경원전문대학 건축설비과는 대한설비건설협회 서울특별시회와 1997년 4월 29일 산학협동 협정을 체결하였다. 산학협동 협정이 체결되기 전후의 추진경과와 추진실적을 살펴보고 연도별 산학협동 추진 내용과 산학협동 추진관계를 분석하여 산학협동을 원활하게 추진할 수 있는 요인을 파악하고 산$\cdot$학이 공동으로 발전할 수 있는 산학협동 추진방안을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 논문은 전문대학 중소기업기술협력회가 주최하고 중소기업청$\cdot$㈜리크루트$\cdot$한국일보사$\cdot$서울경제신문사가 후원하여 1998년 11월 13일 전주공업대학에서 개최한 제4회 산학협동사례발표회에서 발표한 내용이다.

본 연구에서는 산학협력의 관계를 통해 발생하는 장애를 파악하고 이를 극복할 수 있는 요인을 대학행정의 노력과 신뢰에서 찾아본다. 기존 산학협력의 연구에서, 산학간의 관계는 경로의존성에 의해 지속적인 상호작용과 지식의 흡수역량을 키움으로써, 양자간 협력에 대한 누적된 경험과 다양한 채널의 폭을 가진다. 하지만 상호간 인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽과 같은 산학협력의 장애는 필연적으로 발생한다. 이러한 장애를 극복해야만 좀 더 효과적인 성과를 유도하고, 지속적인 산학협력의 관계가 유지될 수 있을 것이다. 연구결과, 대학행정의 노력수준과 산학간의 신뢰가 높을수록 산학협력 장애요인인 상호인식의 차이와 제도적 장벽은 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 산학협력장애를 극복할 수 있는 이 두 가지 요인의 수준을 높이기 위한 산학연관 주체의 관심과 실행 및 제도적 뒷받침이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

Industry-academy Collaboration alms to produce synergy-empowerment through co-opt between university and business within R&D and human resource management. The lack of indigenous R&D capabilities makes Korean small businesses not have sustainable competitive advantages. While the Korean government has increased the budgetary supports on small businesses since the late 1990s to enhance technological capabilities of small businesses, the competitiveness gap between large and small firms has been widened. The alternative for the government support is considered as active industry-academy collaboration. After exploring various policy measures for the collaboration with classifying them and pointing out their problems from a technological innovation perspective, this study shows the more expected roles of the collaboration to be a catalyst coordinating the R&D activities among the local small businesses, local universities, and public research institutes. Based upon the analyses, this study suggests several policy alternatives to facilitate the technological innovations of small businesses in the regional innovation clusters.

Hospitality industry offers internship programs to the students who have studied hospitality related majors in a college, giving them opportunities to improve their executive ability through academic knowledge. However, it has been found that there are several issues against the purposes such as unconcern, work burden, inadequate reward, and discontent. In this respect, this study aims to suggest the advisable solutions to achieve the original purposes of an internship program by examining the effects of the perception of the internship program, anticipation for it, satisfaction with it, and job pursuit intentions after finishing it. Positive factors for the perception of internship training are businesses, allocation of departments, working environments, students abilities, and academical knowledge while its term and reward from it are not the influential factors. The positive perception of the internship training is influenced by affirmative importance-performance thinking, but positive job pursuit intentions is not affected by affirmative perception of the training.

In a study of the existing Collaboration, U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) has a width of the various channels through continuous mutual cooperation by the path-dependency. U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) through the various channels is more powerful, whereas this increase trade-related barriers. In other words, It has been discussed in many literatures about the U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK). However, relatively a study on the factor of the barrier about U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) is a minority. Given the importance of policies to establish an association of industry-university cooperation and support system, the lack of research on the obstacles to U-I Collaboration linkage(LINK) will be a serious obstacle for designing effective policies. This paper examines the existing literature about the width of mutual cooperation and the barrier of U-I Collaboration, analyze to lower the barrier of U-I cooperation through POB(Positive Organization Behavior) of university administration. In conclusion, we would like to suggest the policy implications.

According to the influence of the LINC project initiated by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in 2011, the number of 'University-Industry Collaboration Faculty' has been sharply increased for the last five years. It is viewed that university-industry collaboration faculty have played a prime role for promoting the university-industry collaboration. However, there is a potential threat that about 70 per cents of total expense needed for maintaining the university-industry collaboration faculty system are dependent upon finances of the LINC project. There is a concern that the university-industry collaboration faculty system will be disappeared, if a university or college fails to be selected in the LINC project or the government decides to suspend the LINC project. In order to grasp the realities and policy alternatives on the university-industry collaboration faculty system, this paper conducts a literature survey, a questionnaire survey, the in-depth interviews with experts and the persons concerned. Based on the results of the survey, we suggest policy implications in terms of legal, financial and structural dimensions.

Zhu Shi Jie's Suan Xue Qi Meng is one of the most important books which gave a great influence to the development of Chosun Mathematics. Investigating San Hak Gye Mong Ju Hae(算學啓蒙註解) published in the middle of the 19th century, we study the development of Chosun Mathematics in the century. The author studied western mathematics together with theory of equations in Gu Il Jib (九一集) written by Hong Jung Ha(洪正夏) and then wrote the commentary, which built up a foundation on the development of Algebra of Chosun in the century.

In this study, factors necessary for successful industry-university cooperation of SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises) were identified. The structure of the TOE (Technology, Organization, Environment) framework was considered for a company's industry-university cooperation preparation capacity, and open innovation collaboration and resilience were utilized as a mediating effect between industry-university cooperation preparation capacity and corporate performance. This study verified the model through a structured questionnaire targeting 204 SMEs with industry-university cooperation experience. As a result, it was confirmed that it was important for companies to make diversified efforts by accommodating industry-university cooperation to obtain results from industry-university cooperation.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털콘텐츠산업에서 영상콘텐츠와 기술의 두 분야 모두에서 유저중심의 R&D 기능을 강화해 나가야 한다는 점에서 지금까지의 현장밀착적 인력양성 교육위주 방식에서 탈피하여, 첨단 디지털영상산업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 새로운 산학협력의 모델을 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2009년부터 진행되었던 정책과제와 지원사업과 산학협력사례 분석을 통해 그 문제점을 찾아보고, 교육과 산학협력이 성공적으로 이루어진 해외 대학의 사례를 검토해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 국내의 대학에서 전공교육과 산학협력의 활성화가 상호 유기적으로 이루어질 수 있는 새로운 형태의 산학협력 방안을 모색하게 될 것이다.

The main purpose of this study is to explore the factors related to the performance of industry-university cooperation and determine methods for improving activation of industry-university cooperation. The data was collected by questionnaire survey mailed to the participating researcher and university professors which executed the university-industry cooperation projects. We determined cronbach Alpha Coefficient, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. According to multiple regression analysis, reflect of mutual needs and local industry construction have statistically significant relationships with general satisfaction of university. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation, activeness of industry-university cooperation activity, Local economy scale and local industry construction have statistically significant relationships with general satisfaction of industry. In relation continuity, activeness of industry-university cooperation activity and information exchange have statistically significant relationships with relation continuity of university. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation and activeness of industry-university cooperation activity have statistically significant relationships with relation continuity of industry. In outcome utilization, knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation, research establishment and apparatus have statistically significant relationships with outcome utlization of university. In conclusion, capability factors, cooperative factors, political factors and external environment factors affected industry-universiry cooperation. Knowledge and working ability of industry-university cooperation will be able to upgrade on general satisfaction, relation continuity and outcome utilization.
