Objectives: This study explored the effect of adolescents' sociodemographic variables, parenting rearing styles, resilience, and life satisfaction on adolescents' depression. The resilience as mediating effects of parental rearing styles and life satisfaction on depression was examined as well. Method: The data were from 2,108 middle school freshmen panel of a national sample at the forth year, Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey(KCYPS). Hierarchical multiple regressions and mediation regression analyses, steps for testing mediation by Baron and Kenny, were conducted. Results: Adolescents' resilience had both direct and mediating significant effects, showing that resilience partially mediated the effects of affective parental rearing style and life satisfaction on depression, respectively. Life satisfaction had the most significant impact on adolescents' depression. Conclusions: While some parental rearing styles were significant, adolescents' personal properties including resilience and life satisfaction revealed the most significant explanatory power of adolescents' depression. Life satisfaction was the most powerful predictor for lessening adolescents' depression.

The purpose of this study is to promote efficiency of hospital management with customer satisfaction by understanding qualitative system about more systemic hospital service coordinator's job under analyzing the satisfactory degree and coherence of hospital service coordinator's job because of increase of customer need level by medical environment improvement and the variety of offering method of medical service. I allocated a questionnaire per each dental clinic at total 226. According to the study results stated above, generally necessity on employment of a coordinator appeared high and to the necessity, I considered that a dental clinic coordinator's job must strengthen the role for going still more to customer with discriminated mind and service not simple kind service to medical consumer, with establishing more systematic and realistic educational culture in qualification and educational department of a dental coordinator. Also a dental coordinator must be changed to promote customer satisfaction and efficiency of hospital management by more systematic business assignment and role establishment.

This study was to meta-analyze the effects of the internet addiction programs for elementary, junior, and high school students. The 54 programs to meet the conditions for meta-analysis were selected using internet search on the homepage of National Digital Library, KERIS, and National Assembly Library and the key words such as 'internet', 'addiction', 'counseling', and 'program' were used for searching the programs. The results of this study were followings: First, the average score of the effect sizes of 54 programs was 1.89 and thus the internet addiction programs had great positive effects on the improvement of adolescent's internet addiction. Second, all the programs' effect size scores showed more than 1.25 except psychological education program. Third, there were no significant differences at the effect size scores among elementary school students' goup, junior school student's group, and high school students' group. Fourth, when programs had more than 6 sessions, the programs showed desirable effect size. Fifth, when programs had were less than 15 subjects, the program's effect sizes were sufficiently great.

The present study employed a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design to evaluate the effectiveness of a teacher education program for child care teachers. Twenty-seven teachers were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups with 12 and 17 teachers in each group. Teachers in the intervention group participated in the program. After termination of the program, differences between pre- and post-tests were examined in regards to teachers' emotional regulation, efficacy, parent-teacher communication and job satisfaction. There were four major findings. First, self-reported teachers'emotional regulation, teachers'efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly improved in the intervention group, but not in the control group. Second, parent-teacher communication difficulty was significantly reduced in the intervention group, but not in the control group. These findings emphasize the importance of the teachers' positive characteristics in improving the outcome of preschoolers.

An integrated medical information system that integrates systems consisting of different environments centered on hospital information systems should be provided as a system that prioritizes the improvement of the quality of medical services, customer satisfaction, and patient safety. The RBAC-based medical information system is granted the access right according to task type, role, and rules. Through this, it is possible to use SMS channel, medical reservation and cancellation, customized statistics, and CRM / EMR interworking service using multi-channel to enable communication service without help of counselor and reduce the default rate of reservation patient, Operational improvement services can be extended to medical staff, patients and their families, as well as expanding to important decisions for patients.

The survey of the 856 students of the dental hygiene departments in 6 universities in Gyunggi, Kangwon, Chungnam, Gyungbuk, and Gyungnam region was carried out. The purpose of the survey is to find their satisfaction measurement with the department and how they recognize the dental hygienist as well as why they selected the dental hygiene department when they applied for university. The result, analyzed by SPSS 15.0, statistically shows that the measurement of satisfaction by each academic year represents the meaningful difference (P<0.05) in all variables such as the "satisfaction with people", "satisfcation with lectures", "satisfaction with facilities", "satisfaction with activities", and "satisfaction with the department characteristic". The measurement of satisfaction by the decision-making factor for the department selection shows the meaningful difference (P<0.05) in the variables of "satisfaction with lectures", "satisfaction with activities", and "satisfaction with the department characteristic". In the case of the measurement of satisfaction with counselling by each academic year, the 3rd year student shows the highest in the career counselling. All the groups recognize for this question as "higher" or "yes", while the higher academic year students were gradually less satisfied. In the case of the level of recognition by each academic year, the 1st year student shows high in the variables of "practical work recognition" and "vocation recognition" and the difference among groups shows statistically meaningful difference(P<0.05).

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences in quality of sleep, job stress, fatigue, job satisfaction, and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) according to the type of work in fire-fighting officers. Methods: This study used an online questionnaire. The participants were 322 fire-fighting officers. The data were collected from May 2 to 20, 2018. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0. Results: According to the work styles of fire fighting officers, job stress, job satisfaction, and PTSD showed significant differences. However, There were no differences in sleep quality and fatigue. There were significant differences in job stress, job satisfaction, and PTSD in those in roles of fire suppression and rescue emergency medical technicians and this result suggests a way to improve the quality of sleep, job stress, job satisfaction and fatigue for fire-fighting officers who suffer from PTSD. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, mental health of fire-fighting officers will be improved through basic data for psychotherapy which can overcome the quality of sleep, job stress, fatigue, job satisfaction and PTSD according to the work style of fire-fighting officers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of work environmental factors and self-compassion on the burnout of school counselors. The subjects of this study were 312 school counselors under the D District Office of Education participated. In order to examine the effects of individual, organizational, and self-compassion factors on burnout, correlation and hierarchical regression were applied. Individual factors were gender, age, health status, and personal hobbies. Organizational factors were employment type, working hours, and job satisfaction. Self-compassion and burnout were measured using the Korean version of self-compassion and Baslach burnout instruments. The correlation analysis showed that the three factors are correlated with each other. In the hierarchical regression analysis, three models were developed as personal, organizational, and self-compassion factors. The results of regression analysis are as follows. The influence of self-compassion on burnout was stronger than the organizational factor (i.e., employment type, working time, job satisfaction) and the personal factor (i.e., age, health status, hobby). There were no significant differences between genders. This study results suggest that self-compassion can reduce a level of burnout significantly, although personal and organizational factors have a significant impact on burnout. Further study and suggestions for reducing the level of burnout of school counselors were discussed.

This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of patients undergoing dental implant surgery and to improve the satisfaction after the procedure. According to the study results of 178 dental implants patients who visited the dental hospital, regarding changes made before and after the implant procedure, 1.07 in terms of the masticatory function, while the social function evolved 0.7 points. In addition, the psychological function showed transformation 0.97 points. Furthermore, it will be necessary to make constant management through education and counseling regarding effective oral health management methods posterior to the implant procedure.

본 연구의 차별화는 첫째, 소방공무원의 직무를 수행하기 위해 외상경험을 감소시킬 수 있는 주요 요인을 고찰하고 감소시킬 수 있는 대안을 제언하고자 한다. 둘째, 소방공무원이 신체적, 심리적, 특성과 사회적 영향을 고려하고, 심리적 저항감을 최소화하기 위해 회복탄력성 방안에 대한 고찰을 하고자 한다. 셋째, 소방공무원의 개인 심리적 특성, 사회적 영향 등을 살펴보고 정서적 심리치유를 할 수 있는 상담이 지속적으로 이루어져질 수 있는 사회복지상담학적 접근으로서의 연구는 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구의 목적은 소방공무원의 외상 경험 영향요인에 대해 살펴보고, 이들 요인이 직무소진과 우울, 불안 및 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 차이 비교를 연구하고자 한다. 이를 통해 향후 소방공무원들의 직무만족을 시키기 위해서는 심리적 정서치유가 될 수 있는 마음챙김이 이루어져야 함을 시사한다.
