대학의 창업교육서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구는 대학의 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 진행되고 있지만 창업성과에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업성과를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량, 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 첫째, 창업교육 서비스 품질을 측정하기 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 유형성, 신뢰성, 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 5개 요소 21개의 문항을 설정하고, 설문 분석 결과를 바탕으로 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 둘째, 고객 만족에 대한 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업교육 수강생의 교육만족을 정의하고, 창업역량의 요소 중 성취역량, 창의성역량, 개념화역량, 사회적 역량 등에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 셋째, 교육만족과 창업역량이 창업의지에 미치는 인과관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창업교육 서비스 품질은 기존의 연구와 다르게 유형성과 신뢰성이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 반응성, 확신성, 공감성 등 4개 요인으로 확인되었고, 4개의 요인으로 구성된 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업역량에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 창업역량 요인을 4개로 정의하여 설문을 분석한 결과 성취역량과 창의성역량이 하나의 요인으로 분석되어 개념화역량, 사회적 역량과 함께 3가지 요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육만족에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업의지는 창업역량에 영향을 받았지만, 교육만족에 직접적인 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육만족이 창업역량을 통하여 창업의지에 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. 차후 연구에서는 대상을 여러 지역 혹은 전국으로 확대할 필요성이 있으며, 다른 변수와의 접근 방법을 가지고 연구되어야 할 것이다.

Understanding of migration experiences and mental health among Korean immigrant youth (한국 이주배경 청소년의 이주경험과 정신건강)

  • South Korea has long been a culturally homogenous society, yet the increasing number of immigrants has turned the country into a multicultural society. Therefore, many empirical studies have investigated the way immigrants adapt to the Korean society and its associated factors. However, examining the overall process of migration (from family separation to reunification and cultural adaptation to the host society) that immigrant youth usually experience has been understudied. Previous empirical research and theoretical work have identified prominent factors that predict immigrant youth's mental health: experiences of family separation, living with others rather than primary caretakers during the separation, the length of residency in the host society, and family and peer support. In this respect, this exploratory and preliminary study that examined whether the experience of migration process and post-migration are related to Korean immigrant youth's mental health problems (depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation). The result indicated that longer duration of family separation; living with relatives, siblings; and friends rather than primary caretakers during the separation; receiving less support from family and peer after migration; and a lower degree of cultural adaptation to Korean culture were associated with depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. Drawing upon the results, this study discussed implications for policy and practice.

The Entrepreneurial Factors and Entrepreneurial Intention on Student (대학생의 창업요인과 창업의지와의 관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial factors and entrepreneurial intention on student. This study is designed to examine the effect of entrepreneurial factors on entrepreneurial intention. Data for the study was compiled through surveys on 300 students who study in engineering school of H university. Empirical results of the hypothesis testing are summarized as follows: The results indicate that both two variable groups have positively influenced the entrepreneurial factors was highly related to entrepreneurial intention. The factors entrepreneurship are background, individual and situational factor. This all factors influence on entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial factors had a positively influence on will power of entrepreneur. The entrepreneurial factors had a positively influence on performance of entrepreneur.

A proposal of visualization method of MBTI personality types using celebrity images (유명인 이미지를 활용한 MBTI 성격 유형 시각화 방식 제안)

  • This paper proposes a visualization method that expresses users' MBTI personality types based on the categorization method called 'Big Five Personality Traits' and their representative celebrities' facial images. This system has significance for visualizing traits from texts to images effectively. The entire system is composed of making backgrounds to represent traits of each MBTI category using 'Big Five Personality Traits' and showing facial images of celebrities with corresponding MBTI personality types. First, 'Big Five Personality Traits' classifies 16 MBTI types into four categories and each of category traits lays the foundation to make background using visual elements such as colors and lines. Second, celebrities' facial images are substituted for the corresponding literal explanation of each MBTI type. By adjusting the color saturation, users can distinguish relationship between the types intuitively. As a result, this system enables users to take information for their own / opposite / similar MBTI types simultaneously.

  • In this paper, we investigate the concept of cyber identity built in cyberspace and analyze the effects of general perception toward cyber identity on loyalty and purchase intent. Cyber identity is classified into two types: personal and social cyber identity, and has five components. Avatars and online gaming capability make up personal cyber identity while online communities and instant messenger count as social cyber identity. We regard blog personalities as having both personal and social characteristics. In our survey, we conclude that internet users want to purchase cyber items such as avatars, online game items, and wallpaper pictures to enhance their cyber identities. Based on the survey results , we derive five factors comprising personal cyber identity and social cyber identity using factor analysis and analyze overall effects of cyber identity on loyalty and purchase intention using Structural Equation Model.

Factors Affecting Mental Health and Behavioral Problems in High School Students: Based on a Social Cognitive Career Theory (고등학생의 정신건강 및 문제행동에 영향을 미치는 요인: 사회인지진로이론에 근거하여)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting mental health and behavioral problems among high school students through the lens of a Social Cognitive Career Theory. Methods: A descriptive study was carried out with 384 high school students in Seoul, Korea. A self-administrative questionnaire was used. It consisted of items on person background variables, career-related variables including career barriers, learning experiences, self-efficacy, outcome expectations, and career indecision, and mental health and behavioral problems. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: The results showed that perceived stress (t=5.12, p<.001), perceived health status (t=-4.08, p=.002), and school record (t=5.46, p<.001) were statistically significant variables. Also, career barriers (t=10.57, p<.001) was a significant factor influencing mental health and behavioral problems. Conclusion: These findings indicate that among career-related variables, career barrier needs to be considered for preventive and therapeutic approach to mental health and behavioral problems in adolescents. Furthermore, the results suggest that career-related stress level should be assessed in high school students on a regular basis.

  • Modem metal furniture design can be defined as the spirit of the times. It reflects the society we are living in; political and social issues, new technology and materials developed, structural solution and changes on the sense of value of a period. Therefore, the metal furniture design professionals must understand the flow of the society before designing or producing. Understanding the trends of a period is crucial for the metal furniture designers to develop the speciality. This study aims to offer the chance to understand and analyse the characteristics of contemporary metal furniture design and the cultural development. It gives the theories on the relationship between the environmental background and social factors that have influenced on the development of metal furniture design.

언론과 미디어: 물신화의 관점에서

  • 우리는 언론을 제대화된 언론사나 미디어로 한정시켜 이해하는 경향이 있는데, 이것은 일종의 물신화된 사고방식이라고 할 수 있다. 언론이란 사회에 영향을 미칠 사안에 관해 논의하고 상호작용하는 과정과 산물 및 그 산물의 사회적 유통이라고 정의하는 것이 정당할 것이다. 언론사나 미디어는 언론의 일부이다. 물신화된 언론관이 지배적으로 유포된 데는 언론의 전문직화와 미디어의 네트워크 권력화가 하나의 배경 요인으로 작용했다. 언론 물신화를 극복하기 위해서는 시민들 자신이 언론의 주체라는 것을 깨닫고 언론참여를 활성화할 필요가 있다. 여기서는 시민참여를 물질적으로 보장하는 방안의 하나로서 온라인 저널리즘의 가능성과 한계를 논의했다. 그러나, 미디어 테크놀로지는 언론을 활성화할 수 있는 필요조건일 뿐이고, 언론의 본령은 사회적인 이슈에 관해 논의하고 상호작용하는 과정 자체에 있다.

The Effect of CSR on the Organizational Trust and Job-esteem (CSR이 조직신뢰와 직업존중감에 미치는 영향)

  • The purse of this article is to analyze the effect of CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) on organizational trust and job-esteem in the Hotel. Based on theoretical backgrounds, 3 hypotheses were derived and a regression model and AMOS was proposed. Analysis results are as follows: first, the higher degree of ethical responsibility and contributional responsibility have on active organizational trust positively. second, the relationship between CSR and job-esteem, only contributional responsibility affected intrinsic value and economic responsibility affected social reputation. third, the relationship between organizational trust and job-esteem, organizational trust had positive influence on intrinsic value and social reputation. In summary, the contributional responsibility among CSR was the key factors that affected employee's organizational trust and job-esteem directly or indirectly. We could lead employee's positive attitude as active charity and a portion of sale by returning to society. Therefore, Hotel should be improved employee's organizational trust with CSR consistantly and implemented policy that increase job-esteem as well.

Development of Korean Cultural Competency Scale for Human Service Workers (다문화 사회복지 실무자의 문화적 역량 척도개발 및 타당화)

  • This study aims to identify constructs of cultural competency specifically relevant to the Korean society and to test its reliability and validity among human service workers. For the purpose of the study, authors conducted focus group interviews and conferences with human service workers to draw the concept of cultural competency. Further, this study conducted to two separate pilot tests with 20 social workers with practice experiences in order to clarify descriptions and relevance of scale items. Based on the literature review on the concept of cultural competency and analysis of focus group interviews, 40 items were initially constructed and then were reduced to a 32-item scale after two separate pilot studies. Meantime, suggestions made by an advisory group were also reflected in the scale development process. Finally, one hundred ninety four workers in social service agencies were recruited to evaluate the relevance of the scale items in a 5 point Likert scale. Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, 4 main factors were identified: 1) competency to use culturally relevant skills, 2) cultural awareness and sensitivity, 3) cultural knowledge, and 4) efforts to overcome cultural differences. These factors were consistent with sub-concepts of cultural competency in other studies. Confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the model fitness was at the high level and convergent analysis with the similar scale also showed high correlations. Internal consistency also remained at a high level. Based on the results, implication for social work practice and education were discussed.
