In Seoul, there are lots of skyscrapers that have above 60 stories and buildings that have more than 8 basement levels, as well as massive distribution complex region which is connected to subways, departments, malls, hotels, and exhibition halls. When an accident, such as fire and explosion, happens in these areas or structures, if we can't find where fire-fighters are, who go into the building to suppress the fire, we couldn't be sure of their safety as well as effective command. Actually, it may cause much more damage itself and restrict either fire suppression or lifesaving. To protect people's life and properties as much as possible, this study will show the method to construct system of disaster-management supports with effective operation of fire force and scientific fire strategy in the scene by using Ubiquitous technique to enormous disasters.

최근 국제 표준 및 규격의 국내 도입에 따라 다양한 접지 방식에 대한 안전성과 신뢰성이 요구되고 있으나, 현재 국내 규정은 국제 규격과 부합되지 않는 측면이 있다. 따라서, 국내 건축물의 접지시스템에 대한 정확한 현장 실태를 바탕으로 국내 실정에 맞는 접지시스템의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 아파트, 공장, 상가, 학교 등의 신축 건물에 시설된 접지방식 및 등전위 본딩 실태 등을 현장 조사를 중심으로 분석하였다. 접지실태조사는 접지방식, 접지단자의 접속방식, 공결방식, 접지요소간의 접속방식 등을 분석하였으며, 등전위 본딩 실태조사는 IEC 60364에 규정된 방법을 근거로 계통외 도전성 부분과 기기외함의 연속성을 평가하였다.

There are lots of buildings with their deterioration in wholesale markets which have high concentration that can cause big fire due to difficulty of installing fire protection system in fire compartment, absence of safety awareness, access by many and unspecified people. There had been big fire that caused by these kind of fire weakness such as Seomun Market's in 2005 which costed tens of millions dollar, Dongmun Shopping District’s with 7 casualties. Now counter-measure against these fire is urgently needed. This study drew characteristic of current condition of wholesale markets and the one classified by main agent, fire cases and prevention of fire through statistical data. Also, current condition of fire prevention management and actual state were investigated by conducting a survey of person in charge of fire prevention and current practician. As a result, it was shown that securing professionalism of fire prevention, improvement of structural weakness of buildings, obtaining reliability on performance of fire protection system and internal fire education against practician in the market are needed.

In this study, the disaster management and disaster medical improvement was described in underground space(specifically underground shopping center) in case of fire disaster occurred. Firstly, statue and system was discussed concerning building law, safety, fire services, refuge. The underground in Seoul management is classified as to space and form and management agent is different according to the type form. Because the difficulty of emergency rescue arises due to individual management system unified system needs to be established and improvement of facility management agent is necessary. For the patient to be transfer on the ground, corporation between command head quarter and emergency rescue team are essential. And disaster information and emergency medical information are also need to be considered. Therefore, effective countermeasures for emergency saving is urgent considering distribution of medical institution and medical treatment.

The purpose of this study is to establish an S.I. (Space Identity) considering the spatial location and cultural specificity of Jecheon Jungang Market, the oldest and largest market in Jecheon with historical characteristics. To this end, we identify the flow of the cultural tourism market, investigate and analyze the current state of Jecheon Central Market, and present a direction based on storytelling for each space. The concept of space design was divided into space, time, people, and culture as coexistence, and merchants, products, and shopping malls share temporality and coexist in one space. Therefore, the facilities for each floor consisted of a gate, information board, lighting, rest area, design bench facility, information center, business compliance line, floor sign, and gate floor sign for each floor. Through this, it is necessary to establish a mid- to long-term development strategy by establishing a step-by-step promotion strategy to predict the economic effect of creating new demand and increasing sales in Jecheon Central Market.

최근 여러 지역에서 발생되는 지하철 참사 및 대형화재 또는 지하철 역사, 대형 지하상가, 백화점, 지하공간, 대형쇼핑센터, 숙박업소, 공공건물등 대형 다중이용시설 등에서 발생될 수 있는 예측 불가능한 인재, 천재지변에 안전하게 대피하기 위한 수단으로 비상등 및 여러 감지기들이 소방법 개정으로 의무설치 하고 있다. 비상등 및 감지기들은 비상시 위험 감지 및 경고 전파를 위해 사용되는데 방음벽이나 격벽, 경고 거리의 제한으로 인해 경고 전달의 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 데이터 전송기능 및 경고등, 음성전파 기능을 갖는 무선 지능형 화재 감지/경고시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

국토교통부(장관 서승환)는 수직증축 리모델링 허용 등을 포함한 '공동주택 리모델링 제도개선 방안'(6.5 발표)의 후속조치로 노후 공동주택 거주 주민이 부담 가능한 범위에서 불편사례를 선택적으로 개선할 수 있도록 '맞춤형 리모델링' 활성화를 위한 연구용역을 마무리하고, 조만간 가이드라인을 제작 발표할 계획이라고 밝혔다. 가이드라인에는 주차장 부족, 배관 노후화 등 노후 공동주택 거주 주민들의 주요 불편사항(급 배수관 노후화, 주차장 부족, 난방효율 저하, 승강기 부족 등)을 효과적으로 해소할 수 있도록 단지 동 세대 내에서 각각 시행할 수 있는 총 39가지의 리모델링 아이템에 대한 소개와 공사비 등의 정보가 포함될 예정이다. 먼저, 단지내 리모델링에는 데크 지하주차장 신설, 녹지 보육시설 및 헬스장 등 확충, 노후상가 철거 후 별동 증축 등이 포함되며, 아파트 개별 동 내에서는 급 배수관/전기 통신/소방 등 노후 설비 교체, 승강기 신설, 코어증축(복도${\rightarrow}$계단식 변경) 등이, 세대 내에는 문 창호 및 내장재 교체, 단열 기밀 등 에너지 성능 향상, 실내공간 재배치 등이 포함된다. 특히, 아이템별 이주기간을 재실형과 이주형으로 구분하여 주민 선택의 폭을 한층 더 넓힐 것으로 기대된다.

중소기업에 근무하는 김모씨. 그는 영화라면 자다가도 벌떡 일어나는 영화광이다. 집에 홈씨어터 시설까지 구축하고 일주일에 평균 2~3편의 영화를 본다. 그는 주로 아파트 단지 앞 상가 내 비디오DVD 대여점에서 대여를 하는 편이다. 그런데 최근 이 대여점이 경영난으로 폐업을 해버려 영화 빌릴 곳이 없어 졌다. '이제 옆 동네까지 가서 DVD를 빌려 봐야 하는 가?' 난감해 하던 김모씨. 어느 날 회사 근처 편의점을 들어갔더니 요상하게 생긴 'DVD타워'라는 기계가 있는 게 아닌가. 김모씨는 이 제품이 DVD를 무인 대여하는 자판기라는 것을 알고 눈이 휘둥그레졌다. 최신 영화 등 다양한 타이틀을 제공하고 이용방법도 쉽고 편리하다. 그날 당장 요즘 인기를 끄는 최신 영화 2편을 대여하고 '휘파람'을 불며 편의점을 나섰다.

본 연구는 국내 현실적인 기준 반영을 위하여 인구 유동에 있어 출퇴근 이용자가 집중되고 상업활동이 복합된 지하상가의 유동인구를 측정하여 재실자 밀도를 분석하였다. 실측 결과, 지하역사의 연결부분은 퇴근 시간을 기점으로 하여 인원이 편중되었으며 상업시설은 11시, 14시, 17시 등 다양한 시간에 이용자가 편중되는 특성을 나타냈다. 아울러 재실자 밀도는 1.52인/$m^2$로 현재 국내 기준과는 달리 다소 높은 분포를 보여주고 있다.

본 논문에서는 USN 기반 센서 정보수집기술과 지능형 영상분석기술을 이용하여 도시철도 역사와 지하도 상가의 유해가스, 미세먼지 등 지하공기 상태를 실시간 모니터링하고 분석할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 위해 TinyOS를 탑재한 저전력 프로세서 시스템으로 IEEE 802.15.4 표준 무선 네트워크 통신을 지원하는 센서 노드를 구현하고, 이 센서 노드로부터 수집된 데이터를 이 기종 네트워크와 연동하여 상위 시스템에 전송할 수 있는 USN 게이트웨이 노드 시스템을 구현한다. 이러한 네트워크 시스템을 통해 수집된 센싱 데이터는 중앙의 DB서버로 취합 및 저장되도록 구현되며, 최종적으로는 어플리케이션 서버를 통해 공중이용시설의 이용자나 철도 안전 모니터링 요원에게 실시간으로 정보를 서비스할 수 있도록 구현된다.
