Game industry is one of the most marketable area in the age of the $4^{th}$ industrial revolution. However, game industry in Korea is restricted by social and cultural issues. This study investigates biased image of game players and sexual commercialization of game contents as obstacles of Korean game industry invigoration. We find that the biased image of game players is still existed, and the commercialization of sex is considered as disincentive to develop modern game industry. Most of the respondents reports that sexual commercialization of game contents should be regulated as a factor that would harm Korean game industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the dental hygienists' awareness on the 4th industrial revolution in preparation for the future of dental treatment field. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 209 dental hygienists who are working at dental clinics in Daegu city and the results were as follows. The average awareness on the 4th industrial revolution was 2.41, which is comparatively low. In each section, the willingness to education was 2.87, the influence to dental field was 2.81, the perception degree was 2.25 and the preparation degree was 1.72 which is relatively low. The awareness according to general characteristics, there was a significant difference from age and workplace in influence to dental field (p<0.05, p<0.001), from job position and academic degree in willingness to education (p<0.05). According to the study of correlation among awareness, influence, preparation and willingness of education to 4th industrial revolution. Also there was a positive (+) correlation in everyway, as awareness level is high, the degree of influence, preparation and willingness of education are also high. In conclusion, to prepare for the future medical convergence, it is necessary to raise concern and change in perception to high medical technology by developing and offering diverse education programs as to 4th industrial revolution to dental hygienists.

The Gross Merchandise Volume for the China's Singles day event in 2019 is about $38.4 billion. More than 500 million customers placed about 1.3 billion orders a day, and the related delivery volume is 2.8 billion. The main technologies associated with the 4^th Industrial Revolution are bringing about a big change in the logistics industry. The purpose of this study is to present implications by reviewing the main technologies which are applied to China's Singles day event, the introduction of smart logistics in China, and analyzing the progress of Singles day, smart system of Alibaba, its significance. China still has poor infrastructure in non-capital areas. And many Chinese companies are actively introducing and developing smart logistics to cover the vast continental area of China. Singles Day is a representative case in point where the smart logistics and main technologies related to 4^th Industrial Revolution are applied. The data obtained through smart logistics would be reused for inventory management, production planning, and order processing, contributing to the optimization of the company's operations. In the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution, domestic companies and governments need to make efforts to expand the introduction of smart logistics to secure competitiveness with global advanced companies.

The purpose of this paper is to propose measures to respond to NK's nuclear threat by applying the concept of offset strategy in the US and the fourth industrial revolution technology innovation. Through this study, the concept, technology, and organization were examined to find measures to counter the NK's nuclear threat. The concept was to review the US offset strategy and consider the strategy of paralyzing the enemy's center as an operational concept. And the technologies that can support the 4th Industrial revolution and the 3rd US offset strategy. The organization analyzed the implications for the reform of the National Defense Reform 2.0 and the reorganization of the acquisition of the US DoD. Through the US offset strategy review, it is necessary to reconcile the strategic concepts of Korea and the US, and the interoperability of technologies and the cooperation fields of the ROK-US alliance. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of responding to NK's nuclear threat in connection with the 4th Industrial Revolution and the National Defense Reform 2.0 promotion. It is necessary to develop the concept of operational performance applying the new paradigm for the NK's nuclear issue and to apply advanced science and technology. And that it is necessary to organize effectively in conjunction with the National Defense Reform 2.0.

This study aims to look at the application methods of landscape architecture in response to the 4th Industrial Revolution. The results of the analysis of trends in the 4th Industrial Revolution and the subsequent search for application methods to the field of landscape architecture are as follows. First, the 4th Industrial Revolution means innovative change based on digital technology and seeks to create value based on intelligent information technology, and continuous growth is being made through innovation. This requires expertise to collect large amounts of information and creatively rework it, and a strategy to flexibly cope with changes in the times. Second, the status of technological use in response to the 4th Industrial Revolution in the field of landscape architecture is generalizing the establishment of precise analysis results such as survey technology and global mapping using drones, three-dimensional design simulation, and VR. In the field of traditional landscape architecture, efforts are made to obtain accurate fact-finding data on landscape site components. Third, the application methods in the field of landscape science according to the 4th Industrial Revolution in the future are required to supply precision technology and supply programs in the technology sector, and to provide a shared platform. In addition, a systemically standardized process will need to be established for this. In addition, educational efforts should be continued to professional manpower training and provide economic support for the development of technologies.

This paper analyzed the changes in the curriculum of computer and software-related majors that educate the core ICT technologies needed for the 4th Industrial Revolution, before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the standard classification of university education units, 172 majors classified into Applied Software Engineering, Computer Science·Computer Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence Engineering were targeted, and the curricula of 2023 and 2019 were compared and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the introduction of the related curriculum for each curriculum group increased by about 2.6%p before and after the COVID-19 pandemic (2023 84.2%, 2019 81.6%). and the 4th Industrial Revolution response index increased by 9.5 points (37.0 in 2023, 27.5 in 2019)

최근 인공지능 시대 및 제 4차 산업 혁명 시대의 도래로 제품 간, 제품과 서비스 간, 서비스 간 산업이 다양한 형태로 진화 중이며, 이종기술 산업 간의 융 복합화로 새로운 제3의 신산업이 등장하고 있다. 또한 소위 말하는 O2O(Online to Offline)는 이미 운송, 금융(핀테크), 자동차(카테크), 숙박, 음식, 의료(헬스케어테크) 등 많은 산업 분야에 진출, 기존 전통 산업과 충돌, 인허가에 어려움을 겪고 있으며 이러한 O2O는 IOT(사물인터넷)로 급속도로 가속화 되고 있다. 이렇듯 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 신산업의 탄생은 산업의 경계를 붕괴하고 있음에도 산업별로 구분된 제도, 규제, 지원정책 등은 여전히 신산업 창업의 장애가 되고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 국내 벤처특별법, 창업지원법, 1인 창조기업법 내 투자 지원 업종과 미국을 비롯한 해외 창업 관련법 내 창업 지원 제한 업종과의 비교 분석, 몇 가지 중요한 시사점을 도출했다. 먼저, 우리나라가 선진국에 비해 지나치게 투자 제한 업종이 많음을 확인했다. 또한 선진국은 미풍양속을 해치는 업종, 투기적 사업 등 사회통념상 문제가 되는 사행성 업종을 제외하고는 대다수의 업종이 정책 지원 대상이다. 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 투자 심사를 해 신산업 투자에 매우 탄력적으로 운영할 수 있게 설계되어 있다. 심지어 미국의 경우, 적극적 창업 투자를 위해 업종 및 투자 행위에 대한 심의를 중소기업청이 직접 수행한다. 특히, 우리나라의 중소기업창업투자회사제도는 미국의 중소기업투자회사(SBIC) 제도와 유사한 반면 투자 제한 업종 뿐 아니라 제도 운영 특히, 창업투자회사에 대한 관리 측면에서 매우 큰 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 우리나라 중기청은 간접관리를 하는 반면, 미국은 중기청 내에서 직접 관리를 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라 창업 벤처 투자 제한을 미국을 비롯한 기타 외국의 사례에서와 같이 사회통념상 불가피한 업종과 더불어 투자 행위로 정의하길 제안한다.

200년 전의 산업혁명은 드디어 오늘날 에너지혁명을 초래하였으며 과학기술은 풍부한 에너지공급이 가능한 배경아래서 인간생활의 질을 변혁시켜 왔다. 해방직후 70달러도 못되던 1인당 국민소득이 50년이 지난 오늘 1만달러를 기록, 상대적으로 에너지소비도 엄청나게 늘어나게 되었다. 그래서 우리는 부강한 선진문화를 추구하면서 초에너지 절약형 에너지 시스템 개발에 총력을 기울이고 있다.

옛말에도 "박학이상설지, 장이반설약야(博學而詳說之, 將以反說約也)."라고 했다. "넓게 배우고 깊이 공부하는 것은 반대로 간략히 설명하기 위해서다."라는 뜻이다. "넓게 배우고 깊이 공부하는 것"은 제14차 산업혁명의 이기 중 하나인 빅데이터와 바로 통한다. 빅데이터는 모든 분야에서 '정답'을 매우 효율적으로 얻게 해 줄 수 있다. 거기에는 개인과 사회의 건강관리도 포함된다.
