A Study on the Intention to Use and the Actual Use of Maritime Logistics Mobile Application (해운물류 모바일 애플리케이션의 사용의도와 사용에 관한 연구)

  • The quick spread of smartphones has affected not only individual life but also the way companies conduct their businesses. Employees is their business work using a variety of mobile devices including smartphones and are in constant collaboration with one another by sharing corporate information. Accordingly, constant an increasing number of businesses have adopted mobile applications for work, especially in the field of maritime logistics, where maritime logistics mobile applications are utilized to track cargos and to provide visibility. Through surveys, this study did empirical analyses to find out the intention to use maritime logistics mobile applications of maritime logistics workers, and the find out factors affecting their actual use of mobile applications developed and used in the domestic maritime logistics industry. As for study variables, social influence, innovation, perceived value, and collaboration between companies were used as factors that affect the intention to use mobile applications. In addition, as a tool for measuring the actual use of mobile applications, which is necessary for figuring out the relationship between the intention to use them and their actual use, the connecting frequency and using time were used. A total of 168 surveys were used in the hypothesis test. The results of the analyses are as follow: First, the three variables of social influence, innovation, and perceived value positively affected the intention to use maritime logistics mobile applications. However, collaboration between companies did not affect the intention to use the applications. Second, the intention to use the mobile applications positively affected the actual use.

  • Based on a comprehensive literature review on Theory of Planned Behavior and Social Cognitive Theory, this study proposes and empirically examines a structural model consisting of factors affecting voluntary information security compliance behavior. To test the proposed research model, the study analyzes survey results from employees of a major Korean energy company, which employs an enterprise compliance support system. Results indicate three factors: compliance behavioral belief and compliance knowledge affect compliance behavior; compliance knowledge works as a mediator in the relationship between compliance behavioral belief and compliance behavior; and the more relevant the compliance is to an employee's job, the more the employee prioritizes compliance knowledge. This study suggests methods for encouraging employees to embrace voluntary, positive information security compliance standards. By doing so, this article aims to promote a more effective corporate compliance system for information security and enhance sustainable management practices.

  • 지식기반경제사회에서 지식을 습득하고 행동할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 인적자원이야 말로 기업의 핵심경쟁력 이라는 것은 자명한 것이다. 디지털시대로 특징지어지는 21세기에는 지식이야말로 기업의 경쟁우위에 중요한 영향을 미칠 것이다. 기업은 디지털시대에 있어서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위하여 학습조직의 활성화는 기업의 경쟁에 있어서 중요한 핵심요소가 된다. 그러나 대부분 기업들이 학습활동을 하면서도 학습조직의 활성화가 기업에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 분석은 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 학습조직의 활성화가 기업조직의 유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석을 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 기업학습조직 활성화에 지속적 학습, 시스템적 사고, 조직몰입 등이 기업조직의 유효성에 유의하게 판단되었다.

  • This study explored feasibility of social cooperatives as a strategy of struggle to social exclusion in the social services area based on the relationships between people. Is social cooperatives on the Fundamental Act on Cooperatives a new type of social welfare service providers comparing the social welfare foundations and social enterprises? Would be expected as social inclusion processes effects arising from the properties of cooperative in social welfare sector? If social welfare institutions function as an intermediate medium between government and users, social cooperatives can be performed function in the community in a variety of cooperative relationships with Multiple stakeholders, e.g. various service providers, care-givers, social workers, and users, etc., conflicting the interests. In this perspective, looked the possibility of social cooperatives as community welfare practice model.

  • This study examined Korean Public Relations trend and social acceptance in 1960s. It centers on the acceptance conditions of PR concept, corporate PR and governmental PR. It analyzed PR recognition and practical activities of the general corporations, financial institutions and public corporations in dealing with corporate PR. It also analyzed Korean governmental PR through examining the structure of governmental PR system, PR activities in rural communities and the police. In those days, PR concept had been misused to no small degree and not been accepted correctly that the necessity to let people know PR in its proper meaning was raised. Laying emphasis upon the technical side, corporate PR activities had centered on publicity. Especially, at that time, the banks, the insurance companies and the public corporations had perceived the importance of PR and implemented a set of PR activities. It can be said that a special feature in government PR in 1960s lies in the expansion of the public information system and reinforcement of PR policies. Also, PR in rural communities had been doing to give information relating to agriculture technique and to improve the living conditions of the farm area. The importance of PR in police had been on the side of promoting relations with people and improving treatment of the people by policeman.

  • In this study, based on Privacy Calculus Model, we study whether users' intention of continuous use of closed-type SNS is affected by information privacy concern. In addition, we propose a model that studies if the major factors of the intention of continuous use which are trust, satisfaction and benefits could control the information privacy concern's effect on the intention of use. As a result, companies have to consider protecting the psychological privacy and information privacy of the individual when they design SNS.

여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 경력단절여성창업자 대상으로 회복탄력성 조절효과검증

  • 대한민국은 2017년 이후 저출산·고령화사회로 진입하였고 생산가능인구가 감소함에 따라 노동생산성이 낮아지고 있으며, 여성의 경력단절 문제가 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있다. 정부에서는 여성가족부와 고용노동부가 함께 여성의 경력단절 예방과 해결을 위해 다양한 지원창업과 경제활동을 장려하고 있지만 현실에서의 재취업장벽과 열악한 노동환경, 일과 가정의 양립 문제 등으로 인해 경력단절 여성들 특히, 고스펙·고학력의 여성들은 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택하고 있으나 창업의 성공률은 그다지 높지 않아 다양한 대비책이 요구되는 실정이다. 여성 기업가는 창업부터 성장하기까지 수많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경제활동의 핵심주축으로 성장할 수 있으며 창업이라는 혁신적이고 생산적인 활동으로 전환해 일자리 창출 및 기업의 혁신과 나아가서는 국가경제발전에 기여할 수 있는 토대가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는데 있다. 경력단절여성 창업자를 대상으로 기업가정신이 창업성과에 미치는 영향과 회복탄력성이 조절효과를 갖는지 여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 여성기업가 특유의 소비자의 욕구를 세심하고 활동적으로 파악하여 생활밀착형 아이디어가 풍성면모와 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 진취적인 성향과 회복탄력성이 창업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 상황에 초점을 두고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 기업가정신의 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 구성하였고, 창업성과의 주요구성요소인 '재무성과', '비재무성과'를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 또한 회복탄력성을 조절변수로하는 연구모형을 상정하였고 이는 여성의 기업가정신과 창업성과의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 조절효과여부를 확인하여 여성의 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성의 중요성을 밝히고 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 여성의 기업가정신이 창업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 것을 규명했다는 점에서 시사점을 갖는다. 심각한 사회문제로 떠오르고 있는 여성의 경력단절 문제를 해소하기 위해 향후 중소벤처기업부 및 여성가족부, 고용노동부 등에서는 여성창업자를 대상으로 체계적인 기업가정신교육과 회복탄력성에 관한 교육을 시행할 것을 제언한다.

An Empirical Study on Relationship between Environmental Management and Sustainable Development (기업의 환경경영이 지속가능한 발전에 미치는 실증분석)

  • This study conducted a regulatory impact analysis regarding the introduction of the Korean version of REACH(Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals). The direct cost of the Korean REACH is estimated at a total of 101 billion Korean won over the 11 year period. The cost includes pre-registration, testing, registration, Chemical Safety Assessment(CSA) and Chemical Safety Report(CSR), evaluation, and the authorization costs of 15,223 chemical substances produced and imported more than 1 ton per year in Korea in 2006. With regard to the benefit, the only public health benefit is included in the estimation. Based on the available foreign and domestic data, this study estimated that the economic values of public health benefits are in the range of 33.2~138.6 billion Korean won if only the savings of the National Health Expenditures are considered and it reaches 203.9~1,640.3 billion Korean won if the willingness to pay(WTP) for disease prevention is included. This study proved that the Korean REACH passed the cost/benefit criteria. The benefit-cost ratio of the Korean REACH, however, is estimated to be lower than its EU counterpart. Thus it is suggested that a rigorous study to reduce the costs to industry be required before the Korean government introduces the Korean REACH.

A Study on the Effects of CSR Activities on Organization Trust and Job Satisfaction in Manufacturing Enterprises (제조업의 CSR활동이 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aimed to discover the effects of CSR activities on manufacturing employees' organizational trust and job satisfaction. A proposed model based on previous research was empirically tested via structural equation modeling by AMOS using 374 valid samples collected from current employees of D-Heavy Industries & Construction in Chang Won. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows. CSR activities had a partially direct impact on job satisfaction and organizational trust. It has been confirmed that organizational trust has a partial mediation effect(full mediation effect) in the process of CSR activities and job satisfaction. These findings indicate that there exist interrelationships among entrepreneurship, internal and external CSR activities, organizational trust, and job satisfaction. In particular, the importance of CSR activities were identified in terms of effective organizational management by confirming their impact on organizational trust of employees. In addition, organizational trust was verified as an antecedent factor to improve job satisfaction.
