  • The purpose of this study is to develop core competencies for gifted education by utilizing Delphi survey methods and to present behavioral element selection and scale questions based on the definition of competencies. First, the core competence for gifted education was selected through literature analysis, and the first Delphi survey was conducted to verify that the definition of each competency is suitable for the competency name. Subsequently, through a second Delphi survey, detailed questions were developed and verified by expressing the capabilities required to develop core competencies as behavior elements. Through two rounds of Delphi surveys, eight key competencies were finally selected: attitude and practice willingness, communication and collaboration, information processing and tool utilization, creative problem solving, convergence and application, higher-order inference, community spirit, and learning achievement orientation. This study is meaningful in that it selects core competencies and behavior elements for gifted education that are necessary to pursue goals that meet social needs and it presents tools to measure the degree of competency improvement for gifted education.

  • Older adults are at a high risk of falling, causing severe injuries and increased hospital stays and treatment costs. This can be a burden not only on the family but also on the national economy. Thus, fall prevention is very important in nurses' and nursing assistants' work. This study intended to grasp the real situation faced by nurses and nursing-assistants working at geriatric hospitals in J province, Korea. The researcher interviewed thirty-six nurses and nursing-assistants in four geriatric hospitals and performed four focus group interviews. Data were analyzed through an inductive content analysis based on Elo & Kyngäs's approach. Three categories and five subcategories were identified. Categories were patients, environmental, and personal factors. Patient factors included patients' impaired cognitive function. Environmental factors included lack of personnel support and assignment of inpatients without regard to fall risk. Personal factors included hopelessness regarding improvement and fear of being blamed. Promotion of fall prevention practice needs a gradual increase in nursing staff at geriatric hospitals, a system for assigning hospital room according to fall risk, and education and support system to reduce nursing burden.

  • Recently, not only has ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) been discussed domestically and internationally intensively, both within companies and at the level of national competitiveness, but also ESG management is seen as a concept that practically implements a new value system for sustainable development of our humankind. As the mandatory disclosure of environmental, social and governance (ESG) is scheduled for 2025, it is a reality that companies are experiencing considerable burdens and difficulties. In recent years, among ESG activities, which are non-financial management performance in the shipping and port industries, environmentally friendly activities are acting as an important indicator for shipping companies. In particular, the National Assembly has enacted laws related to air quality, including ports, and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is making various support measures and plans to create eco-friendly ports. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of ESG reports and suggest related problems and improvement plans for ESG activation.

  • Herman $F{\ddot{u}}rst\;P{\ddot{u}}ckler-Muskau$ is one of important figures in German landscape architecture who designed both Muskau Park and Branitz Park and published garden book Andeutungen ${\ddot{u}}ber$ Landschaftgartenerei (Hints on Landscape Gardening) in 1834. He was a German nobleman who governed Muskau estates while working as both a writer and a landscape gardener. German landscape gardening was grounded on Romanticism, which was represented in diverse ways such as the reconciliation between man and nature, the liberation of reason, and the pursuit of liberty. The intellectuals came to have an interest on landscape gardening since the garden carried the cultural connotation such as the idealized epitome of nature. This study is to investigate how his idea of landscape gardening had been developed through his personal life and social background and to find out his landscape gardening theory and its unique gardening techniques. Finally, the inventive aspect of his garden theory and contemporary significances in practices were discussed. $P{\ddot{u}}cklers^{\prime}$ personal experience and social background provide us to understand the idea of garden. First, there was a mixture between reality and fantasy in his garden theory. It was due to the influence of Romanticism and literary garden. Second, his gardening mentality and technique were influenced by the late 18th century English garden practices, which emphasized the expressive aspects. Third, $P{\ddot{u}}cklers^{\prime}$ inner disposition and personal experience were represented in his garden design. Fourth, the intention of creating landscape garden for the local people might be a self realization of his contradictory characters between falling nobleman and liberal social leader. The significant value of $P{\ddot{u}}ckler^{\prime}s$ garden idea might be closely related in the dual nature of humanistic garden tradition and garden practice for social agenda. Therefore, his garden idea pursued of the comprehensive landscape strategies toward ideal communities and ethical spirits while concerning ecological, social, economic sustainable development of the region. Furthermore, his landscape gardening aims at the total landscape encompassing garden to region as well as the Gesamtkunst combing the beautiful with the useful. $P{\ddot{u}}ckler^{\prime}s$ holistic attitude gives us fresh insights and new directions to contemporary landscape theory and practice.

Secondly, this paper describes the care manager which conducts the role of care plan services intentively. Thirdly, this paper makes the research framework which is formulated as the legislative views about the care manager on the long term care insurance act, task systems, recruitment and retraining systems, and research data of care manager. Summarizing the contents of care manager's circumstances and characteristics about the long term care insurance, the results are explained as follows. that is to define care manager's status as the components of care plan center, to control indirectly the activities of care manager's care plan by operating care service center and care plan center in equal corporate, to set role and task ambiguously, to recognize care manager's role as the attributed role of care service center, to give licence and qualification in local government. Therefore, it's difficult to realize care plan depending on speciality and neutrality for the service user. The essential parts for the reform of care manager systems may be to separate care service center and care plan center and to redefine the task and role of care manager, the role and task of which should be put on care plan services.
