A Structural Relation of professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation and fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations (사회복지조직의 자원동원성과에 영향을 미치는 요인의 구조적 관계 -리더의 전문적 태도, 환경에 대한 인식, 그리고 시장지향성간의 관계-)

  • Current studies have shown academic and practical interests in effects of various factors on fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations. However, they hardly suggested what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in a clear way. This study intended to suggest a structural relations between factors, such as professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation, and fundraising effectiveness. The results of the structural equation modelling analysis showed that there were not significant direct effects of professional leadership and environmental competitiveness on fundraising effectiveness, but their indirect effects and mediating effect of market orientation toward donors. Although the study has a limitation to generalize the results for all kinds of nonprofit social service organizations, it has both academic and practical implications to introduce the concept of market orientation for an explanation of fundraising effectiveness, and also to indicate the importance of organizational efforts to keep strong and sound relationships with donors.

Life Satisfaction of Urban-to-Rural Migrants in South Korea - Income vs. Nature - (귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도 비교 분석)

  • 농촌인구의 급격한 감소와 고령화 속에서 농촌의 지속가능성을 위한 방안으로 귀농·귀촌의 확대가 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 귀농·귀촌인의 생활만족도 결정요인을 분석함으로써 도시민의 농촌 이주와 성공적인 정착을 촉진하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 특히 귀농·귀촌의 주요 동기가 소득이나 농촌의 자연환경이라는 점에서, 생활만족도를 자연환경만족도와 소득만족도로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석에는 순서형 로짓모형과 일반화 로짓모형을 사용하였고, 분석자료는 2016년 「귀농귀촌실태조사」 원자료이다. 분석결과, 귀농·귀촌인의 자연환경만족도는 상당히 높으나 소득만족도는 보통 수준에 미치지 못하였다. 귀농·귀촌의 이유가 자연환경이거나, 귀농·귀촌 시 가족의 지지가 있었거나, 귀농·귀촌 이후 주변 이웃들과 좋은 관계를 유지하거나, 지자체로부터 귀농·귀촌 지원을 받은 경우, 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도가 모두 높았다. 이러한 공통적인 요인 이외에 귀농·귀촌인의 소득만족도와 자연환경만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 소득만족도는 현재 가구소득이나 귀농·귀촌 전·후 소득 변화와 같은 경제적 요인에 의해 영향을 받으나, 자연환경만족도는 귀농·귀촌 시 배우자의 동행 여부나 지역사회 참여와 같은 사회적 요인에 의해 주로 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.

Relationship among Store's Physical Environment, Emotional Response and Behavior Intention: Comparison Between Korea and China (백화점의 물리적환경, 고객의 감정반응 및 행동의도의 관계: 한·중 비교를 중심으로)

  • The purposes of the study is builded upon previous researches to investigate the relationship among store's physical environment, customers' emotional responses and behavior intention. For achieving study purposes, research model and hypotheses were set up after reviewing previous researches. The data were collected from a sample of 659 consumers of korea and china department stores, then used to conduct an empirical analysis. The results showed: First, the significant relationship were partially found among store's physical environment, emotional responses and behavior intention, design factor, social factor of store' physical environment both influence shoppers' positive emotions, indirectly influence shoppers' behavior intention through positive emotions, and social factor influence shoppers' negative emotions, indirectly influence shoppers' behavior intention through negative emotions. Second, the results also showed that they are different between korea and the china customer. Therefor, this study has provided a variety of theoretical and practical implications for global retailers to set up marketing strategies.

Social-environment Factors Influencing High Risk Alcohol Consumption in Local Community (고위험음주율에 영향을 미치는 지역의 사회환경요인)

  • This study was designed to examine the influence of social-environment factors on high risk alcohol consumption. The study analyzed 229 local areas throughout Korea. Main variables included high risk alcohol consumption and environment factors such as population structure, liquor stores. For exploring the problem drinking, geographically weighted regression(GWR) using the geographic information system(GIS) was utilized to analysis. Major findings are rate of perceived stress, number of restaurants and bars. Especially problem drinking were influenced restaurants and bars, and the form or aim of restaurants and bars had differentiability to the problem drinking. These results have implication about the regulation policy of alcohol availability for prevention of alcohol related problems.

사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

  • 우리나라는 외환위기 이후 경제가 급속도로로 발전했으나 변화하는 과정에서 여러 사회문제들이 발생했다. 저 출산 및 고령화, 환경오염, 실업률 증가, 지역 사회 붕괴, 사회적 가치 창출 및 공유 미흡등 사회적인 약자가 증가하고 그들에 대한 배려가 부족해지면서 사회적 서비스가 중요한 시대가 되었다. 사회적 기업은 영리기업과 비영리 기업의 중간 형태로, 사회적 목적을 우선적으로 추구하면서 재화/서비스의 생산 및 판매 등 영업활동을 수행하는 조직을 말한다.(사회적기업진흥원, 2017) 사회 전반적으로 사회 문제에 대한 관심과 사회적 기업에 대한 창의적인 아이디어, 도전들은 많다. 하지만 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 사회적 기업 창업을 하는 사람은 그리 많지 않는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 현실을 통해 본 논문에서는 현재 대학생, 대학원생들의 사회적 기업 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관하여 고찰하였다. 사회적 기업 창업과 벤처 창업 의지에 관한 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 연구를 진행 하였다. 사회적 기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 영향으로는 개인적 특성(위험 감수성, 혁신 추구성, 진취성, 사회가치지향성), 사회문제 상황인식(문제인식, 관여도), 대학의 사회적 기업 정보등을 선정하였다. 이러한 요인을 바탕으로 국내 대학생과 대학원생들에게 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 대한 신뢰성, 요인분석, 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 본 연구에서 설계한 가설을 검증해 보았다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 사회적 기업을 창업? 잠재적인 대학생 및 대학원생들의 창업을 도와주기 위한 정책적 지원을 만드는데 도움이 되며, 사회적 기업 창업에 관한 연구 확산에도 기여 할 수 있을 것이다.

The Effects of the Local Community Resident-Participation Factors and the Formation of Social Capital (지역사회 주민참여 결정요인과 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 : '마을만들기' 참여지역 주민을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of local community resident-participation factor on the local community resident-participation determinant and the formation of social capital. Accordingly, questionnaire method was used for 389 residents in A-dong that have participated in community building projects in Busan region to analyze their demographical factor & residential area factor and local community resident-participation factors of satisfaction of neighborhood environment, satisfaction of administrative support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects. The analysis results showed that first, the satisfaction of outside support and neighbor connectedness were found to be the main factors. Second, the satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness showed meaningful effects in the state where these factors were controlled. Third, the effects of each social capital sub-element were verified and the results showed that while trust and network had meaningful effects on satisfaction of outside support, local attachment and neighbor connectedness effects, norm of reciprocity showed meaningful effects on gender, house ownership status, local attachment and neighbor connectedness, thereby showing differences. Based on these study findings, implications and suggestions were presented.

A Study on Social and Environmental Factors Affecting Traffic Behavior and Public Transportation according to COVID-19 (COVID-19에 따른 통행행태 분석 및 대중교통 이용특성에 영향을 주는 사회·환경 요인 연구)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study how to activate the use of public transportation by identifying the main factors that reduce the use of public transportation due to external influences such as COVID-19 infectious diseases. Method: This study analyzed the connection between the traffic behavior and the characteristics of public transportation use in the metropolitan area changed by COVID-19 with COVID-19 indicators, and analyzed social and environmental factors affecting traffic. Results: It was analyzed that the traffic behavior in the metropolitan area moves from commercial areas to tourist resort areas, the number of COVID-19 deaths affects the use of public transportation, and the lower the deviation between population density, agricultural and forestry areas, and gender ratios due to social and environmental factors, the more significant differences are shown. Conclusion: In the future, it will be able to be activated as a basic analysis model for revitalizing the city's transportation system, regional bases, and various social and economic indicators, such as quarantine of public transportation and social distancing, and can be used as basic data for establishing public transport policy directions according to major influencing factors.

The Relationship between Age-friendly Environment and Life Satisfaction : A Comparison of Three Different Age Groups (고령친화환경과 삶의 만족도의 관계 : 연령집단별 비교를 중심으로)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the influence age-friendly environment factors on different age groups' life satisfaction. Data were taken from "2014 Survey on the Aged Society", with total of 1,000 participants divided into three groups: 300 youth participants from age 20 to 44, 300 middle aged participants from age 45 to 64, and older adults participants from age 65 and more. Performing ANOVA and multiple regression analysis showed that age-friendly environment factors had positive correlations with life satisfaction, regardless of the participants'age. However, the sub-dimensions of age-friendly environment that affected each age group was different. Among three sub-dimensions of age-friendly environment, which were housing factor, social participation factor, and community and health service factor, only housing factor affected life satisfaction of the youth group, while both community and health service factor, and housing factor affected life satisfaction of the middle-aged and the elderly groups. The result clearly presents that age-friendly environment factors are not only beneficial for older people but for people at all ages. Therefore, various measures need to be taken in order to increase the age-friendliness of communities, and improve the quality of life.
