  • 전력산업에서의 전력품질을 가늠하는 요소 중의 하나로 최근에는 사회적 요구의 품질을 고려해야 할 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 따라서 사회적 요구품질로써는, 설비의 안전성과 시공상의 안전 및 주위 환경과의 조화를 고려한 환경적합성을 고려할 수 있는데 특히, 현장에서 발생하는 휴먼에러의 큰절을 위한 노력은 끊임없이 강주되어야 할 과제이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 배전현장에서의 휴먼에러를 줄여 나갈 수 있는 한 방법으로 기능훈련지침서와 작업포인트지침서의 작성을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 지침서의 작성과 활용으로 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 구체적인 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • In the case of the existing remote collaboration, the remote support service-oriented system is not suitable for the use of the field-oriented multi-person remote collaboration system. This paper is a remote collaboration system development for various industrial sites. We develop remote support and work management that faces the various needs of industrial sites, real-time video remote support between workers, and real-time voice work sharing between workers. In addition, The goal of the development aims to increase the usability by strengthening the security function through encryption in the video and to develop a more efficient system. Finally, the development contents are the remote management and the support software development, Android app development for worker, WebRTC-based remote collaboration system construction and development, and prototype development. These products are expected to increase demand and increase sales by installing and operating at industrial sites, and can promote manpower training, understanding trending technologies, and improving capabilities.

  • Recently, with the development of the 4th industry, environmental issues such as air pollution have become serious, and in particular, a lot of air pollutants are generated in industrial sites. There are various types of air pollutants, and among them, carbon monoxide is essential for fires occurring in industrial sites, so it should be possible to monitor in real time. In addition, there is a need for a remote monitoring system that can measure various environmental factors other than air pollutants in real time. In this paper, we propose a monitoring system using wireless communication to remotely measure the industrial environment. The proposed monitoring system collects data to the Arduino of the transmitter by using a carbon monoxide sensor, a combustible gas sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor, and a flame sensor, and then transmits it to the receiver using ZigBee. The transmitted data is stored in the database of the receiver Raspberry Pi, and the stored data can be monitored in real time through the monitoring system.

A Curriculum Development for IT Related Departments with Emphasis on Industry (주문식교육을 위한 IT관련학과의 교육과정 개발)

  • Recently, the college education is apart from the necessity of the industry. Therefore, the industry encounters short of the professional expert and the employment ratio of the college graduate is in decrease every year. In order to overcome this problem, an innovative and creative, new college curriculum is necessary, which can enhance the practical and yard-oriented ability for the student instead of the traditional desk-based theoretical knowledge. Thus, in order to improve the college curriculum, a quwstionnare survey for 42 industries located Busan and Kyungnam Province was made. The Questionnaire survey showed that the requirement of ERP was highest. Based on the industry questionnaire survey, an new IT related curriculum made to order by the industry, which can cultivate professional workers, is proposed in this paper.

Operation and Analysis of field-oriented training to enforce the field education (현장성 강화를 위한 현장직무연수에 대한 운영 및 분석)

  • Nowadays, technologies are changing so fast as due to the advancement of industrial structure, and those situations require the change in the curriculum and educational method of vocational high schools. To satisfy those requirements, field-oriented training program was designed and operated. In this research, we evaluated and analyzed short medium and long term field-oriented training program operated by KOREATECH Human Resource Development Institute (HRDI) in 2013. Evaluation results shows that the satisfaction about field-oriented training is very high, and we propose improvement scheme in order that the field-oriented training can be established as a proper program to cope with the changing industry and technologies.

A Study on Development of Major Curriculum for Broadcasting, Entertainment and Acting in Connection with Cultural Content Industry (문화 컨텐츠 산업과 연계된 방송 연예, 연기학과 전공 교육과정개발에 관한 연구)

  • In order to improve executive ability in response to need of job ability in cultural content industry and in connection with industrial scene, it is required to develop curriculum for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting First of all, environmental analysis of cultural content industry, survey on industry demand, survey on demand by enrolled students and graduated students, survey on demand by local community were made and conducted to draw job competency for acting art. In addition, the existing curriculum was analyzed through evaluation by field experts, enrolled students, and graduated students. Based on the analysis results, major curriculum was developed for department of broadcasting, entertainment and acting. Such curriculum development enables providing acting education that focuses on core competency to maximize education effect and cultivating actor who is suitable for the age of multimedia based on local infrastructure. Moreover, the curriculum development helps cultivating versatile actor, rather than famous actor.

  • 무선 단문전송 서비스(SMS : Short Message Service)란 이동 통신 세계화 시스템의 규격을 따른 무선 호출 서비스로 별도의 부가장비 없이도 40자 내외의 짧은 문장을 주고받을 수 있는 문자 서비스이다. 휴대전화의 보급이 급속도로 확산되면서 이에 비례해 문자 서비스 이용 인구도 급속히 늘어나고 있는데, 이메일과 달리 발송 시점과 거의 동시에 내용 전달이 가능하기 때문에 현재 통신수단의 하나로 이미 확고한 자리를 굳힌 상태다. 또한 근래에는 산업현장에서도 알람이나 FAULT정보 등의 신속한 전달을 위해 SMS에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시장의 동향에 따라 본 연구소에서는 산업 현장에서 알람이나 알림, 시스템 FAULT등 긴급한 사항에 대한 단문전송 프로그램을 개발하게 되었다.

  • 최근 산업현장에서 작업의 정밀도에 대한 요구가 높아지면서 산업용 로봇의 정밀위치제어에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 특히 정밀 위치제어가 요구되는 산업용 로봇에서 외란은 로봇의 성능에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 다관절 로봇에 사용되는 AC서보 모터의 고강성 정밀 위치제어를 위해 외란 변화에 대한 강인한 제어를 할 수 있는 외란 관측기와 파라메터 변동에 따른 보상 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 외란 변화에 대해 정밀한 위치제어가 가능함을 보였다. 또한, 다관절 로봇의 각 축에 적용되고 있는 AC서보 모터의 PID 제어기와 제안된 알고리즘과의 비교를 통해 부하 변동에 따른 두 제어기의 차이점을 보였다.

  • 최근 급속도로 발전하고 있는 산업분야에서 요구되는 서보 시스템에서 빠른 응답특성, 고도의 정밀성 그리고 안전성에 대한 요구가 커지고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 따라 5상 IPM(Five-phase IPM)의 DTC(Direct torque control)에 대해 고찰하였으며, Texas Instruments사에서 전동기 제어 전용으로 개발된 DSP칩인 TMS320F2812를 이용하여 디지털적으로 제어 알고리즘을 구성하였다. 5상 전동기는 현재 산업현장에서 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 삼상 전동기에 비해 안정성이 높고, 상당 전압의 변화 없이 고정자 전류를 줄일 수 있고, 토크 맥동의 주파수를 높이고 결과적으로 토크의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있다는 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있으며, 특히 안정성을 요구하는 항공기(Aerospace applications), 전기자동차 및 하이브리드 자동차(Electric or hybrid vehicles)등의 특수한 영역에서 요구가 계속 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 5상 IPM의 DTC에 대한 특성을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

A Study on the Use of Wireless Signals of Mobile Phones for Effective Rescue Activities at Fire Sites (화재 현장에서 효과적인 구조활동을 위한 휴대전화의 무선 신호 활용 방안 연구)

  • As a result of analyzing the fire accident of the Jecheon complex that occurred at the end of 2017, there have been many casualties due to delays in checking the location information of isolated people. In order to prevent such an accident, various research has been conducted to estimate the location of requesters by means of detecting wireless communication information of mobile phones existing at disaster sites. The main concept is to detect an RF signal of a mobile phone at fire sites and, based on this, precisely estimate the location of the mobile phone on the LOS/NLOS. However, it is difficult to get visibility at fire sites due to smoke and the fire. Therefore, apart from estimating the location of requesters, a research is also needed to determine the direction of entry within fire sites. In this paper, we propose a method to determine a direction of entry to provide effective rescue activities using wireless communication information of mobile phones.
