The purpose of this paper is to apply data mining method for the inbound call center optimization. Data mining analysis is come to be used in order to predict the degree of difficulty on the consultation. It is the method of maximal efficiency for the call center that uses of the predicted degree of difficulty and customer grade as routing which hits to the skill of the consultation unit. This method is to get the possibility of efficiency for the call center with the maximum efficiency.

Purpose: This study was to identify the role of general hospice palliative nurse through job analysis (duties, task, and task elements). Methods: The sample consisted of 136 nurses or professors who were performing duties related to hospice care areas in Korea. A survey method was used, and the questionnaire included frequencies, criticality, and difficulties of task elements in job description by the DACUM method. Descriptive statistics were performed by using SPSS WIN 17.0. Results: The job description of general hospice palliative nurse was identified 8 duties, 36 tasks, and 137 task elements. As for the 8 duties, the average scores of frequency, criticality, and difficulty were 2.94, 3.66, and 2.80, respectively. The role of ‘pain assessment’ was the most important task element among frequency and criticality. The lowest score at the frequency and criticality were ‘manage public finance’ and ‘collect datum through diagnostic test & lab', respectively. Furthermore, the role of 'identify spiritual needs of patients and family' was the most difficult task, whereas the role of 'manage documents and information' was the least. Conclusion: In this study, we could recognize the reality of general hospice palliative nurse's performances. For general hospice palliative nurse, therefore, concrete practice guide lines of psychosocial and spiritual care, communication skills, and bereavement care with qualifying system are critically needed.
Recently, there has been a growing interest in SW education for non-SW major in order to nurture SW convergence talent. In Korea, it is a tendency to make SW mandatory for basic education to all students regardless of their major, starting with SW-oriented universities. Through a case study of programming lesson, the paper compared differences in academic achievements and difficulties of learning between SW majors and non-majors and between the humanities department and the science department. As a result, although there was no significant difference in academic achievement according to majors, the humanities department had more difficulty in implementing programs such as practices, assignments, and team project. Through the interview, lack of understanding about programming problem itself, lack of relationship with friend or tutor that can help assignments, and difficulty in learning motivation by piecemeal curriculum knowledge alone were the main causes. The results will be expected to propose the direction of SW education for non-SW majors.
The research has been investigated to enhance job recognition and satisfaction in Emergency medical information center and to induce some positive suggestions to develop emergency medical information centers in Korea. As a result, the findings found that the tasks which the experts felt are most easily ones are the guidance, counseling, and advice of a patient, while the most difficult tasks are the advice on the first-aid treatment and the guidance of the hospitals. The research has found the findings that most employees feel that they perform their jobs quite well including the guidance and consultation of first-aide patients. They also feel that they are under stress in consulting patients, and in making decisions to visit emergency centers and to observe the patients in limited information without seeing patients in person. They are concerned about the identity of emergency information centers, feeling that it is difficult to construct smoothly the collaboration of such agencies as the administrative, emergency medical centers, 119 resue teams to treat first aide treatments, to provide transportation information, and hospital guidance.
Huge growth in developmental level, new accomplishment, and The period of adolescents is not only the transition stage but also improvement of academic level. In this level of stage, adolescents have difficulties in development, so they show psychological abnormality such as stress and depression. They could develop mental disorder such as depression or anxiety if they do not overcome the abnormality. According to the situation of the insufficiency of the decent program for adolescents' mental health in the current society, we are strongly requested to develop the psycho-therapeutic program for them. Therefore, in this study, we examined the effect of the musical activities as blues music structure on the improvement of the Self-Efficacy in the female middle school students who have depressive tendencies as well as what they experienced through the activities. The 3 participants were selected out of 70 students in the first year at the "D" middle school in Seoul by being tested with Child Depression Inventory(CDI) and Self-Efficacy Scale(SES). The musical activities were built with 3 steps. Of which, the first one was the introduction to each other, the formation of rapport, and induction of their interests to the musical activities through blues. The second one was letting participants learn the blues music structure by practice and play assigned music(including improvisation) during later 5 sessions with different difficulties at each session. The third one was giving them opportunities to play a music out of the acquired ones during the session or creative music by their own, which results in maximizing musical activities and an acquired experience. As a result, first of all, the scores of CDI test of 3 participants in 10 time sessions showed slight changes, suggesting the negative correlation between CDI and SES even though changes were not big differences. Secondly, the scores of SES test of 3 subjects in 10 time sessions were all changed and especially preference for tasking was significant. Thirdly, the scores of SES for musical playing test of 3 participants in 10 time sessions were all changed and especially preference for musical tasking was significant shown. Finally, according to answers of 3 participants in 10 time sessions for the after questionnaire on musical activities, participants experienced affirmative self-confidence and positive emotion. Taken together, it was suggested that musical activities using blues music structure could be promising therapeutic intervention method.
Laparoscopic cholecystectorny can be performed safely in most patients with symptomatic cholelithiasis. Preoperative evaluation should assess the potential problems that affect the performance of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Hepatobiliary scintigraphy or oral cholecystography can assess the gallbladder function and nonvisualization of gallbladder usually indicates acute or severe chronic cholecystitis. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of preoperative hepatobiliary scintigraphy or oral cholecystography in predicting the performance of laparoscopic cholecystectorny. The study group consists of 176 patients who underwent both hepatobiliary scintigraphy with Tc-99m DISIDA and oral cholecystography within one month before laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Nonvisualization of gallbladder was defined as persistent nonvisualization of gallbladder until 4 hours on hepatobiliary scintigraphy or 12 hours on oral cholecystography. Among 176 patients, gallbladder was not visualized in 38 patients on hepatobiliary scintigraphy and 41 patients on oral cholecystography. Concordance rate between hepatobiliary scintigraphy and oral cholecystography was 89.2%. The conversion rate to open cholocystectomy was significantly higher in patients with nonvisualization of gallbladder than in patients with gallbladder visualization(15.8% vs 2.9% on hepatobiliary scintigraphy, 12.2% vs 3.7% on oral cholecystography p<0.01 and p<0.05 respectively). The operative complication rate was also significantly higher in patients with nonvisualization of gallbladder (13.2% vs 2.9% on hepatobiliary scintigraphy, 14.6% vs 2.2% on oral cholecystography p<0.01 and p<0.001, respectively). Similarly, operation time was significantly prolonged in patients with nonvisualization of gallbladder ($88.8{\pm}41.9min$ vs $62.5{\pm}23.6min$ on hepatobiliary scintigraphy : p<0.001, $89.4{\pm}41.3$ min vs $61.8{\pm}22.8$ min on oral cholecystography : p<0.001). It is concluded that nonvisualization of gallbladder on hepatobiliary scintigraphy or oral cholecystography is a valuable preoperative clinical risk factor in predicting increased conversion rate to open cholecystectomy, increased operative complication and prolonged operation time.
The purpose of this study was to identify the utilization of school health room and the health problems among elementary and secondary school students as years go by sex, school locations, and to analyze the frequency and difficulty of nursing interventions performance that school health teachers was available to resolve students' health problems at school health room. Participants were fifty nine school health teachers with more than 3 years of career. As the years go by, utilization of school health room has gradually increased. Utilization of female than male was higher than 200%, i.e. Elementary school girls in urban area were the highest rate, and secondary school boys in urban area were the lowest. In male, utilization of school health room was in order the skin and subcutaneous, musculoskeletal, and digestive problems, and also was in order the skin and subcutaneous, digestive, and musculoskeletal problems in female. Utilization of in urban elementary school was higher on patricular health problem than in suburban areas. Nursing interventions of most often using were self-care management & education and counselling. Nursing intervention was the highest degree of difficulty in self-harm, seizure, circulatory health problems. In conclusions, utilization of school health room has gradually increased; therefore workload of school health teacher aggravated. To perform a heath teacher to effectively operate the general and emergency health issues, the expansion of qualified school health teachers is needed, and the standardized guidelines and refresher training programs is required.

Objective : The aims of the this study is to identify job characteristics, to generate job description, and additionally to investigate duty task of the job for Korean pediatric occupational therapist focused on sensory integration intervention. Methods : In the first stage, job analysis of pediatric occupational therapist focused on sensory integration intervention was performed by an advisory committee consist of the DACUM panel. Through the job analysis, job description with definition was established. In the second stage, a survey was performed for 141 pediatric occupational therapist using a questionnaire based on the job description in order to investigate importance, frequency and difficulty of duty task and task elements of the job. This process was done from May to September 2017. Results : The job definition drew from this study was 'Pediatric occupational therapist provides occupational therapy services to children and adolescents to support occupational performance and social participation including daily activities and play". Through the job description established in this study, 9 duties (consulting, evaluation, intervention plan, intervention, document, education, self-development, management, and administration), 28 tasks and 169 task elements were drew. In the survey, among the duty tasks and task elements, 'ensure physical safety' and 'perform a session' were selected as the most important task, and 'ensure safety of children, sensory integrative equipment and environment' and 'prepare a safe environment' were selected as the most important element. Conclusion : This study defined job demands and characteristics of pediatric occupational therapist who performs sensory integration intervention. It is expected that this study can be used a resource to develop and/or improve educational program related.
The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of bowel preparation convergence program for colonoscopy. This study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. A sample of 75 clients, who were scheduled for colonoscopy, was included. The experimental group was given bowel preparation convergence program including audiovisual education, walking-exercise and telephone counseling. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire and colonoscopy monitoring and were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 program. The experimental group reported significantly higher compliance of taking bowel preparation agents and test satisfaction(p=.002; p=.001), lower test difficulty and test discomfort than those of the control group(p=.002; p=.001). There were significant differences in level of bowel cleansing and test time required except compliance of diet restriction between groups(p<.001; p=.001; p=.108). This findings indicate that bowel preparation convergence program can be an effective nursing intervention for colonoscopy. The convergence intervention for diagnostic test is needed to be developed in clinical practice.
The selective central curriculum, which has been applied to the grades eleven and twelve in the 7th curriculum, has not operated well due to lack of teacher supply. This study analyzes the needs for the contents which are necessary to operate the minority optional curriculum through cyber education. Based on the developed contents, pilot program was performed. As a result of the program, the learning progress ratio of students was high but their satisfaction was very low. It is suggested that the quantity of the content should be reduced and the degree of difficulty lowered in order to address the problems. Another suggestion is to provide students with on-line teachers such as learning planners, tutors, and consultations to systematically manage students' learning. In addition, various elective-courses should be developed to allow students to take the courses of their choice, which in turn requires the establishment of the national operation system for the minority optional curriculum.
