  • The essence of Mutual aid service is looking into the general commerce about its goods and services that is a general viewpoint. Through the contract that the contractor related with the Mutual aid associations and Mutual aid companies. provide the goods and services to future member's demanding point. and members are pay out money, and pay for that on the installment plan. This Mutual aid business had been increased rapidly after 2005, it is expanded huge business, even its scale alone, the cost is estimated at over three trillion won. But because of Mutual aid business's prepayment installment plan, stipulated substance of the Law on hire-purchase systems were more actualized than in the past, but it leave much to be desired. for example, the obligation of explanation to Mutual aid associations and members of Mutual aid company, the consumer protection about the contract of advance received deposit, upward problem of capital, when establish the Mutual aid company etc. in this paper will review these problems and improvement about legal details that for the customers of Mutual aid service and development of Mutual aid industry, and claimed about Mutual aid law's singular legislation.

A Study on customer experience centered innovation model for Funeral Mutual Enterprise - Centered on Funeral service - (상조기업의 고객경험 기반 혁신모델 연구 - 장례서비스 산업을 중심으로 -)

  • This study is a study on the methodology of establishing an innovation strategy centering on the customer experience, which is essential in order to transform the existing collection and preservation-centered mutual aid company service into a visitor-centered service. To this end, we conducted literature research on environmental changes in the funeral industry from the perspective of service science and the significance and value of customer experiences within them, good customer experiences and bad customer experiences from the perspective of customer experience management. A study was conducted to present and prove a specific model. The customer experience-oriented innovation strategy of the funeral industry means to search for various alternatives that can reach the target state from the present state, focusing on the customer, and select the most appropriate transformation plan among them. As an effect of application, it was found that it is a source of differentiation by generating positive emotions to customers, and that customer experience data is highly helpful in making important decisions for the actual resource input of the parent company. This innovation model was presented, and its value was firstly proved by analyzing the difference from the existing evaluation method. Finally, as a result of analyzing the causal relationship through regression analysis using the customer experience measurement procedure, customer experience diagnosis/evaluation, customer experience innovation strategy, and cooperative company's performance as variables, the relationship proved to be significant.

  • We made a research on web service of famous Korean and foreign universities' CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning). Foreign CTLs of famous universities surpass Korean CTLs in manpower. However, the web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs are never inferior to those of foreign famous universities' CTLs. Web services of Korean famous universities' CTLs, which provide application forms and participants' boards are more system oriented than those of foreign CTLs of famous universities.

Web Services of Centers for Teaching and Learning (교수학습센터 웹서비스 분석)

  • The web services of the CTLs(Center for Teaching and Learning) of 30 well known Korean and foreign universities have been evaluated in the present study. The CTLs of renowned foreign universities surpass Korean CTLs in terms of manpower. Nevertheless, the web services of the renowned Korean universities' are in no way inferior to those of the foreign CTLs surveyed in the present study. We found some web services to be desired and suggested a more system oriented web service function model.

  • 최근 교육부의 가상대학 설비의지가 표명되면서 각 대학과 소프트웨어개발업자들은 가상대학의 구현에 노력을 기울이고 있다. 외국에서는 명문대학이건 2년제 대학이건 또는 통신대학이건 오래 전부터 원격교육의 형태가 활성화되어 있었으며 최근에는 각종 정보 기술 및 매체를 활용하여 보다 효율적이고 본격적인 가상교육 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 가상대학의 도래는 오늘날의 정보화사회에서 홈뱅킹, 전자상거래, 재택근무등의 사회현상과 동일한 맥락에서 필연적인 당위성을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가상대학의 구성형태별 특징 및 현황을 조사하고 또한 가상대학 구현을 위한 솔루션 현황을 조사하여 향후 가상대학의 발전 방향에 대한 연구와 가상대학 시스템의 설계를 위한 기본 자료로서 제공하고자 한다.

  • 앞으로 대략 1년 뒤, 2019년 3월이면 우리나라에서 세계 최초로 5G 상용서비스가 시작된다. 1990년대 말에 cdmaOne, cdma2000 서비스, 2000년대 초 와이브로를 세계 최초로 상용화 했으며, HSDPA 서비스도 마찬가지였다. LTE는 날짜상으로는 스웨덴 대비 조금 늦게 시작하기는 했으나, 전국규모의 서비스 개시 시점을 고려하면 이것도 한국이 사실상 세계 최초라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 5G 상용서비스 세계 최초라는 의의는 기존의 세계 최초 기록과는 차원을 달리한다고 말할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 ITU-R에서 5G의 비전과 로드맵 작업을 5G는 시기상조라는 반대를 무릅쓰고 한국이 주도했고, 많은 전문가들이 회의적이었던 밀리미터파 주파수 대역의 이동통신 활용 가능성을 한국에서 처음으로 주장했으며, 여러 가지 밀리미터파 대역 중 28GHz 주파수 대역을 선택하여 지지를 수렴해 온 것도 한국이다. 또한 최근 3GPP, ITU-R 표준에서도 당당히 주도세력 중의 하나로 자리매김하고 있으며, 2018년 겨울 올림픽이라는 절묘한 시범 서비스 기회를 행운으로 갖고 있기도 하다. 그러나 상용화를 1년 남짓 남겨두고 있는 지금의 상황은 과거 몇 년과는 사뭇 다른 양상을 보여주고 있다. 과거 5G의 미래가 불확실할 때에는 눈치를 보면서 소극적 자세를 보이던 세력들이 지금처럼 기술, 표준, 시장에 대한 위험도가 많이 사라진 틈을 타, 저마다 실리를 챙기기 위해서 오히려 적극적으로 돌변하고 있다. 기존 이동통신 시장규모는 대략 서비스-디바이스-인프라 장비의 비중이 30:10:1 정도 된다. 표준을 적기에 지원하는 제품과 서비스의 개발 및 이를 지원하는 생태계가 구축되지 않으면 모처럼 어렵게 만들어온 5G 시대의 열매를 정작 우리는 맛보지 못하는 어처구니 없는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 아무쪼록 본 특집을 통해 많은 분들이 5G의 현황을 제대로 이해하고, 이것을 도약대로 삼아서 알찬 5G 시대의 수확을 준비하는 계기가 되었으면 하는 바람이다.

The Competition and Evolution of Internet Portals: In the Perspective of Service Quality and Interpersonal Interactivity (인터넷 포털의 경쟁과 진화 : 서비스 품질과 대인 상호작용 관점에서)

  • After Yahoo Korea opened up the Internet portal market in Korea in 1997, the Korean portal market has experienced fierce competition in the beginning of 2000s. After that period, however, Korean portal market looks relatively stable with top five rankers forming oligopoly and shows that Arthur's claim of network externalities can be applied to the portal industry. In this paper, based on case study of the Korean portals we empirically examined how portals have developed and evolved. In this course, we also investigated the sources of portal's competitiveness. The findings of the research suggest that portals develop and evolve through the reflexive four stages in which they compete over different goals: 1) service quality, 2) critical mass of customers, 3) interpersonal interactivity, and 4) innovative service. According to this framework of portal's evolution, we show that top ranking portals in the present have succeeded in accomplishing the goals of each stage.

  • In Asia, where the aging population is growing rapidly, as the funeral service industry develops and the market grows. The economic value and interest of funeral services is increasing. However, Korea's funeral services are being developed in a biased direction, focusing only on funeral services, after death. Compared to the case of advanced funeral services in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, not only the funeral but also the care of the deceased's family and acquaintances around us are developing. It is appropriate to use a method based on ethnography and User eXperience. For this purpose, the method of collecting and analyzing the ethnography and user experience data of actual resident and visitor was deduced in persona method in the next ten years, and funeral service centered on resident and visitor. In this study, qualitative data centered on the future direction of funeral services, focusing on the resident (family) and the guest who are the principals of services from the perspective of service science. It is difficult to derive meaningful results from the process of collecting, processing, and interpreting big data in general, and in this case, the data analysis method is based on ethnography and user eXperience.) Is appropriate. For this purpose, the method of collecting and analyzing the ethnography and user experience data of the actual resident and the visitor was deduced in the persona method in detail after 10 years. In addition, the future direction of funeral services centered on residence and visitor was presented.

  • Content management, distribution system and DRM technology have been developed respectively, many contents services are more focused on the system like stability of distribution system or contents security than user-orient. In this paper, we would suggest multimedia contents management based on DRM and distribution model for the users of massive multimedia. The suggested model will be a total solution of content management, DRM and Watermarking functions as well as it will offer convenience to the users with Indexing DBMS which is focused on users.
