수요의 측면에서 살펴본 대학 커리큘럼

  • 대학이 산업체의 수요에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 전공별로 대학에서 가르치는 내용과 산업체에서 활용되는 기술들을 객관적으로 분석하고 불일치를 분석하는 작업을 수행하여야 하며, 이들 질적 불일치에 관련한 연구는 상당한 예산과 인력이 소요되기 때문에 정부는 인적자원 개발의 인프라 구축 차원에서 지원하여야 할 것이다.

A Case study on geriatric dental hygiene and practical education courses based on industry demand (산업체 수요기반의 노인치위생학 및 실습 교육과정 운영 사례 연구)

  • Background: This study was conducted to verify the effectiveness of geriatric dental hygiene education by developing and operating an industrial demand-based curriculum for geriatric dental hygiene. Methods: Wilcoxon signed rank test was performed to verify the before-and-after differences in major competency achievement, geriatric dental hygiene awareness, and class satisfaction according to industrial demandbased field-oriented practical education, and Spearman's correlation analysis was performed to confirm the association between each factor(p<0.05). Results: In the case of major competency achievement, 'communication competence with the older adults' was significantly improved(p=0.031) after conducting industrial demand-based field-oriented practical training. Conclusion: It is believed that the understanding of the older adults and the practical skills for oral care of the older adults can be further developed when the learners are provided with a practical curriculum that can be used in the geriatric industrial field.

A Case Study and Industry Demand Investigation on Technological Convergence Education Related to the 4th Industrial Revolution: Focused on Electronics, Software, and Automobile (4차 산업혁명 관련 융합기술교육에 대한 사례조사 및 산업체 수요조사: 전자, 소프트웨어, 자동차 중심의 융합교육 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate case studies and industry needs for convergence education in the fields of electronics, software, and automobiles, which are the technical foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through the literature review, the convergence education programs focusing on electronics, software, and automobile were derived. The areas were validated by the experts review who consisted of three industry experts and professors in the relevant fields. Domestic and foreign curriculum were investigated to understand the current state of technical convergence education in each field. Industry needs survey for technical convergence education was conducted in cooperation with the Sector Council of Industrial Resources. Research instruments consisted of three parts: needs for technical convergence education, needs for the specific convergence education in the field of electronics, software, and automobile, and opinions on convergence education. A total of 341 participants responded to the questionnaires: 132 in the electronic field, 100 in the software field, and 109 in the automobile field. The industry needs for convergence education were analyzed and implications were suggested. The results of this study are expected to provide a guideline for developing convergence education programs in higher education.

  • In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and an explosion of interest in it, education on artificial intelligence is spreading to various fields. As a result, many universities are establishing artificial intelligence-related departments or expanding their quota. In line with this trend, University C has newly established the AI operation department in line with the industrial base in the region. In this paper, a curriculum was developed for the newly established AI operation department, and this curriculum was designed and developed focusing on subjects reflecting the demands of industries based on AIOps (Artificial intelligence for IT Operations). To this end, a consultative body was formed with industry experts, and opinions were collected through a survey.

  • 국가는 전력IT 산업의 융복합화를 통하여 국제경쟁력 재고 및 국가 성장 동력으로 발돋움하기 위하여 노력하고 있으며, 이를 위하여 전력IT 10대 연구개발 과제와 인력양성 사업을 추진하게 되었다. 전력IT 인력양성사업은 크게 산업체의 인력을 양성하는 사업과 대학의 저변인력을 양성하는 사업으로 구분 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 산업체의 재직 자를 대상으로 하는 일반교육프로그램과 산업체 수요에 부응하는 맞춤형 교육프로그램에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 대학의 전자상거래학과 교육과정 개발을 위하여 산업체를 대상으로 전자상거래 인력에 대한 교육수요조사를 실시한 결과를 나타내고 있다. 전국을 대상으로 전자상거래 관련 업무를 수행하고 있는 기업의 인력에 대하여 설문 조사를 수행하였는데 일반 산업은 전통적인 오프라인 기업에서 전자상거래를 도입한 경우를 중점 조사하여 비즈니스와 정보기술 지식이 결합된 체계적 교육과정을 개발하여 대학에서의 효율적인 인력 양성 체제를 구축하고자 한다.

Directions of Convergence Technology Education related to New Industry Field through Analysis of Industrial Needs (산업체 요구분석을 통한 신산업 융합기술교육의 방향)

  • Convergence education, which is operated by many engineering colleges, is mainly led by government-led projects. Convergence majors are established in consideration of the research field of the university professors rather than systematically analyzing the needs of the industry. The purpose of this study is to present the directions of convergence technology education related to new industry fields by analyzing industry needs. Participants were 299 industrial workers in various fields. Instrument consisted of three parts: necessity for convergence education, demand for convergence new technology education from industry perspective, and opinions about undergraduate convergence education. As a result, it was found that the level of awareness of industry needs for fusion technology education was high, and it was confirmed that there is a high demand for IoT convergence, bio-health, advanced new material, and renewable energy fields among convergence technology fields. In addition, the results of the industry demand for convergence new technology education were presented. The suggestions for expectations, problems, and improvements in undergraduate education were presented and implications for convergence technology education were discussed based on the results of the study.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to improve Field Placement in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are three major sorts of subjectivities on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: emphasizes indusrty-college cooperation(Type1), emphasizes industry demand analysis(Type2), emphasizes field-centered education(Type3). And a new study showed that results can improve Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: positive industry-college partnership building, manpower training total support system building by manpower demand analysis and the situation of local industry, building the infrastructure for the training on demand of local industry on-the-job, trasition into field-centered education system by national competency standards(NCS).

  • 금형산업체의 직무능력 요구에 적응하는 산업현장과 연계된 실무능력 향상을 위한 대학의 금형기술 교육이 필요하다. 특히, 취업 후 회사의 사전교육 없이 직능별 업무에 투입 시킬 수 있는 창의력 있는 우수한 전문기술인을 양성하여 교육의 낭비적 요소를 제거하고 산업체 및 국가의 기술경쟁력을 강화시키며 학생은 인력수요자인 산업체로부터 요구하는 현장실무에 접근성 높은 교육을 받아 취업이 보장되어야 한다. 동시에 산업체는 전문인력 수급의 어려움을 해소 시켜주기 바라고 있다. 이상의 요구를 충족시킬 목적으로 금형산업체와 연계된 금형설계공학전공의 교육과정 개발을 수행하였다.
