The Effect of Satisfaction Level with the University Entrepreneurship Education, Recognition of Support System, and Mentoring on the Entrepreneurial Intention: The Moderating Effect of Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy (대학생의 창업교육 만족도와 창업지원제도인식, 창업멘토링이 창업의지에 미치는 영향: 창업효능감을 조절효과로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the start-up education, start-up support system, and start-up mentoring directly and indirectly conducted in universities affects entrepreneurial Intention, and to present programs and directions that can increase the possibility of start-up for college students. This study analyzed the effects of college students' satisfaction with university entrepreneurship education, awareness of the entrepreneurship support system, and entrepreneurship mentoring on entrepreneurial will, and then analyzed how entrepreneurship efficacy affects entrepreneurial will as a moderating effect. The recognition of the start-up support system was divided into the government start-up support policy and the university start-up support project, and start-up mentoring was divided into mentoring function (problem-solving function, networking function, communication function, motivation function) and mentor trust (cognitive trust, emotional trust). Regression analysis was performed on satisfaction with college entrepreneurship education, perception of entrepreneurship support system, entrepreneurship mentoring as independent variables, and willingness to entrepreneurship as dependent variables. In addition, entrepreneurship efficacy was designated as a moderating variable and analyzed. As a result of the study, first, it was found that satisfaction with start-up education had a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Second, among the start-up support systems, university start-up support projects were found to have a positive (+) effect on college students' willingness to start a business. Third, as a result of verifying whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between college start-up support projects and college students' willingness to start a business while recognizing the start-up support system, it was found to have a moderating effect. The following implications can be derived based on the analysis results of this study. First, efforts to improve start-up education will be needed to increase the satisfaction of start-up education. Second, Through the operation of the start-up counseling center in the university, it will be possible to recognize the education system supported by the university, the university start-up support project that can carry out the indirect experience of start-up, and the government start-up support policy that supports funds. Third, It will be necessary to open a program that can provide start-up mentoring through connection with mentors in the start-up field, such as professors, employees, and senior start-ups in universities. Fourth, It is necessary to develop thorough education on the preparation process of start-ups, start-up special lectures where senior start-ups can indirectly experience the failure of start-ups, and programs for customized start-up education according to college students' major and individual tendencies.

A Study on the Effectiveness of Social Work Intervention for the Family Caregivers of Older Persons with Stroke (뇌졸중 기능손상 노인의 가족수발자에 대한 사회복지실천 개입의 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of social work intervention for the family caregivers of the older persons with stroke. Twelve caregivers were assigned to either a treatment group or a control group. The treatment group intervention consisted of 8 weekly, 2-hour sessions which included education, peer and professional support, individual counselling. Wilcoxon test of the pretest and posttest scores of the two groups showed that those in the treatment program experienced significant decrease in caregiving burden and loneliness compared with caregivers who received no intervention. They also experienced increase in self-esteem, self-efficacy in dealing with caregiving tasks, satisfaction with a relationship with the care-receiver, emotional support. Most of these intervention effects were maintained in the 3-month follow-up measurement except loneliness and the caregiver-carereceiver relationship. Caregivers in the treatment group showed overall satisfaction with the program and willingness to continue to attend in the interventions. Based on these findings, implications for social work practice including self-help groups, psychotherapy for the caregivers, expanding social work intervention for the family caregivers of the older persons were discussed.

Career Developmental Characteristic in Latent Classes based on Belief in a Just World and Social class of Middle-aged adult (중·장년 성인의 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음과 사회계층에 따른 잠재집단의 진로발달 특성)

  • This study explored what latent classes appear according to the combination of Belief in a Just World (BJW) and social class of middle-aged adults, and examined whether there are differences in career transiton, perceiving a calling, and working as meaning in each class and what characteristics they have. 224 middle-aged people who experienced turnover through online and offline were surveyed and analyzed by Latent Profile Analysis. The participants were divided into 5 latent classes such as; 'Relative self-satisfaction', 'Social contentment', 'Relative deprived', 'Fairness trust' and 'Fairness distrust'. According to the results of MANOVA analysis to figure out if there are differences in career transitions, perceiving a calling, and working as meaning depending on latent classes, significant differences were appeared among latent classes. Finally, multinominal logistic regression analysis was conducted to examine whether demographic characteristics and 'decent work' affect the latent group classification. As a result, the more 'decent work', the higher the probability of belonging to the class with high BJW and social class. On the basis of the results of this study, the implications on the case conceptualization and counseling strategy for adults focusing on BJW and Social class in adults and future research were discussed.

  • The object of this study is the effects of a cosmetology education for career discontinuity women who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment on career preparation behavior, so I analyzed reemployment characteristics, cosmetology education satisfaction, and career preparation behavior for 300 women in thirties to fifties who receive a cosmetology education for reemployment. Reemployment women's reemployment characteristics are various according to age, level of education, major field, training period, and educational institution, and sub factors of cosmetology education satisfaction affects meaningfully to improve career preparation behavior. Especially, educational contents and consultation about getting a job and career casts a long shadow relatively to career preparation behavior, so educational contents and consultation service about getting a job and career are important to make reemployment rate through career preparation behavior high. Based on such factors, the study will fulfill students' demand in cosmetology educational institutions, will highlight the importance of an efficient cosmetology education for developing industrial settings once more, and will offer base line data of consultation service about getting a job and career that can make satisfaction and credibility of educational institutions high, so will help the development of a cosmetology education and career discontinuity women's reemployment.

  • Many studies have been conducted to analyze factors that affect customer satisfaction, and service quality improvement in the parcel delivery industry. Most of these studies have a limited number of respondents using methods such as surveys and interviews. Therefore, this study aims to supplement the shortcomings of previous studies, by searching and analyzing the common major topics related to the complaints pointed out by consumers and suppliers in the parcel delivery service with cases of consumer counseling, and articles that reflect the complaints of workers in the industry. In addition, by analyzing the trend of these topics, we attempted to discover new topics and suggest implications. In conclusion, topics such as delay/lost/wrong deliveries as well as the fierce competition in the parcel delivery industry, turned out to be central aspects. As a result of the topic trend analysis, talks with international couriers have recently increased, and many conflicts related to apartment parcel delivery have been dealt with. The topics presented in this study are mainly focused on the contents of previous studies, but we expect that new and valuable topics can be derived by adding other data and analysis methods, such as internal counseling and academic literature.

  • The recent economic downturn has created new challenges for today's company workers such as increased job instability; layoffs; the need to maintain dual income households and the associated childcare requirements; and other job stresses. These stresses give rise to serious problems for workers and ultimately to organizations. Companies therefore need to pay attention to solving the problem of stress. These days, many companies seek a solution from EAP. EAP aims to support workers through counseling, consulting and coaching services to help them overcome issues which may adversely affect job satisfaction and performance. EAP was introduced in this country ten years ago. Formerly, many companies viewed stress primarily as a personal issue. But now more companies are in a hurry to adopt EAP as a means for individuals to resolve stress. This study draws on the example of EAP use in LG Hausys. The company has adopted EAP under the CEO's strong support. The company has effectively managed EAP services which include professional counseling and the training of internal counselors. This study derives implications for the further implementation of EAP services.

The Moderate Effect of the Religious Fundamentalism on Religious Orientations and Subjective Well-being (종교지향과 주관적 웰빙의 관계에 대한 종교적 원리주의의 조절효과)

  • This study aims to investigate how religious orientation of college students and the religious fundamentalism are related to their subjective well-being, and the interaction of religious orientations and the religious fundamentalism on their well-being. The participants were 374 college students who studies at an university located in Seoul, whose average of age were 22.54 (SD=4.79). The psychological tests used in this research included the following: I/E-R, the Religious Fundamentalism Scale, the Spiritual Well-Being Scale, Emotion Frequency Test, Satisfaction with Life Scale, Subjective Happiness Scale, Life Satisfaction Motivation Scale, and Life Satisfaction Expectancy Scale. Although religious students experienced more religious well-being than non-religious students, their subjective well-being were not higher than those of non-religious students. Results reveal that religious orientations were positively related to subjective well-being such as life satisfaction, subjective happiness, and positive emotions, as well as spiritual well-being. However, those covariance was approximately 4~6% only. Religious fundamentalism was also positively related to spiritual well-being and life satisfaction, it was negatively related to the motivation to live though. On the other hand, moderate effects of the religious fundamentalism on the relations of religious orientations to most of subjective well-being variables. Results of simple main effect analyses indicated that the students who were strongly oriented toward religion with higher religious fundamentalism showed significantly higher existential well-being, positive emotions, life satisfaction, subjective happiness, and especially their motivation and expectation for future life, whereas there were no significant differences in subjective well-being of students with lower religious fundamentalism by religious orientation. This finding suggests that some religiosity variables could affect human well-being with interactions

  • According to the ministry of defence(2015), 49.329(13.6%) of 359,059 in results of the personality test for the korean enlist military in 2015 were exposed. in "the preventive group"and "the risk group". This study tried to search through the adaptation strategy on the transformational leadership in order to adjust well in the military organization for them. For this, conducted a survey of the psychological well-being, organizational commitment, job satisfaction with 350 soldiers of 3 Field headquaters. The result, Military commander's transformational leadership got a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the psychological well-being but not the job satisfaction. The psychological well-being got a positive effect on the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. Also, The psychological well-being mediated a relation of the organizational commitment and the organizational commitment, the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction. This suggests the importance of the psychological well-being to improve the organizational commitment, the job satisfaction to soldiers in a military organization. Also, This suggests that the military commander's transformational leadership can be very important factors to improve the psychological well-being to soldiers in a military organization.

Major satisfaction and career decision level of students in dept. of Home Economics Education (가정교육과 학생들의 학과만족도와 진로결정수준)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine major satisfaction and career decision level of Home Economics Education major college students, to investigate factors influencing on major satisfaction and career decision level, and to provide basic informations for career counseling. A survey was conducted to students majoring Home Economics Education at four universities, and students majoring Korean Language Education and Mathematics Education at one same university in Seoul from October to November, 2011. General satisfaction in major of Home Economics Edu. students was above average, but social perception satisfaction was low. The social perception satisfaction was lower for Home Economics edu. students than Korean Language edu. and Mathematics edu. students. There were significant differences in major satisfaction by university and class standing, but no significant difference by gender. Students showed the lowest value in Home Economics teacher as considering job, and most of students considered teacher and major unconcerned job. Students considering major concerned job showed higher major satisfaction compared to students considering major unconcerned job. Career decision level was medium and there were not significant differences in career decision level by major, university, class standing, gender, considering job. Career decision level was affected positively by only general satisfaction in major.

방사성옥소 치료를 받는 갑상선암 환자의 만족도 개선 연구

  • 목적: 방사성옥소 치료를 받는 많은 환자들이 장기간의 전처치와 격리 입원 동안에 신체적 불편함을 호소하므로 이를 줄여주기 위하여 첫째, 방사성옥소 치료 전 환자들이 저옥소식을 잘 지킬 수 있도록 도움을 주며 둘째, 4일간의 격리입원기간 동안 심리적 어려움과 신체 적불편함을 줄여줌으로써 환자의 만족도를 향상시키는 효과를 기대하고자 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1. 연구자들의 브레인스토밍을 통해 환자들의 불편함을 파악하였다. 2. 방사성옥소 치료를 위해 입원한 환자 36명에게 입원 기간 동안 느낀 점을 기록하게 하고 이를 조사하였다. 3. 환자 퇴원시에 치료과정에 대한 만족도 설문을 문제점 개선 전 33명, 개선 후 22명에게 조사하였다. 결과: 문제점과 개선안을 도출하였으며 가능한 범위 내에서 개선활동을 실시하였다. 그리고 만족도 설문을 조사하였으며 개선 전 후를 비교하였다. 문제점으로 1) 저옥소식: 맛이 없다, 반찬 가려 먹기가 어렵다. 2) 치료병실 생활: 속이 메스꺼워 음식 섭취가 곤란하다, 병실이 춥다. 3) 호르몬제 투여중지: 전신이 나른하다, 몸이 붓는다가 도출되었으며 이를 해결하기 위한 개선 활동은 1) 입원 전 예약 시에 음식조절(저옥소식)에 대한 설명을 자세히 하였다. 2) 타부서와의 협의-협조사항(치료병실의 청결유지와 쾌적한 병실을 만들기 위해 16층 병동과 협의, 저옥소식 영양상담을 치료 과정중에 넣기 위해 영양과와 협의, 온열매트리스 설치와 보온이불 구입을 위해 시설팀과 협의 등)을 해결하려 노력했다. 3) 전반적인 개선활동(방사성옥소를 차질없이 구입, 치료병실의 치료 전 후 방사능오염 방지, 환자의 심리적 불안감 해소 등)을 하였다. 환자의 만족도 설문에 대한 개선 활동 전 후 비교 결과에서 '치료과정 전체에 대해 힘들었다'는 개선 전 후에 각각 80.6%, 81.8%로 큰 차이가 없었다. 또한 문제점으로 도출된 '저옥소식이 힘들었다'는 개선 전 후에 각각 24.1%, 27.8%로 역시 큰 차이가 없었다. 그러나 '병실생활이 힘들었다'는 개선 전 후에 각각 48.3%, 72.2%로 큰 차이를 보였다. 그리고 '호르몬 투여중지로 인해 힘들었다'는 개선 전 후에 각각 27.6%, 0%로 큰 차이를 보였다. 고찰 및 결론: 환자들의 불편함을 줄여주기 위하여 연구자들의 개선활동이 있었고 그 중에서 입원병실의 생활환경이 특히 향상되었다. 그러나 결과에서 '병실생활이 힘들었다'에 대한 답의 비율은 오히려 더 높아졌다. 이는 '호르몬 투여 중지로 힘들었다'로 답하는 환자의 비율이 상대적으로 줄었기 때문에 높아진 것으로 생각되었다. 방사성옥소 치료로 인해 생길 수밖에 없는 신체적 반응 때문에 대부분의 환자들은 항상 힘들었다고 할 것이다. 만족도 개선 활동으로 환자의 힘든 치료과정을 완전히 해소시켜 줄 수는 없었으나 환자입장에서 생각할 수 있게 된 계기가 되었으며 좀 더 향상된 치료환경을 제공하는 기회가 되었다.
