오늘날 콜센터는 고객과 의사소통을 담당하는 비대면 접촉채널의 대표적인 조직으로 고객 접촉을 담당하는 인적자원에 대한 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 이에 콜센터들은 고객응대에 적합한 지식 기술 태도 등 상담사의 전문성 강화를 위해 교육훈련을 꾸준히 계획하며 실행하고 있다. 본 연구는 콜센터에서 실시하는 다양한 교육훈련이 상담사들의 직무몰입과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보려는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 분석하기 위하여 교육훈련에 대한 만족도, 성취도, 적용도, 기여도를 중심으로 직무몰입과의 관계를 회귀분석을 통해 살펴보았다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 교육훈련 만족도와 적용도는 직무몰입과 직접적인 유의미한 영향관계가 나타나지 않았다. 반면에 성취도와 기여도는 직무몰입에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교육훈련과정에서 교육내용의 가치와 재미를 찾아 잘 이해하고 습득할 수 있도록 하여 성취도를 높여주고, 교육훈련을 통한 조직생활에 대한 기여도에 대한 인식을 높여줄 때 직무몰입이 높게 나타남을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of the satisfaction of basic psychological needs on the relationship between college students' parental attachment and college life adjustment. Participants comprised 235 college students enrolled in five universities located in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. To assess the mediating effects, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0. The results were as follows: first, significant positive correlations were observed between parental attachment, satisfaction of basic psychological needs, and college life adjustment; second, satisfaction of basic psychological needs partially mediated the relationship between parental attachment and college life adjustment. This indicates that the satisfaction of basic psychological needs - such as autonomy, competence, and relatedness - is extremely important in enabling college students to adjust to college life.

The study looked at the current status and satisfaction level of 224 students studying in beauty related departments at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong and Honam regions. As a result, China (77.7 percent) had the largest number of countries subject to the survey. 50.5 percent of the respondents chose to study abroad to learn the excellence of Korean beauty technology, and 40.3 percent said they would like to work in their own country after graduation. The higher the satisfaction level of education courses and working classes, the higher the use of practical equipment, the counseling rate with the academic advisor, and the higher the satisfaction level of university life was. As a result of this, for students we should develop a curriculum to improve their satisfaction in university life, support the mentor mentee program, and expand the scholarship support system.

The research has been investigated to enhance job recognition and satisfaction in Emergency medical information center and to induce some positive suggestions to develop emergency medical information centers in Korea. As a result, the findings found that the tasks which the experts felt are most easily ones are the guidance, counseling, and advice of a patient, while the most difficult tasks are the advice on the first-aid treatment and the guidance of the hospitals. The research has found the findings that most employees feel that they perform their jobs quite well including the guidance and consultation of first-aide patients. They also feel that they are under stress in consulting patients, and in making decisions to visit emergency centers and to observe the patients in limited information without seeing patients in person. They are concerned about the identity of emergency information centers, feeling that it is difficult to construct smoothly the collaboration of such agencies as the administrative, emergency medical centers, 119 resue teams to treat first aide treatments, to provide transportation information, and hospital guidance.

The present study was aimed to verify the mediating effect of acceptance in the relationship between emotional clarity and satisfaction in romantic relationships. To this purpose, a self-reporting survey was conducted with 208 unmarried subjects ranging in age from 19-35 in Seoul and Gyeonggi region. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 was used to analysis procedure. A summary of the research results are as follows. First, in the results of the correlation analysis on the primary factors, emotional clarity had a significant positive correlation with acceptance and satisfaction in romantic relationships, and acceptance had a positive correlation with satisfaction in romantic relationships. Second, the results of the structural equation analysis verified that emotional clarity had a direct positive effect on satisfaction in romantic relationships. Third, this study verified a partial positive mediating effect of acceptance in the relationship between emotional clarity and satisfaction in romantic relationships, and also verified the significance of the pathway. These results verify that emotional clarity has not only a direct effect on satisfaction in romantic relationships, but also an indirect effect through acceptance. Lastly, this study discussed significance and limitations of this study, as well as proposals for future research.

This research was conducted to examine the attitude to death, and identify factors influencing attitude to death, in social welfare students. Data were collected from 179 social welfare students. in two universities. Data were collected from April to June 2021 using structured questionnaires. Data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicated that meaning in life(r=.34, p=.001) had a significant positive association with attitude to death. And life satisfaction(r=.61, p<.001) and resilience(r=.65, p<.001) were positively correlated with attitude to death, The significant predictors of attitude to death, were grade(β=.21, p=.002) and life satisfaction(β=.22, p=.013), explaining 20.2% of the variance. Based on the study results, we suggest that it is necessary to develop counseling and attitude to death programs that can positively change the attitude of social welfare students

The purpose of the current study was to examine the effect of psychological factors on caregiver burden and depression among Korean spousal caregivers. 142 spousal caregivers (89 wives, 52 husbands) in Seoul and Incheon City were surveyed to determine the influence of objective factors of the care recipient, demographic of the caregiver, personality dimensions of extroversion and neuroticism of caregiver, social support, and pre-caregiving marital satisfaction on caregiver burden and depression of spousal caregivers. Hierarchical regression was used to determine the influence of the various factors on caregiver burden and depression. Finding suggest that care recipient's activities of daily living(ADL) and caregiver neuroticism predicted caregiver burden, whereas pre-caregiving martial satisfaction and caregiver neuroticism predicted depression. In particular, psychological factors were better predictors of caregiver burden and depression compared with objective factors. Based on the results, the implications, interventions, limitations and future directions for research were discussed about the psychological factors on spousal caregiving.

This Study examined impact of academic stress and acculturation stress experienced by overseas Republic of Korean students on psychological adjustment. For this purpose, the 152 female and male Korean students attending in undergraduate and graduate course in English speaking countries were surveyed. Academic stress and acculturation stress has negative correlation with psychological wellbeing and life satisfaction but has positive correlation with depression and anxiety. Hierarchical regression analysis confirmed that demographic variables predicted psychological well-being, life satisfaction and depression except anxiety. After controlling the demographic variables, academic stress and acculturation stress predicted psychological well-being, life satisfaction, depression and anxiety. Finally, limitations of this study, the significance, the direction of future research are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to look into impacts of career barriers and college major satisfactions on career preparation behaviors of Security major college students. The subjects of this study were collected among 200 security major students attending universities in Choungnam and Junnam Provinces, and 170 out of 200 were analyzed. Based on collected data, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and one-way ANOVA were conducted using SPSS 18.0. According to the result, career barriers showed negative correlations on career preparation behaviors, and self-concept clarity deficiency showed significant impact on it. College major satisfactions showed positive correlations, and major satisfaction showed significant impact on it. Also result shows college junior and senior students experience less career barriers compare to freshman and sophomore students, and college junior and senior students were more satisfied on the college major satisfactions as well. The study has found important implications of impacts of career barriers and college major satisfaction on career preparation behaviors. In long term, the finding of the study seem to provide useful insights for security major students and Human Resource Personnel to execute the process of career preparations and related counseling effectively.

This study identified personality types of 433 college students of Busan, Ulsan and some regions of Gyeongsangnam-do and inquired into influences of personality types on their satisfaction with clinical practice. According to the results, students with extroverted and low-neurotic tendencies showed significant results in the subordinate factors of satisfaction with clinical practice. As for factors influencing the extraversion factors personality type, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with facility and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). On the other hand, as for factors influencing the personality type of neurotic tendencies, it turned out to have a significant level in satisfied with practice content (p<0.05), satisfied with teach (p<0.001), satisfied with interpersonal (p<0.05) and satisfied with clinical practice (p<0.05). Therefore, it will be indispensable to conduct a personality type test during the period of university days, to increase satisfaction with clinical practice of students majoring in Dental hygienics. Moreover, based on the test results, it will be required to develop a variety of programs to strengthen a customized counseling program and improve interpersonal skills.
