This study developed an efficient model for measuring personal information competency in an enterprise of the information environment. This model includes four measurement domains, twelve factors and feasible measurement items. This verified the validity and reliability of the developed model by factor analysis and reliability analysis through a pilot test with the application of SPSS software, and presented the concrete measurement items that tn efficiently gauge personal information competency. The developed model was applied to the measurement of 264 workers in an enterprise in order to testify its practicability and utilization, and the measurement results were presented. This model will contribute to improving the information competency of human resources in industrial fields.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of core competencies recognized by Korean sports students and to identify directions and methods for strengthening the competence of sports students in the future direction of future society. The results of analysis of 309 students of sports major students are as follows. First, the importance of core competencies recognized by college students in sports was in the order of self - management capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication capacity, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capability, and global capability. Second, the students' performance of their core competencies evaluated by sports college students was in the order of interpersonal competence, self-management competence, communication competence, comprehensive thinking ability, global competency, and resource information technology utilization competency. Third, the difference between the importance of core competence and the degree of performance was found to be significant in all areas, and the areas of great difference were total thinking, communication ability, resource information technology utilization capacity, self-management capability, Relationship competence. While college students in sports college have relatively high level of interpersonal competence, self-management competence and communication ability, comprehensive thinking ability, resource information technology utilization capacity and global competency are weak. Therefore, It will be able to be reborn as the talent required by society. Therefore, universities need to cultivate competitive sports talent through innovation of curriculum and capacity of faculty, and it should be recognized that this can be linked to the competitiveness of universities.

As social problems related to the digital divide are increasing, the elderly are facing various problems as an information alienated group. In particular, there is a need to strengthen the ability to critically understand and accept information. In this study, using the 2020 media panel survey, the effects of digital literacy in the elderly on critical thinking disposition of information were analyzed, focusing on the moderating effect of need for cognition. As a results of the analysis, it was confirmed that the operational and the information skill had a positive effect on the critical thinking disposition of information. Also, as a result of analyzing the moderating effect of NFC(Need for Cognition), it was found that NFC strengthens the influence of operational skill and reduces the influence of information skill. This suggests that the digital literacy education for the elderly needs to change from strengthening accessibility to improving information judgment.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the type of network activity and corporate competency based on network theory and to compare and analyze the relationship between these characteristics and business performance. The results showed that the frequency, importance, and reliability of CEO's had a positive (+) effect on business performance, and the mediating effect of corporate competency (industrial information competency, opportunity capture competency, strategic flexibility, and transaction cost reduction) appeared. This study tried to measure business performance by including corporate competency as a direct performance variable of CEO's network activity and found that it is desirable to focus on interacting with the most important network sources and to make efforts to strengthen the qualitative characteristics of network activities rather than expanding the scope of the network in order to improve the performance of CEO's Network Activity.

This study analyzed the impact of supply chain management (SCM) and e-SCM on change acceptance capability, information sharing capability, partnership management capability, and business performance. This study and analysis were conducted targeting the employees of companies that introduced SCM and e-SCM in the metropolitan area and provinces. Change Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability and Business Performance and the degree of relationship, between outcome variables, which are characteristic factors of SCM, were analyzed through a research model. Based on the survey results, nine research hypotheses were postulated, and the reliability, validity, and importance were examined. The research results supported by the research hypothesis can be summarized in two ways as follows. First, the company's capabilities were analyzed as major variables such as Acceptance Capability, Information Sharing Capability, Partnership Management Capability, and Business Performance. Second, the degree of relationship was analyzed in detail by classifying the necessary competencies in SCM into 4 categories, not the competencies of a specific company. This study is expected to provide appropriate information to SCM-related companies.

This paper investigates the effects of R&D capability, manufacturing capability, understanding of the Biz model on performance of Korean start-up companies, especially the moderating effects of manufacturing capability and understanding of the Biz model. We analysis 1103 Korean start-up companies based on "2019 Survey of Korea Venture Firms" As a result, the manufacturing capability and employee's unnderstanding the Biz-model have the positive relationship with company performance. Especially, we found that 'employee's unnderstanding the Biz-model' moderates the relationship between R&D capability & performance positively.

본 논문에서는 IT전공자들을 위해 개설된 소프트웨어 관련 과목과 로보틱스 관련 과목을 통해 학생들이 함양되었다고 인식하는 제 4차 산업혁명에 필요한 핵심 역량 및 대학생 핵심 역량을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 한 학기동안 소프트웨어 관련 과목과 로봇 관련 과목을 수강한 경기도의 ${\bigcirc}$대학교 1, 2학년 160명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 총 6명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하여 분석하였다. 양적 분석 결과 제 4차 산업 혁명에 필요한 핵심역량 중 소프트웨어 관련 과목의 학생들은 업무처리 기술을, 로보틱스 관련 학생들은 복잡한 문제를 해결하는 기술이 함양되었다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 또한, 대학생 핵심 역량 중 소프트웨어 관련 과목을 수강한 학생들은 자기관리역량이, 로보틱스 관련 과목을 수강한 학생들은 종합적 사고력이 함양되었다는 응답이 가장 많았다. 질적 분석 결과에서도 소프트웨어 관련 과목 수강생들은 자기주도적 학습 능력이나 계획 수립 및 실행 능력과 자기 및 타인 모니터링 능력, 비판적 사고 능력이, 로보틱스 관련 과목 수강생들은 창의력, 문제해결능력, 의사결정능력, 논리적 사고력이 이전보다 긍정적인 측면에서 변화된 것으로 분석되었다. 인공지능, 로봇 등 IT기반의 제 4차 산업 혁명에 적합한 인재 양성을 위해 대학이 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있는 시점에서, 본 연구는 제 4차 산업혁명의 중심이라 할 수 있는 IT전공자를 위해 개발된 소프트웨어 및 로봇 관련 수업의 효과를 분석함으로써 시대의 변화에 적합한 대학 수업의 설계와 운영에 대한 시사점을 제공했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

As the open innovation paradigm spreads, the ability to search for new external knowledge and combine it with the organization's existing knowledge has been cosidered to play an important role in improving business performance of a company. This study empirically analyzed the influence of such organizational variables as empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance of innovative technology SMEs focusing on the mediating effects of absorption capacity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 15,227 INNOBIZ SMEs, and 326 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. Statistical analyses showed that the direct influence of empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance was not found, but indirect effects of three organizational variables on business performance proved significant using absorption capacity as a mediating variable. This result also indicates that empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation are important antecedent variables of absorption capacity.

IT와 산업간 융합이 가속화되고 있다. 그 범위도 확대되어 일부 산업에서 모든 산업으로, 국민생활 깊숙이 스며들며 IT가 일상화되고 있다. 이에 따라 IT와 비IT의 경계가 사라지면서 완제품 경쟁력의 핵심으로 IT부품과 소프트웨어(SW)가 부각되고 있다. 또한 IT기기와 완제품의 구분이 모호해지고 하드웨어(HW) 소프트웨어(SW)를 최적화하는 제조기술 역량도 중요한 경쟁력으로 부상하고 있다. 이러한 시대 흐름은 글로벌 IT시장 구조에 영향을 미쳐, 과거 개별 기업간 경쟁이 생태계간 경쟁으로 변화하고 있다. 그간 우리나라 IT산업은 뛰어난 하드웨어의 경쟁력을 기반으로 글로벌 IT생태계에 적극 참여하였으나 취약한 소프트웨어 역량, 인력부족 등 복합적 한계로 인해 주도적 역할 수행은 미흡하였다. 따라서 우리나라 IT산업이 글로벌 경쟁우위를 강화하고, 미래 환경변화에 적극 대응하기 위해서는 우리의 장점을 강화해 나가면서 부족한 부분의 경쟁력을 끌어 올려야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 창의와 혁신을 기반으로 하는 다양한 창조기업이 세계적인 기업으로 커 나갈 수 있도록 IT를 새로운 성장동력으로 만들어 일자리를 창출하고 창조경제의 꽃을 피울 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 특히 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 균형발전과 이를 통한 융합역량 강화, 해외의존도가 높은 부문의 원천기술 개발을 추진하면서, 클라우드 빅데이터 산업을 주도해 나감으로써 세계 최고의 IT강국으로 도약해 나갈 것이다.

The present study examined the moderating influences of firm type(B2B, B2C) on the relationships between SMEs' utilization of government export assistance programs, firm capabilities(marketing & technology capabilities) and export performances(financial and strategic performances). The results of regression analyses on 247 B2B and 137 B2C cases showed that the positive influence of utilization of export assistance programs on financial performance was greater for B2B than for B2C SMEs. This construct, however, had no influence on strategic performance for neither B2B nor B2C cases. Further, both marketing and technology capabilities have positive influences on each of financial and strategic performances. Marketing capability, however, had a greater influence on financial performance for B2C than for B2B SMEs. Technology capability had a greater influence on financial performance for B2B than for B2C SMEs. Implications, limitations, and future studies were also discussed.
