산업체 등에서 사용되고 있는 가스들중에서 일반적인 가스들과는 달리 위험한 가스(heavy gas)들은 누출사고시에 이들 고유한 확산과 계층화(stratification)방식에 의해 높은 위험성을 유발시키고 있다. 이러한 가스의 누출확산사고들과 일반적인 가스누출사고들의 비교는 그 사실들을 증명해주고 있다. 이런 사실에 의해 위험한 가스확산에 대한 실험과 고유특성을 고려한 확산모델의 개발이 여러 관점에서 진행되고 있으며, 이들의 중요성은 이미 세계적으로 의미를 부여하고 있다.(중략)

소형 산업클러스터 연계 융합전공은 대형 산업체가 아닌 중소형 산업체들을 중심으로 형성된 소규모 산업클러스터에 적합한 융합형 프로그램이다. 이 예로 강원도 원주시에 소재한 한라대학교의 융합형 전공모델을 소개한다. 한라대학교는 강원도 전략산업인 의료기기산업 육성을 위하여 원주시 소재 100개 내외의 소규모 업체들을 위한 의료기기융합 전공을 설치하였으며, 전략산업 분야의 창직 문화를 확산하기 위하여 벤처창업학전공을 설치하여 운영하고 있다.

In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and an explosion of interest in it, education on artificial intelligence is spreading to various fields. As a result, many universities are establishing artificial intelligence-related departments or expanding their quota. In line with this trend, University C has newly established the AI operation department in line with the industrial base in the region. In this paper, a curriculum was developed for the newly established AI operation department, and this curriculum was designed and developed focusing on subjects reflecting the demands of industries based on AIOps (Artificial intelligence for IT Operations). To this end, a consultative body was formed with industry experts, and opinions were collected through a survey.

This study was carried out to analyze different types of information services to industries, provided by the Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes. Today, demands on information of new technology have been rapidly increased with the expansion of information mind in enterprises. Managers, specially in profit organizations, are hunting for the technological information since they recognize that acquisition of information is directly connected with the success of business and technological innovation. However, it is not easy for them to get appropriate information due to such factors as competition, information blocking among profit organizations, shortage of holding library, etc. The roles of SciTech libraries can be divided into two parts; the first one is to promote information exchange among organizations, and the second one to supply users with proper information, processed and analyzed by the specialists. In this study, fifteen Technical Information Department of government-supported research institutes are surveyed to investigate their information services to industries. The results of survey show that their services are not enough to support industries successfully.

Recetly, Many industry have used unknown composition gases and no information gases. These gases were used increasing. As use increases, The more important software that can predict dispersion region and speed. It is very difficult to predict the dispersion of new gases. Because, it is predict from existing database. In this study, we propose to esimate dispersion region and speed of some gases, using a FLACS software and equivalent gas.

제품제조에 있어 측정의 중요성과 그 경제적 특성에 비추어 주요 산업의 측정관련 투자실태를 파악하고 투자에 따른 그 기여도를 면밀히 분석 한다는 것은 매우 큰 의미를 갖는다. 그 의미의 하나는 측정표준을 공급하고 있는 국가표준기관의 업무수행에 따른 파급효과를 측정하여 향후 국가표준체계의 확립에 필요한 공급기능의 수급자원의 결정에 주요 자료로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 제품의 품질향상을 위한 측정관리의 효율화운동이 점차 확산됨으로써 개별 기업의 생산성 증대와 불량률 감소로 인한 원가절감으로 국산제품의 가격경쟁력의 우위를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에 부응하기 위해서는 국가표준의 준용에 따른 측정표준과 관련된 측정투자의 비용과 그 수익성에 관하여 정확한 경제성의 연구 분석이 필요하다. 국가표준의 확립이라는 국가적 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국가표준의 확립 에 따른 경제성을 분석하여야 한다. 측정투자에 대한 효과분석을 통하여 측정표준에 관한 중요성을 알게 될 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 측정표준을 공급받고 있는 산업체를 대상으로 그 효과를 분석하고 측정의 중요성을 파악하여 일반 산업체에 주지하며 개별 업체의 이익과 국가경제의 부를 창출함으로써 국가표준의 확립효과를 크게 기대하게 될 것이다.

미국이 1985년부터 시작된 중국에 대한 원자력 수출 금지를 1998년 3월 해제함에 따라 방대한 중국의 원전시장에 미국 원자력 산업체들이 진출할 수 있게 되었다. 미국은 중국과의 원자력 협력이 핵비확산 측면에서나 상업적 이익 측면에서 미국에게 유리하다는 판단을 내렸고, 중국도 미국의 원자력 기술 및 재원이 필요해서 양국이 합의에 도달한 것으로 보인다. 중국에 대한 원자력 수출은 이제 정치적 차원의 문제에서 상업적 차원의 문제로 변환됐다고 할 수 있다. 미국의 중국에 대한 원자력 수출 금지 해제는 미국산 기술에 근거한 우리나라의 경수로 관련 대 중국 수출을 가능케 함으로써 향후 우리나라의 원자력 수출 활성화에 기여할 것이다.

웹2.0 등으로 대표되는 전세계적인 인터넷 환경과 이에 따른 이용자 트렌드 변화에 발맞춰, 보다 차별화되고 확대된 가치를 제공하고자 하는 IT 산업체의 움직임이 활발하다. 또한 과거 소수 히트 상품 위주에서 틈새상품들이 획기적으로 늘어나 상품의 다양성이 급격히 증가하는 '롱테일' 현상은 2010년 경에는 휴대폰 사용자가 PC사용자의 3배 이상 많아질 것으로 예상되어 생산과 유통의 대중화를 더욱 확산시킬 것으로 보인다. 참여, 공유, 개방을 표방하며 사용자가 만들어가는 인터넷 환경을 실현시킴으로써 세상을 바꾸게 될 '웹2.0'은 "외부 역량 확보","자발적 참여를 통한 새로운 가치창조" 등의 산업적 효과를 이끌어 내게 될 것으로 전망된다. 이 번호는 '웹2.0' 서비스의 표준화 및 시장에 대한 현황과 전망 그리고 전략방안에 대해 알아본다.

초고속 인터넷, 다양한 통신 기기, 신규 인터넷 애플리케이션 등의 확산으로 인터넷 상의 콘텐츠 트래픽 규모가 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 비디오와 같은 대용량 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 트래픽이 전체 트래픽에서 차지하는 비중은 날로 증가하여, 2014년에는 전체 인터넷 트래픽 중 90% 이상을 차지할 것이라고 예측되기도 한다. 따라서 트래픽의 대부분을 차지하는 콘텐츠 중심으로 네트워크 아키텍처를 혁신할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 최근 급증하는 콘텐츠 서비스의 송수신 특성에 적합한 네트워크 아키텍처에 대한 학계와 산업체의 연구동향과 콘텐츠 네트워킹 관련 기술의 국제 표준화 동향을 고찰하고, 향후 실제 적용을 위한 이슈를 분석한다.
