In this study we surveyed service satisfaction for the start-up support program and measured the relative importance of the factors that influence service satisfaction. The five service factors(physical facilities, finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, product development) were used to measure service satisfaction. Typically, the relative importance of predictors is assessed by simply comparing their standardized regression coefficients. However, when the predictors are correlated, regression coefficients cannot be used to explain variance shared by two or more predictors. The dominance analysis used by many researchers in recent years to measure the relative importance of predictor variables. In this article, we applied it in satisfaction research for the start-up support program. The results obtained by the dominance analysis are compared with the results obtained by multiple regression analysis. And satisfaction and relative importance of the five factors are analyzed by entrepreneurship motivation. These findings will contribute to the marketing research field relating to service satisfaction. Service satisfaction for the start-up support program can improve based on this study.

본 연구는 노인복지시설의 성과평가에 미치는 우선순위 결정요인을 파악한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 통하여 노인 복지시설에 미치는 결정요인을 설정하였다. Saaty의 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)를 활용하여 각각의 결정요인들에 대한 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 노인복지는 특정한 분야로 한정되어 있지 않기 때문에 양적인 방법만으로 설명하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 질적 및 양적 방법을 활용할 수 있는 계층분석과정방법과 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 노인복지시설의 분석결과를 요약하면 투입에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 예산이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 산출에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 운영체계화와 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 세부항목 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 결산서와 전문인력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설유형별 투입요인은 이용시설과 생활시설 모두 예산이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 산출요인은 이용시설은 운영체계화, 생활시설은 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 노인복지시설에 미치는 결정요인에 따른 몇 가지 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

This study conducted a SWOT/AHP analysis to prepare a developmental strategy for Gwangyang Port. The SWOT analysis is used to analyze internal and external environment in the strategy stage. The SWOT/AHP analysis was proposed by Kurttila et. al. (2000) to improve usefulness of the SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis confirm what factors are present in the SWOT group. Therefore, when it is combined with the AHP analysis, it evaluated the relative importance of factors gained from the SWOT analysis and used them to develop strategies. To sum up the results, in the SWOT group, opportunity, strong points, threat and weak points were relatively important in a good order. In respect to factors of the SWOT, for a factor of strength, reasonable freight cost, good port site, and broad hinterland were relatively important. As to factors of weakness, absence of an efficient customs system, a complex transport system and port personnel were relatively important. As to factors of opportunity, an improved transport system through building various infrastructures, consistent development of a connected industrial complex, and increased cargos in northeast area were relatively important. As to threat factors, an improved transport system through building various infrastructure, competition with neighboring ports and small complex transport companies were relatively important.

This study is to provide a method to increase the credit rating of the company by examining and managing the executive competency of the CEO of SMEs and Venture Firms. We analyzed the importance and priority of AHP by surveying bank loan staff and CEOs. According to the analysis results, ethics management, strategic thinking, and expertise level were the highest in the relative importance of bank loan staff. The relative importance of CEOs was higher in order of marketing, bank transaction reliability, and financing. Result of this study is similar to the relative importance of the previous research. This study suggests to disclosing credit rating system and reflect the opinions of the CEO in order to protect financial consumers. The significance of this study is to present the factors and the importance that can help to develop advanced models.

조종사가 수행하는 조종 업무는 여러 정보를 동시에 지각하여 처리하여 야 하는 복잡한 작업으로 구성되어 있어, 조종사에게는 고도의 인간성능이 요구되고 있다. 또한 조종기술을 습득하기 위해서는 많은 훈련시간과 비용 이 소요되며, 조종사의 실수는 치명적인 사고를 초래한다. 따라서 조기에 비행 부적격자를 판별하고, 미흡한 조종 적성을 함양시킬 수 있는 교육 . 훈련 프로그램을 조종 후보생에게 적용시키는 분석적 조종적성 진단 체계 개발은 조 종사의 도태율 감소, 효율적인 비행훈련, 비행 안전사고 감소 등의 측면에서 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조종 업무 수행시 요구되는 여러 인간 기능의 중요도 차이를 조종 적성 평가 체제에 적용하기 위해서, 각 적성 검사 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 분석하고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 적성검사 항목의 상대적 중요도 분석은 조종적성검사 계층구조의 각 수준별 쌍체 비교 평가와 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석에 의한 상대적 중요도 산출 및 평가, 그리고 일관성 지수(Consistency Index)에 의한 분석 결과의 조정을 통해 이루어 졌다. 적성검사 항목의 쌍체 비교 평가는 심리기능검사, 비행자질 검사 등 총 29개 적성검사 항목에 대해 검사를 받았고 또한 초등비행 훈련과정을 수료한 조종 학생들에 의해 이루어 졌다. 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 심리기능 검사(W=0.30)가 다른 검사에 비하여 조종적성 평가에 중요한 검사로 나타났으며, 세부 항목으로는 주의 분배력(W=0.13), 추적능력(0.06) 등이 상대적으로 중요한 검사 항목으로 나타났다. 또한 상대적 중요도 결과를 적용한 적성검사 성적이 적용하지 않은 적성검사 성적에 비해 비행성적에 대한 예측 능력이 좋은 것으로 평가되었다.al age)가 있다는 것을 의미하는 것이다. 한편, 생산현장에서는 자동화, 기계화가 진보되어 육체적인 노동이 경감된 결과, 중고령자라도 할 수 있는 작업이 많아지고 있다. 또, VDT (Visual Dislay Terminal) 작업과 같은 정보처리 작업의 수요가 증가하여 그 인재의 부족이 지적되고 있다. 따라서 중고령자의 기능을 조사하여 어떠한 작업에 적합한가를 판단하는 것이 중요한 과제로 되었다. 그러나 노동에는 많은 기능이 관여 하고, 그 내용에 따라서 요구되는 기능이 서로 다르기 때문에 노동적응능력의 기본적인 기능으로 보여지는 것에 좁혀서 작업능력의 연령증가 변화에 대하여다원적 평가를 하는 것이 실제적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인간이 가지고 있는 다수의 기능중에서 수지교 치성과 연령증가와의 관계를 조사한다. 만약 연령증가 만으로 수지교치성을 평가 할 수 없는 경우에는 어떠한 요인이 수지기민성의 변화에 영향을 미치는가를 검토한다.t list)에서 자동적으로 사건들의 순서가 결정되도록 확장하였으며, 설비 제어방식에 있어서도 FIFO, LIFO, 우선 순위 방식등을 선택할 수 있도록 확장하였다. The purpose of this study is to measure the relative importance of the factors that affect school to work transition that food service-related majors and workers recognize. To this end, this study composed such factors into a second hierarchy level of individual background, educational background, and preparation effort to enter labor market. The study made us of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), which calculates the importance of each factor through the relative evaluation of each factor in the hierarchy. The results of analysis are as follows. First, in the second hierarchy level, effort to enter the labor market exhibited the highest relative importance. In the case of four-year college students, educational background had the highest relative importance. Second, in case of third hierarchy level factors relating to personal background, gender had the highest relative importance. As for educational background, the type of college had the highest relative importance. As to the effort to enter labor market, overseas working experience while in college and job searching channels had high relative importance, while vocational training experience had the lowest relative importance. Third, the analysis result of complex weighted value showed that the type of college had the highest complex weighted value. In future studies, the type of businesses and business conditions in the food service industry should be subdivided for an analysis of influential factors, and, based on this, customized career guidance should be made for specific career paths of each student.

This study analyzed relative importance among business model factors for improving business performance of Knowledge Service Enterprises using the Business Model methodology. It also compares and analyzes the relative importance of manufacturing enterprises by using the previous research conclusion. This study finds Product & Service factor(0.361) is the most important among Marketing(0.251), Financial aspects(0.234), and Infrastructure(0.154) are follows. For the sub factors, Value Proposition(0.254) is the most importance factors and Revenue Streams(0.154), and Key Activities(0.107), and Key Resources(0.100), and Channels(0.086) are follows. Also, The Marketing has higher relative importance for Manufacturing enterprises, whereas the Product&Service has higher relative importance for Knowledge Service Enterprises. It proves that there is a difference in the relative importance between Manufacturing Enterprises and Knowledge Service Enterprises. This study concludes the importance of business model factor is different for each respective industry. Therefore, it suggests to consider different industrial aspects when build the business model for each industry.

한국에서는 많은 산업재해로 인해 물질적 손실뿐만 아니라 국가 신뢰도에도 영향을 미치고 있어 선진국이 되기 위해서는 산업재해를 획기적으로 줄여야만 한다. 산업재해 예방을 위해서는 여러 방법 중 각 사업장의 안전관리를 담당하고 있는 산업안전관리자를 좀더 효율적으로 양성할 필요가 있다. 효율적인 안전관리자를 양성하기 위해서는 이들의 교육과목이 체계적으로 연구되어 각 과목들의 상대적 중요성의 분석이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이들 교과목의 상대적 중요도를 분석하였고 이의 타당성을 평가하였다. 안전관리자를 위한 상대적 중요도 분석은 AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process)를 이용하였다. 분석결과 안전관리분야(W=0.355), 인간공학 및 시스템안전분야(W=0.242), 기계안전분야(W=0.13), 건설안전분야(W=0.12), 전기안전분야 (W=0.091), 화공안전분야(W=0.062)순으로 안전관리분야와 인간공학 및 시스템 안전분야의 상대적 중요성이 높게 평가되었다. 이러한 결과는 학교 교과목뿐만 아니라 산업안전공단이나 산업안전협회 등의 안전교육 계획수립 시에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

This research was to count and quantify relative importance through analytic hierarchy process on checkups items in order to solve the questions raised by uniformalized numbering in the established athletes self management test. This study has the following results. The relative importance in priority factors of the test is in following order of training management, mental care, body care and interpersonal management. It was also confirmed that relative importance varied according to every checkup item in the lower factors. Consequently, the new result from this study, as an initial research for the relative importance of athletes self management test, supplied the possibility in which the sports-field expert's opinion was reflected. It was expected that this study would be helpful for enhancing athletes' competence in the sports field.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.
