence, the ideal number of systems is presented according to the number of outputs.

『태평경』과 『전경』은 저술된 시기에 있어 큰 차이가 있지만 사회이상의 구상적 측면에서 매우 큰 유사성을 보이고 있어 주목할 만하다. 전체적으로 보았을 때, 태평경이 추구하는 '태평세도'와 『전경』에서 언급된 '후천선경'의 내용은 매우 유사하다. 증산께서는 '해원상생'이라는 구제의 방법을 통해, '후천선경' 혹은 '지상천국'을 실현하고자 하셨는데, 이는 당시 민중의 심리적 요구에 부합되는 것이었다. 이후 대순진리회에서는 '후천선경'을 이루는 것을 종단의 목표로 삼고 있다. 구제 원리의 측면에서 『태평경』은 '해원결'이나 '해승부'를 통해 '삼기상통'(三氣相通)을 이루고자 하는데, 이는 『전경』의 해원상생과 상통하는 면이 있다. 중외고금에서 사회이상 실현을 논하는 측면에서 볼 때, 대부분 유사한 측면을 발견할 수 있는데 이는 대체로 의식에 대한 걱정이 없고, 전쟁과 재해가 사라지며, 백성들이 스스로 만족하며 즐거워한다는 것이다. 그리고 그 중에서도 특히 『태평경』과 『전경』의 인본주의 사상, 남녀평등, 불로장생에 대하여 유사점을 비교해 보았다. 한편으로 양자는 차이점도 지니고 있는데 『전경』에서는 현대적 의의를 바탕으로 전지구적인 시각으로 문제를 바로 보고 있다는 것이다. 예를 들면, 후천선경이라는 사회적 청사진을 제시하는 내용에 있어 이후 언어가 통일된다고 하는 내용은 태평경과 뚜렷한 차이점을 지닌다. 또한 구제의 순서에 있어 『전경』과 『태평경』의 차이점은 『전경』에서는 신의 해원을 통해 인간의 원결이 해소될 수 있다고 보며, 『태평경』에서는 사회의 재난이 인간, 즉 인간의 승부로 인해 야기된 것으로 봄으로 사람의 승부 특히 제왕의 승부를 해소하는 것이 중요하다고 강조한다.

전자상거래는 유통업의 형태를 바꿀 정도로 엄청난 기술혁신이지만, 적어도 앞으로 상당기간, 산업적인 성과는 기대이상으로 그렇게 커 보이지 않는다. 기술혁신이 분명 존재하였건만 이 효과를 가로막는 다른 한계들이 있기 때문이다. 바로 이러한 한계가 무엇인가를 보다 집중적으로 분석하고자 한 것이 본고의 목적이다. 이는 전자상거래가 어떻게 하면 성공할 것인가를 살펴보는 것과도 일맥 상통한 것이다. 본고는 종전의 전자상거래 분석 관점과는 달리 유통 전문가적인 시각을 견지한다. 유통 전문가적인 시각이란 유통업적인 관점이고 유통업체를 바탕으로 한 관점이다. 유통업적인 입장을 강조하기 위해 본고는 먼저 점포도 불필요하고 인건비나 관리비를 절감할 수 있다는 전자상거래가 오히려 전통상거래보다 비싸다는 점에서 출발한다. 그리고 매입의 문제, 택배비용의 문제, 거래의 신뢰성 문제, 시장기반의 문제 등이 있다는 점을 지적한다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze how the transformation of Gwangju Biennale policy change their exhibitions. The research analyzed the Gwangju Biennale Declaration which announced upon the foundation of Biennale, as well as the following development plans to examine how the Biennale's aim has changed. There're any Biennale which has the declaration except Gwangju. We can see the keywords of art criticism at that time in the declaration and the innovations suggested on the 20th anniversary of Gwangju Biennale. This research shows the 20 years development of the declaration of Gwangju Biennale which visualize Gwangju spirit achieved more universal expansion by displaying artworks. The achievement of Gwangju Biennale which universalize the Gwangju spirit and expansion of community art parallelize the development of Korean contemporary art.

Different from visible horror elements that confront the characters directly and do physical harms, invisible horror elements are expressed through suggestion and imagination and their realities are not disclosed. For the disclosure of the realities of invisible horror elements, they are expressed through the overturned relation between the subject and victim of horror as in 'The Others' or through body snatching as in 'The Happening' and 'Paranormal Activity'. The overturn of relation and body snatching are connected to cannibalism in that the former causes a sudden change of personality and the latter takes the body of others. Cannibalism and the change of personality belong to the formalization and illogic of lower order resulting from cannibalism. The meaning of invisible horror elements in films seems to be contradictory to the original meaning of cannibalism, which is entering the sphere of utopian freedom, but considering that the reversed role resolves conflicts and tensions from terror and gives relief from fear, the meaning may be consistent with the spirit of cannibalism, namely, entering 'the sphere of freedom. In this study, the author attempted to analyze how the expression and plot of films showing invisible horror elements are related with cannibalism.

It was researched to react horse serum-BChE with hefanoylthiocholine chosen among choline esters. According as number of carbon of acyl group in choline esters was increased, reactivity was decreased but strength of ES complex was increased (Km=0,140mM). The pH-V/K profile for BChE-catalyzed hydrolysis of hexanoylthiocholine yields a p $K_{a}$ =4.974$\pm$0.028. This value is equal to recent literature that shows systematic shift from dependence of activity on the basic form fo a residue that huts a p $K_{a}$ =6.2~6.4 to catalysis by a residue or residues that has a p $K_{a}$ =4.7~5.0. The resulting kinetic solvent isotope effect of hexanoylthiocholine is $^{D/V}$K=1.18. The magnitude of the isotope effect suggests that proton transfer is not an element of transition-state stabilization.n.

As a fresh trial using humorous items to escape from economic recession and uncertain state of mind regarding politics and society, fun is emerging as a keyword in design area. This study classified various use of fun reflected in modern fashion design according to the theme, and analyzed the mod of expression to identify formative characteristics. Through these processes, this study built conceptual structure of fun in fashion design. 412 fashion designs which represent fun were collected from 2001 $S/S{\sim}2005$ F/W collections. Data were analyzed and categorized. Results showed that the theme of fun in the modern fashion design could be classified into humor, kidult, irony, satire/parody, storytelling, and play. The design elements mainly used were color silhouette, letter, object, and drawing, while the design principles were distortion/exaggeration, incongruity, and repetition. In addition, these expressions were related to the traditional humor theory: incongruity-resolution, superior, and relief theories. The fun in modern fashion design has such value as affirmation, warmness, entertainment, youth, contradiction, surprise, deviate, allusion, attack, and description, Finally, in regard to the subject, the fun provides active experience like play as well as passive acceptance.

This study suggested that the concept of creative zone raised by the national interest of the 'Creation' should be extended in public libraries. The concept of creative zone in public libraries was analyzed on the basis of 'Con-creative structure ontology' by Rombach. As we understand a creator and creation as the relation of 'subject'-'object', The current concept of 'Creation' dilutes the possibility of 'Autogenese' that all beings as a subject possess. But 'Con-creative Structure' describes the process of 'Autogenese' through sharing and mutual communication of all beings. The formation process of Con-creative Structure corresponds to the philosophy of the library that supports the self-growth through communication and sharing. 'Co-working Space' is more suitable for the substantive image of Con-creativity than 'Makerspace'. Therefore, this study analyzed circumstances of creative zone in public libraries and Co-working Space in business areas and provided the conceptive and substantive modeling for Co-working Space in public libraries.

A letter of credit transaction of the preexistence have been raising one's head fraud charge problem as a result of abusing the principles of independence and abstraction. Every society has certain rules and conventions which it regards as important and most of people in any society. The paper document means a document in a traditional paper form. The eUCP credit must specify the formats in which electronic records are to be presented. In these present times, the issuance of documentary credit are performed by the SWIFT(Society for Worldwide Inter bank Financial Telecommunication) system. The eUCP have been written to allow for presentation completely electronically or for a mixture of paper documents and electronic presentation. Presentation is deemed not to have been made if the Beneficiary's notice is not received. An electronic record that cannot be authenticated is deemed not to have been presented. The e-UCP is the supplement of current existing UCP but is superior to UCP under some circumstances. The document shall include an electronic record. The place for presentation of electronic records means an electronic address. The current e-UCP is not clear on this matter. We have to note followings in case of presenting the documents electronically and applying the e-UCP. There are three principles in the letter of credit transaction, that is to say, independence and abstraction, document dealing, strict compliance. IN the electronic letter of credit, these principles are called as independence and abstraction, electronic document dealing, strict compliance.
