Transient Response Analysis of the Trigonometric Distributed RC Circuit (삼각함수형 RC분포회로의 과도응답해석)

  • Since all the poles of the open circuit voltage transfer function of the trigonometric, linear, passive RC circuits exist on the negative real axis of s-plane, its transient response to the unit step input is monotonic. This satisfies the necessary conditions for the applicability of Elmore's method which had been developed originally for the transient analysis of lumped circuit in computing the rise time and delay time of the trigonometric distributed RC circuits. This paper describes the computing method of rise and delay times of the trigonometric distributed RC circuit. The analysis shows that the transient response of this kind circuit depends only upon the time constant and distance angle $\theta$. As $\theta$ is increased, the rise and delay titles are increased non-linearly.

  • A generalized trigonometric fuzzy set is a generalization of a trigonometric fuzzy number. Zadeh([7]) defines the probability of the fuzzy event using the probability. We define the normal and exponential fuzzy probability on $\mathbb{R}$ using the normal and exponential distribution, respectively, and we calculate the normal and exponential fuzzy probability for generalized trigonometric fuzzy sets.

  • This paper describes a probabilistic remaining life assessment program for the creep crack growth. The probabilistic life assessment program is developed to increase the reliability of life assessment. The probabilistic life assessment involves some uncertainties, such as, initial crack size, material properties, and loading condition, and a triangle distribution function is used for random variable generation. The resulting information provides the engineer with an assessment of the probability of structural failure as a function of operating time given the uncertainties in the input data. This study forms basis of the probabilistic life assessment technique and will be extended to other damage mechanisms.

  • 홑곁모양(Single Mode) 광섬유를 써서 조절되는 곬진 짝짓게를 제작해서 이를 이용해 광섬유 공진고리 간섭계를 구성하였다. 광원으로 He-Ne 레이저의 빛살(0.6328$mu extrm{m}$)를 간섭계의 팔(Arm)에 입사시키고, 광섬유 고리에는 삼각파를 함수 발생기로 P. Z. T를 써서 가할 때 출력 끝에서 나오는 빛살의 공진 특성 및 주파수 분포를 조사하였다. 또한, 빛살이 입사되는 광섬유 팔에 편극 조절기를 부착해서 편극 변화에 따른 공진 현상의 변화를 조사하였다.

Vectorial Solutions of the Eigenmodes of the Waveguide with Semicircular Cross-Section (반원형 단면을 갖는 광도파로의 고유모우드의 벡터해)

  • We find the vectorial solution of the optical waveguide with semicircular cross-section by expanding the electromagnetic fields of the waveguide into the series of trigonometric and Bessel funtions and by applying the boundary conditions at the finitely selected points on the interface of the core and the cladding. We find also the propagation constants and the energy distributions of the eigenmodes and discuss its properties. As a result of computation, we find that the electromagnetic fields of the even modes about the symmetric axis of the semircular shape are nearly the same as those of the odd modes except that E and H of the odd modes are replaced by -H and E and that the even and odd modes are degenerated as the ratio of refractive index of the core and cladding approaches to 1.

  • In the paper, we have obtained electron energy distribution function (EEDF) in plasma by using two differentiators. In addition, we have investigated the comparision of the EEDFs by sawtooth and triangle waveform voltages. It is found that as pressure is decreased, electron density is decreased, and plasma potential is increased. And as the position of probe moves the outer of plasma, plasma potential is decreased, and electron temperature is decreased.

  • The countermeasure for the shortage of water during dry season and drought period has not been considered with return flowrate in detail. In this study, the outflow of STP was predicted through a data-based machine learning model, LSTM. As the first step, outflow, inflow, precipitation and water elevation were utilized as input data, and the distribution of variance was additionally considered to improve the accuracy of the prediction. When considering the variability of the outflow data, the residual between the observed value and the distribution was assumed to be in the form of a complex trigonometric function and presented in the form of the optimal distribution of the outflow along with the theoretical probability distribution. It was apparently found that the degree of error was reduced when compared to the case not considering where the variance distribution. Therefore, it is expected that the outflow prediction model constructed in this study can be used as basic data for establishing an efficient river management system as more accurate prediction is possible.

  • 공학이나 과학에서 다루는 거의 모든 현상이나 물체는 시공간적으로 연속성을 지니고 있으며, 지형이나 지하수위분포가 대표적인 사례에 해당한다. 강수량 분포 또한 지역적인 스케일을 고려할 때 연속성을 지니고 있다고 가정될 수 있다. 이러한 연속성을 지닌 현상이나 물체를 연구 대상으로 취할 경우, 모든 위치에서의 관찰 값이나 계산 값을 얻기란 불가능하므로, 불연속적이거나 이산적인 위치에서 불연속적인 값을 얻게 된다. 이러한 시공간적으로 이산적이고 불연속적인 자료를 바탕으로 어떠한 작업을 수행하고자 할 때 자료의 연속성을 가정하게 되며, 따라서 연속성을 가정하고 내삽 처리된 근사값을 이용하게 된다. 따라서 불연속적인 자료의 내삽 처리 과정이 연구 결과의 성패를 좌우할 만큼 매우 중요할 수 있다. 하지만 대다수의 연구자나 실무자들은 내삽 처리의 중요성을 간과하고 있으며, 자료처리나 준비 과정에서 거쳐야하는 하나의 단순한 단계로만 여길 뿐이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 역거리 가중치법(Reciplocal Inverse Distance method), 역거리 제곱 가중치법(Inverse Square Distance method), Dual Kriging법, Hardy의 Multiquadric법, Completely Regularized spline법, 삼각망법(TIN) 등 기존에 알려진 공간자료 보간법에 대해서 소개하며, 알려져 있는 공간함수를 이용하여 다양한 경우에 대한 비교, 분석을 수행한다. 보간법의 종류에 따라 내삽 결과는 매개변수 값에 지대한 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에, 매개변수에 따른 내삽 결과를 분석하고, 정확성과 적용성 등 다양한 내삽기법들에 대해서 평가한다.

Numerical Calculation for Input Impedance of a Conductor Located in the Loss Media (손실 매질에 위치한 도체의 입력임피던스 수치계산)

  • This paper presents the numerical calculation for input impedance of a conductor located in the loss media by using the program with MATLAB. The input impedances of the conductor were numerically calculated with the moment of method. To increase an accuracy of results, the Galerkin's method which both the basic function and the weight function are the triangle function was applied. And by applying the modified image method, image sources of the conductor located in air were considered. According to the comparison between the current distributions at the conductor which were calculated with the MATLAB program and the NEC program, the reliability of the self-made program with MATLAB was obtained. In case of the conductor located in soil, which length are 1 m and 2 m, the input impedance were simulated as a function of both a conductivity and a frequency. Finally, input impedances and phases of the conductor located in soil were measured, and those results were compared with simulated results which calculated under the same conditions.

  • 연삭숫돌 선택은 공작물제거량, 숫돌의 소모량, 표면정도 및 공작물의 물리적,화학적 특성을 고려하여 설정하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 연삭가공은 구성인자의 상호관계가 복잡하여 이중에서 어느한 요소만을 고려하여 설정하기 어렵고 정량적 기준 또한 정해져있지 않아 현실적으로는 숙련자의 정성적이고 경험적 지식에 따른 주관적 척도에 의존하는 것이 대부분이다. 또한, 연삭숫돌은 작업조건중에서 대량생산을 제외하고는 되도록이면 현장에 구비되어 있는 작업가능한 연삭숫돌 중에서 선택하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 본시스템에서는 이와같은 점을 고려하여 최적 연삭숫돌선택을 퍼지이론에 기초한 현장 숙련자의 지식을 활용하므로써 연삭숫돌선택의 효율성을 도모하는 동시에 현장에 연삭숫돌이 구비되지 않은 경우도 고려하여 연삭숫돌설정에 우선순위를 제시하므로써 작업자에 연삭숫돌선택의 유연성을 부여하였다. 또한, 실용성있는 전문가시스템의 구축을 위해 정성적이고 경험적인 지식의 활용을 위한 지식표현으로 설문조사에서 얻은 테이타를 x$^{2}$-분포에 따른 추정신뢰구간을 구해, 이를 토대로한 비대칭 삼각퍼지함수의 결정법을 제시하고, 이를 이용해서 구축한 시스템의 실행결과의 타당성을 비교하고자 한다.
