Development of Dental Consultation Chatbot using Retrieval Augmented LLM (검색 증강 LLM을 이용한 치과 상담용 챗봇 개발)

  • In this paper, a RAG system was implemented using an existing Large Language Model (LLM) and Langchain library to develop a dental consultation chatbot. For this purpose, we collected contents from the webpage bulletin boards of domestic dental university hospitals and constructed consultation data with the advice and supervision of dental specialists. In order to divide the input consultation data into appropriate sizes, the chunk size and the size of the overlapping text in each chunk were set to 1001 and 100, respectively. As a result of the simulation, the Retrieval Augmented LLM searched for and output the consultation content that was most similar to the user input. It was confirmed that the accessibility of dental consultation and the accuracy of consultation content could be improved through the built chatbot.

  • The main purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of Meungri-Saju analysis concerning career counseling. Initially, we searched for 'fortune quality' of self-employed people whose works went out of business., We investigated what was weak or strong of 'fortune qaulity' because it gives you interests and talents as Holland says, and then we checked their one-year and 10-year personal circumstances, so called Saewoon, Deawoon that implies your own private circumstances as Super says. In addition to this, we exmained Woulgi because it predicts condition of change of the jobs. Study results were as follows: There were failed businesses that had serious weaknesses in wealth structures. In addition, Saewoon, Deawoon were terrible conditions because of Yongshin' Hap, Hyung, Chung. This study concluded that they had to be gone out of business. It is clear that you should check your wealth structure and Saewoon, Deawoon when you open your business. This study concludes that Meungri-Saju analysis is effective as a new model of career counseling.

The Relationship between Perceived Authenticity and Empathy and Communication Satisfaction and Revisit Intention for Hospital Coordinators (병원코디네이터에 대한 지각된 진정성과 공감 및 커뮤니케이션 만족도와 재방문의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of perceived authenticity on empathy, communication, and revisit intentions at the point of contact with hospital coordinators during counseling for medical beauty. For data collection, a survey was conducted by selecting customers who experienced counseling, and statistical analysis used the SPSS 21.0 program. According to the research results, first, perceived authenticity of hospital coordinators had a positive effect on empathy and communication satisfaction, and empathy had a positive effect on communication satisfaction. Second, it was found that empathy and communication satisfaction had a positive effect on revisit intention. Authentic counseling by hospital coordinators leads to increased communication satisfaction and revisiting the hospital by forming empathy. Therefore, if communication is made through authenticity and empathy in consideration of customers, rather than just sales improvement or job-based counseling, it can build trust and contribute to the performance of medical beauty institutions in the long run.

  • 사이버 상담실에 대한 다수의 연구를 통해 밝혀진 사이버 상담실 운영의 필요성과 장점으로 인해 사이버 상담실을 운영하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 사이버 상담실은 장점만 있는 것이 아니고 익명성으로 인한 1회적이고 비인간적인 관계 형성 등과 같은 문제점을 갖기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 사이버 상담실 운영의 장점은 살리고 단점을 보완할 수 있도록 학급 홈페이지를 활용한 사이버 상담실을 구축하여 운영해 보았다. 그 결과, 학급 홈페이지를 통한 사이버 상담실 운영은 시간 부족으로 어려움을 겪는 아동과 교사, 학부모의 상담 욕구를 충족시켜 주었고 활발한 상호작용을 통한 친밀한 관계 형성 및 상담 아동에 대한 사전 정보, 계속적인 관찰 둥은 상담 효과를 극대화할 수 있었다. 또한 관심을 유도하기 위한 이벤트는 아동과 학부모를 사이버 상담실까지 유도하는데 효과적이었고 오락적 요소가 가미된 채팅보다는 기본적인 비밀게시판이 오히려 더 심도 있는 상담도구로 활용되었다.

  • AI 기술의 발전으로 상담 및 심리치료 분야에서도 인공지능을 활용하려는 움직임이 활발해지고 있다. 정신건강 지원에 대한 수요가 증가하면서 인공지능, 특히 챗봇을 활용한 심리상담은 효율성과 접근성 측면에서 많은 이점을 가지지만 한계점 또한 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 AI 챗봇을 활용한 상담 및 심리치료 서비스의 국내 현황과 기술적 측면에서의 한계점을 분석한다.

  • The research is aimed at finding out the relationship between vocational stress and willingness to engage in vocational stress, which measures vocational stress and the ability to cope with the job, and how the job stress relates to job mobility. First of all, the job stress and willingness to transfer jobs related to sexual harassment related agencies have a positive correlation, while self-exploitation, job stress, and willingness to move jobs have shown negative correlation. Second, the self-assessment of self-assessment of ego resilience has served as a complete parameter in relation to the relationship between employee motivation and willingness to leave the job, which is the job of occupational duties. Based on this study, it is important to note that self-reference is an important factor in determining the role of job stress in the workforce because of its self-reference of job stress and motivation in relation to job stress.

The Effect of Counselor's Supervision Experience on Counselor Development: Moderating Effect of Supervision Satisfaction (상담자의 수퍼비전 경험이 상담자 발달에 미치는 영향: 수퍼비전 만족도의 조절효과)

  • This study examines the effect of a counselor's supervision experience on counselor development, and verifies the moderating effect of supervision satisfaction on the relationship between the counselor's supervision experience and counselor development. Data were collected via survey administered to 299 counselors who were actively engaged in counseling practice for institutions and public organizations in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, and Jeolla regions, such as schools, universities, and professional counseling services. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 21.0. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the amount of participation in individual supervision and group supervision had a significant effect on counselor development. Second, age and years of counseling experience had major effects on counselor development. Third, when the moderating effect of supervision satisfaction on the relationship between the amount of participation in individual or group supervision and counselor development was verified, it was found that supervision satisfaction had a moderating effect on the relationship between the amount of participation in group supervision and counselor development (regarding the level of understanding with cases). The result can be interpreted as meaning that a counselor's positive supervision experience has a direct influence on the outcome and quality of counseling services. Based on these results, proposed implications are presented regarding counseling supervision.

The Moderating Effect of Online Social Support in the Relationship between Rejection Sensitivity and SNS Addiction Tendency (거부민감성과 SNS 중독경향성의 관계에서 온라인 사회적 지지의 조절효과)

  • This study confirmed the moderating effect of online social support on the rejection sensitivity and SNS addiction tendency of adults. For this purpose, a survey was conducted using the SNS addiction propensity scale, rejection sensitivity scale, and online social support scale targeting 486 adults nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 27 and PROCESS Macro 3.5. As a result of this study, first, SNS addiction tendency, rejection sensitivity, and online social support were all positively correlated. Second, in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and SNS addiction tendency, online social support showed a moderating effect in the male group. The results of this study are significant in that they confirmed the importance of rejection sensitivity and online social support in confirming the tendency of SNS addiction in male and female groups. Based on these results, the limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were presented.

  • A call center is a place that an enterprise contacts with clients through information and communication technologies. It is, therefore, the integrated situation room that a consultant gives expert advice to clients using tele-marketing functions and communication technologies. Recently, the tendency of the enterprise is toward newly designing and improving the office layout in consideration of the psychology and the aesthetic intention of the personnel for a performance of the enterprise. In this paper, we study on the influence of a consultant seating arrangement on job satisfaction and immersion in order to maximize the job efficiency of the call center. Human-oriented office layout lead the consultants to be immersed in their job, to reduce stress, and to increasing the job efficiency.
