과학영재의 인지적 영역을 발달시키기 위한 연구는 활발하게 진행되었지만, 과학영재가 겪고 있는 사회-정서적 어려움과 어려움을 해결하기 위한 지원 체계에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 과학영재는 낮은 자아존중감으로 인하여 정서적 민감성, 과흥분성, 완벽주의, 실존적 우울감 등 다양한 정서적 어려움을 겪고 있다. 선행연구에서는 과학영재의 정서적 어려움을 지원하기 위해서는 지속적이고 개별화된 상담이 필요하다고 말하였다. 하지만, 시공간적 한계로 인하여 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 진행하는 데 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학영재에게 지속적이고 개별화된 상담을 제공하기 위하여 온라인 상담 시스템을 설계하였다. 온라인 상담 시스템은 과학영재가 내인적 요인에 따른 상담을 신청하면, 상담 전문가가 Peterson과 Moon(2008)의 상담 모형을 기반으로 상담을 지원하도록 설계하였다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 상담 시스템을 구축 및 실행하여 시스템에 대한 과학영재의 만족도와 자아효능감의 변화를 관찰하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the applicability and effectiveness of the Person - centered counseling program in the field of counseling service provided by the Independent Living Center for Persons with Disabilities. Thirteen participants, operating peer counseling program at the Independent Living Center who finished 9 sessions of person - centered counseling program over 3 months were interviewed. The collected data were analyzed using Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR). The results were grouped into three themes as "Acceptance as oneself", "Counselor's variables", and "Limitations and unsatisfactory points". Eight categories such as "The relationship with myself and others", "Accepting oneself though with discomfort", "changed perspective about problems", "Recognizing the parts that oneself was not aware", "Accepting one's potentials as well as limitations", "Opportunity to reflect one's life", "Attitude about life ahead" were retrieved with 23 sub-categories. Based on the results, the possibility of applying person - centered approach on peer counseling was presented. Finally, several suggestions for the development of person-centered approach for peer counseling were discussed.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and analyze the effectiveness of an education program counseling manual (EPCM) for community-based visiting nurses. Methods: Seventy-eight of community-based visiting nurses was enrolled in this study. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the ${\chi}^2$-test, and the paired t-test in SPSS version 18.0. Results: Nurses had higher mean scores for counselor activity self-efficacy: skill self-efficacy, session management self-efficacy and counseling challenges self-efficacy, after EPCM than before EPCM. Significant differences were found after applying the EPCM. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the EPCM is effective at improving counselor self-efficacy of community-based visiting nurses.

This study aimed to investigate the effects a strengths-based group counselling program had on self-esteem and career maturity of adolescents under probation. The subjects of the study were female adolescents under probation in Gwangju and were categorized into two groups: experiment group and control group consisting of 15 respectively. As a result, it was discovered that the strengths-based group counselling program had positive effects on enhancement of general and social self-esteem in the subjects while it did not have statistically significant effects on enhancement of family self-esteem. It indicates that positive relationship with parents and recovery of family functions should be encouraged to enhance the family self-esteem. Also, the strengths-based group counselling program had positive effects on planning, self-understanding, career knowledge and career preparation areas relating to career maturity while it did not have statistically significant effects on independence. It shows that to encourage the subjects to be independently prepared for career, family and society should provide more specific support for career guidance. Based on the results above, it was suggested that the strengths-based group counselling program had significant effects on self-esteem and career maturity of the subjects under probation. In conclusion, to encourage adolescents under probation to respect themselves and others, specifically plan their career and grow to be reliable and mature adults, further research on the strengths-based group counselling program is needed and diverse strategies including specific support through mentor service of college students should be developed.

The present study analyzes the capability that counselors providing outplacement consulting need to equip themselves with and reflects the tendency of the increasing interests in a change of job in various fields of work. Since few studies on the aspects and organization of a change of job have been conducted, the present study aims at investigating professional capability that counselors specialized in outplacement need to have and hope to support clients in the real counseling situations. A total of three surveys were conducted based on a Delphi-analytic approach. As a result, the present study draws 3 types, 13 aspects, and 55 indexes of the capability in terms of the real conditions of outplacement consulting and various demands for job seekers. Based on the criteria mentioned above, the study discusses the present conditions of outplacement and the future prospects.

사회복지 영역의 확대로 복지서비스 수혜자들의 사례관리가 매우 중요한 영역으로 자리매김하고 있다. 이는 사례관리를 이용하여 새로운 서비스를 발굴하고, 실행결과를 평가하여 중요한 패턴을 추출 후 다른 유사 대상자들에게 적용하는 것이 실패를 줄이는 방법이기 때문이다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 사례관리시스템은 서비스를 입력하여 저장/관리하는 측면만을 제공하여 체계적인 분석이 안되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사례자들의 상담 및 서비스 결과에 관한 오피니언을 분석하여 마음속에 내포하고 있는 사례(비유적 표현)에 관한 실제적인 평가와 오피니언을 추출하는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 실험하기 위해 자기의 오피니언을 외부로 노출하기 꺼려하는 장애인을 대상으로 한 상담 사례를 이용하여 실험하였다.

의료사고 상담건수가 99년에는 월 평균 630건에서 2000년 815건, 2001년 1,110건으로 점차 늘고 있다는 한국소비자보호원의 의료팀의 발표가 있었다. 2년 사이에 두 배 가까이 오른 의료사고에 대한 상담내용으로는 1위가 의료진의 부주의로 79.3$\%$, 2위가 치료효과 불만으로 7.6$\%$, 3위가 진료비 불만으로 6.4$\%$를 차지하고 있다.

This study was intended to develop and investigate reliability and validity of a scale that can measure linkage capability of community resources of counselors. This study prepared a preliminary question consisting of a total of 42 questions in 5 areas. Then, the content validity and facial validity were verified by the counseling experts with a first-degree qualification as a counselor in Korean Counselling Psychological Association, and a total of 20 final questions of 4 areas. The final questions were conducted on psychological counselors(N=306) to investigate reliability and validity. As a result of conducting an exploratory factor analysis, validity of the two-factor structure have been verified. And In the confirmatory factor analysis, two factors were shown to be appropriate. The two-factors were named 'The collection and utilization of information' and 'Association with the Organization of Information'. Also, the scale of final selection of questions were found to have a good degree of concurrent validity, interitem consistency and test-retest reliability. The implications of the present study is significant in that it is a measure of community resources linkage capability scale of counselors. In addition, this scale is expected to be useful in Wee Class, Wee Center, Youth Counseling Welfare Center, and other counseling sites.

This article intends to locate the logical basis to apply bibliotherapy as a library service in Korean libraries. To the end, investigated and discussed are the historical relationship between bibliotherapy and RAS(readers' advisory service), and the theoretical base and practical experiences that enabled bibliotherapy to be practical in the U.S. library community. This article introduces a concept of 'therapeutic' RAS as a similar concept to 'developmental' bibliotherapy, and suggests the roles of a librarian as a therapist, based on the "Zones of Intervention" by Carol Kuhlthau.

Due to development of technology of information technology, PC communication and Internet have become a culture space of teenagers. Because Internet and PC communication are media in which teenagers have interests, they could be effectively used to counsel teenagers in that time they want. Moreover, cyber counseling will be suitable to new trend of current age with extension of counseling area. Accordingly, many researches on cyber counseling have proceeded in the area of teenagers counseling. While most researches for cyber counseling until present are about counseling methods ad the effects that teenagers utilize cyber counseling, there were no efforts that store counseling contents, analyze them using features and technologies of web and use them effectively to guide students. Therefore, we implemented a cyber counseling system that provides counseling information so that teacher may grasp students various interests and problems and thus helps to guide students.
