The purpose of this research was to characterize physicochemical properties and sensory evaluation of schizandra wines fermented by the yeasts, Sacchromyces cerevisiae SH8094 (S. cerevisiae SH8094) and Sacchromyces cerevisiae SH2855 (S. cerevisiae SH2855) isolated from schizandra fruits and stems and compare these results with the results from commercial activated yeast (Lalvin 1118) and a commercial schizandra wine. Three different schizandra wines fermented by S. cerevisiae SH8094, S. cerevisiae SH2855, and Lalvin 1118 showed similar results in pH and titratable acidity. On the other hand, the schizandra wines fermented by S. cerevisiae SH8094 and S. cerevisiae SH2855 showed high brix ($14^{\circ}$brix), low alcohol content (9%), and low yeasts count (4.1 log CFU/mL), compared with the schizandra wine fermented by Lalvin 1118. Both schizandra wines made with S. cerevisiae SH8094 and S. cerevisiae SH2855 showed higher scores in swallowing and overall acceptability than the schizandra wine made with Lalvin 1118. When compared with a commercial schizandra wine, the schizandra wine fermented with S. cerevisiae SH8094 showed better qualities in aroma ($6.65{\pm}1.47$), color ($7.53{\pm}1.14$), and overall acceptability ($6.76{\pm}1.03$). In conclusion, S. cerevisiae SH8094 which was isolated from schizandra fruits and stems has a high potential in schizandra wine fermentation.

Punch awakens the audience of necessity of social change related to the poverty and prejudice toward the underprivileged. However Bourdieu claims individuals such as Dong-Ju Lee can not change existing dominant order even if they struggle for social change. In particular, laughter effect and romantic gaze as a commercial strategy on Punch become mechanism for maintaining the symbolic violence. And this is soon to be recognized as legitimate victims of violence themselves, as Bourdieu has argued that maintaining social order and reproduction by collusion are possible.

The purposes of this article are to criticize social services, and to consider alternative caring policies and social economic regime to cope with caring blank, in the view point of A. Gorz. According to Gorz, in the value of growth of capitalism, people who are in charge of household affairs and caring work make inroads into the wage market. At this point, as caring blank is occured, social services are emerged. These new aspects are 'Commodification and Rationalization of Private Life'. This article suggests alternative ideas to these aspects. First, universal care giver·breadwinner model, second, the dominance of eco-reason and shorter working hours.

The commercial value of the Korean animation was developed by the government's policies of revitalizing reform and national harmony from 1960 to the middle of 1980. Especially, the character of the anti communistic animation was organized by the structure of confrontation between South (good) and North (evil). The confrontation was viewed by communism and liberal democracy by red and white (or blue) and a pig or a boy. Such ideology and the policy of Korean culture gave some impact on its culture, for example, movie and animation. The animation became the tool of educating the idea of anti-communism and the policy of Korean culture by firming the policy of anti communism. But that animation of anti communism must not be blamed because it is a general animation of Korea which describes the reality. We have to take a hard view of the time and reconsider it by the new point of view.

This study aimed to develop and validate an analytical method for ethyl carbamate (EC) in Maesilju. For accurate analysis of EC in Maesilju, an internal standard (d5-EC) and neutralization (pH=7) were performed. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 3.65 ppb while the recovery rate ranged from 92.54% to 103.59%. Intra- and inter-day precision ranged from 0.87% to 1.99% and 2.67% to 5.64%, respectively. Maesilju samples comprised 10 homemade and five commercial ones. Samples contained EC at levels between 118.48 and 2,640.42 ppb. The average content of homemade Maesilju was higher than those of commercial ones. Based on manufacturers' labeling of commercial samples and information on homemade samples, various factors such as ingredients and soaking time of Maesil affected EC level in Maesilju. EC contents showed a positive correlation with age of Maesilju.

RYUTSUKEIRETSUKA(Vertical Marketing System) developed by the Japanese Leading Manufacturers began to turn weak with the presence of the large- scaled retail enterprises since 1980’s. Therefore the alliances between major manufacturers & large distributors that were in the conflict relations for a long time began to progress. In accordance with this change in the distribution channel practice, the stance of the distribution channel theory in Japan had also changed. As the normative researcher group who had been critical to RYUTSUKEIRETSUKA and sympathetic to the task of merchant judged that it would disappear sooner or later, they considered positively the alliances between major manufacturers & large distributors which the latter were in dominant position. On the other hand, even the empirical researchers who supported the affirmative function of RYUTSUKEIRETSUKA changed their standpoint. They recognized the new channel practice, in other words the vertical alliances between the power companies, would be the frontier of research in accordance with the impetus of positivism in terms of the Marketing methodology. Thus, researchers of distribution channel theory in Japan who supported the normative approach become few and even changed to hurry to absorb in the empirical research, while moving the main focus of the research from RYUTSUKEIRETSUKA to the Alliances. In the long run, the distribution channel theory which was regarded as the leading principle of the Japanese Marketing has just made the methodological paradigm shift. The author suggests a critical viewpoint against the current Japan’s academism with the assumption that RYUTSUKEIRETSUKA has negative aspects.

In recent years, the Korean realistic theme of the film momentum gradually rising. Realistic films do not stick to the business and market, and do not simply cater to the audience's needs for watching movies. They reflect social violence and cruel reality, allowing the audience to observe the structural contradictions in reality and think about the direction when watching movies. At the recent cannes film festival, "parasite" won the top prize palm in cannes by an overwhelming margin, with the highest score of 3.3 issues. Although this film is positioned as a thriller with comedy elements, it presents the opposite life images of Korean classes to the audience in a parasitic way, which not only expands the possibility and artistry of realistic film aesthetics, but also enhances the appreciation of the film and gives play to its own aesthetic value. Focusing on the technical and literary nature of the film, and having a high degree of attention to real life, it is an excellent work that tells about class opposition and thinking about reality. This paper considers and analyzes the content, form and creation method of parasite, and discusses the continuous exploration and attempt of realistic film to image language under the demand of market and system, evolving into new aesthetic expression.

심각한 노인교통사고를 줄이기 위하여 가장 높은 점유율을 보이는 노인보행자의 횡단사고 유형, 특성 및 사고원인을 분석했다. 횡단사고의 약 60%가 횡단보도 및 그 부근에서 발생했고, 70%이상이 노인여성이었으며, 절반정도가 야간에 발생했고 피해정도는 치사율이 12%, 부상은 평균 6주의 중상이었다. 사고원인은 특히 횡단보도 및 그 부근에서의 운전미확인이 가장 많았고, 노인보행자측의 원인은 고의위반 또는 법의 부지가 가장 많았다. 노인보행자의 횡단사고를 줄이기 위해서 운전자에게 횡단보도 정지선 엄수, 횡단보도 부근뿐 아니라 생활도로 및 상업지역 도로에서의 철저한 안전확인 등의 교육, 홍보, 훈련이 필요하다. 노인보행자를 위한 훈련프로그램은 성별로는 특히 노인여성에게 집중적 훈련이 요구되며, 훈련내용으로는 야간횡단의 위험성 인식 및 반사재 부착, 안전한 횡단장소 선택 및 횡단절차의 훈련, 상대방은 운전자와의 의사소통 훈련 등이 중점적으로 개발되어야 한다.

IT 산업은 인터넷을 발달시킴으로써 새로운 경제 시대 (New Economic Era)를 열게 하였을 뿐만 아니라 민주주의제도의 발전가능성을 한층 더 앞당기는 계기를 마련하고 있다. 그러나 개인들은 그들의 개인정보가 국가기관이나 민간기관에 자신도 모르는 사이 누출되어 국가기관의 감시체제를 구축하거나 불공정한 상업적 목적으로 쓰일 수 있다는 우려 때문에 온라인상의 구매활동이나 정치활동을 주저하고 있다. 특히 유럽민족은 과거의 역사적인 사건들로 인해 개인정보 유출문제에 매우 민감하게 반응한다. 이러한 이유로 EU는 EU국가들 내에서의 인터넷관련 개인정보처리문제와 EU와 제3국간의 개인정보 이전 문제를 규정하는 지침을 1995년 재정하고 1998년부터 시행하고 있다. 동 지침은 또한 미국과의 정보이전협상인 safe harbor를 탄생시켰다. 본 고에서는 왜 개인정보 보호법이 필요한지 그 이유와 개인정보보호에 대한 국제적인 논의 그리고 EU의 개인정보지침 내용을 연구한다.

폭발용접은 화약의 폭발에 의한 충격 에너지를 이용하여 금속을 접합시키는 방법으로서 화약의 폭발에 의해 생기는 순간적인 높은 에너지를 이용하는 접합법이다. 1944년에 처음으로 폭발용접의 기술적, 상업적인 이점으로 인해 수요가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 적용 예는 거대한 판재의 cladding을 포함하여 cladding nozzle, tube 와 tubeplate의 접합, pipe와 pipe의 접합등에 사용되고 있다. 종래의 용접법으로는 용접이 곤란하거나 불가능한 것으로 생각되었던 이종금속에 대해서는 적용이 가능하 고, 용접에 의한 열영향을 받지 않으며 용접 속도가 대단히 빠르다는 잇점이 있다. 또한 용접의 차이가 커서 접합이 곤란한 금속을 폭발용접하면 이음부는 충분한 강도를 가지면서 용이하게 접합할 수 있는 것이 큰 특징이다. 대부분의 금속은 폭발용접이 가능하지만 폭발의 충격에 의해서 균열이 발생되기 쉽고 주철과 같이 취약한 금속 및 Mg을 함유한 알루미늄 합금(순 알루미늄과는 접합 가능함)등은 이 용접법을 사용하기 는 곤란하다. 시공상의 특징으로는 특별한 기계 장치가 필요하지 않고 모재가 판재 혹은 파이프상이면 모재 두께에 제한 받지 않고, 어떠한 형태와도 가능하기 때문에 다품종, 소량생산이 가능하다. 한편 접합시에 화약을 사용하기 때문에 취급에 있어서 주의를 요하고 큰 폭발음 때문에 용접장소의 제한을 받는다는 것이다.
