현대는 지식사회이다. 이는 사회복지영역에서도 예외일 수 없다. 사회복지영역에서 지식의 중요성은 이미 오래 전에 합의되었다. 그렇지만 ICT(Information Communication Technology)의 급격한 발달은 사회복지영역에서도 적지 않은 논의를 불러일으켰다. 본 연구에서는 10의 영향은 이미 전제되어있는 상태에서 변화된 조직 관리를 실증적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 사회복지가 사회의 구조적이고 파생적 문제해결에 중심을 둔 실천과학이라는 정체성을 획득하고자 하는 단초적 시도로서 지식관리가 필요하다는 전제하에, 지식관리 중 지식공유를 중심으로 연구를 진행시켰다. 즉 사회복지영역에서 이루어지는 지식공유는 어느 정도이며, 그 결과는 어떤 조직적 성과를 산출하고, 또 이러한 지식공유에 영향을 주는 전제 조건은 무엇인지를 부산광역시 사회복지담당공무원을 중심으로 파악하였다. 지식공유 관련 요인을 11개의 요인으로 재구성하여 이를 구성요인별로 나누어 분석한 결과, 동료관계 망, 보상, 상부관계, 조직 규범, 의사소통 둥의 조직 환경이 지식공유와 조직성과에 큰 영향을 주고 있으며, 특히 조직성과에 미치는 직접적 영향력 보다 지식공유를 고려한 상태의 전체 영향력이 강하게 나타나 지식공유가 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있었다. 이에 사회복지 조직에서 조직성과를 높이는 지식공유를 원활하게 할 수 있는 환경 조성의 노력과 아울러 추후과제로서 여타 사회복지 기관에서의 지식관리 관련 연구가 필요하다.

This study aims to investigate the effects of social connectedness on depressive symptom focusing on the comparison between the rural and urban elderly. Data from 'Korean Social Life, Health and Aging Project: KSHAP' was used for analyzing. The analysis included 948 rural elderly and 982 urban elderly. The results showed that urban elderly's depressive symptom level was higher than rural elderly's. Depending on the subcomponent of social connectedness, there were differences in the influence on the urban and rural elderly's depressive symptom. It has been confirmed that only loneliness has affected urban elderly people, and that appraisal social support and loneliness have affected rural elderly people, and that belongingness social support has not been significant in both groups. Findings from this research have some implications for intervention endeavors in reducing depressive symptom of older people.

This study is empirically intended to look into the effects of safety income system on recipient's economic independence and life satisfaction under the social security system. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 650 adult householders benefiting from the social security system. The SPSS 23 statistical program was used to apply measurement variables related to the safety income system. The results of this study are summarized as follows. The social insurance and the social assistance of safety income system were adopted, having a significant effect on the economic independence. The effect of economic independence on life satisfaction was rejected, while the effect of social assistance on life satisfaction was adopted, showing a difference in the effect of each factor. The findings imply that social insurance and social assistance with support for safe income can be a positive help for economic independence, and unemployment benefit, national pension, long-term care subsidy and health insurance can help to achieve real economic independence, adopting only social assistance with limitation to life satisfaction. Consequently, the safety income system is very useful in helping recipients to achieve their economic independence through its introduction, but there is some distance to meet their life satisfaction.

This study has investigated how social exclusion affects privacy concerns and intention to provide personal information. And to examine the moderating effect of perceived sense of control in the process. As a result, it was found that social exclusion increases users' privacy concerns and reduces the intention to provide personal information. In addition, it was verified that the moderating effect of social exclusion on the privacy concerns and intention to provide personal information was significant. In other words, it was proved that sense of control can reduce the influence on privacy concerns and personal information provision intentions due to social exclusion. The results of this research suggest that social exclusion can act as a factor influencing privacy concerns and intention to provide personal information, and that perceived control can reduce the effect of social exclusion. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that individual psychological factors should be considered as influencing variables in privacy research.

본 연구는 한국노동패널 1998-2001 자료를 이용하여 성장기에 경험한 가족구조와 저소득, 빈곤 등의 가족배경이 청소년의 교육성취 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 가족구조와 가족소득, 빈곤의 영향을 각각 분석한 결과 각 변수는 청소년의 학력연수와 대학입학확률, 진학고교유형과 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 보였다. 19세의 학력연수와 대학진학확률의 경우 이혼 별거가족의 청소년과 한부모가족을 장기적으로 경험한 청소년, 빈곤가족의 청소년은 특히 낮은 수준의 성취도를 보였다. 가족구조가 19세의 교육성취에 미치는 영향은 소득수준이나 빈곤을 통제한 후에도 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 소득과 빈곤의 영향력 또한 가족구조가 모형에 포함된 후에도 큰 차이가 없었다. 반면에 16세의 진학고교유형에 대해서는 가족구조와 가족소득을 같이 모형에 포함하는 경우 가족구조의 영향은 일관되지 않고 빈곤의 영향 또한 사라진다. 가족구조와 빈곤의 상대적 영향력을 두 변수가 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 대학진학모형에서 비교한 결과 가족구조의 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 발견은 한부모가족과 빈곤가족에 대한 사회적 지원 대책이 청소년 교육성취 수준을 향상하는 데에 크게 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

u-Society 구현을 위한 IT 발전전략은 경제 재도약을 위한 IT 산업정책에의 요구 종대, 디지털 컨버전스 추세의 강화, IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대라는 세 가지 환경변화를 감안하여 수립 추진되어야 한다. IT 산업정책에의 요구 증대에 부응하기 위해서는 IT를 중심으로 하는 신성장 동력을 강화해야 하는데, 구체적으로는 IT 원천기술 투자비율을 단계적으로 증가시키고 기존산업과 IT의 융합 분야의 창의적인 R&D 과제를 발굴하고 국제화된 IT인력을 양성하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 한국형 벤처 생태계를 조성하여 소프트웨어 및 컨텐츠 부문을 육성시키는 것이 필요하다. 디지털 컨버전스 추세에 대응하기 위해서는 진입장벽의 완화, 수평적 규제체계의 적용, 방통융합 서비스의 조속한 도입 및 규제기구의 통합이 선결과제이다. IT의 사회전반에의 영향력 확대를 경제 및 사회 제분야의 발전으로 연결시키기 위해서는 물리적인 광대역 인프라의 구축에 더하여 정보사회의 역기능 방지 및 정보보호체계 강화, 정보화추진위원회의 기능 강화가 요구된다. 또한 비IT부문에의 IT접목과 더불어 복지, 교육, 공공부문 혁신에 If를 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다. 즉, u-Society구현은 기존의 정보화정책의 한계를 넘어, 물리적인 인프라 구축과 보완 제도, 규제정책, 산업정책의 유기적인 조화를 필요로 하며 이러한 노력이 결실을 맺을 때 우리나라는 경제적 풍요와 수준 높은 삶의 질을 향유할 수 있을 것이다.

This study has verified the consumer effectiveness market influence and relationship with cosmetic purchasing behavior through a covariance model. A female consumer in her 20s or older who had purchased eco cosmetics within the last six months and 300 copies were used for final analysis through panels of online professional research institutes from May 17 to May 30, 2020. As a result of the analysis, functional value, social value, and green consumption value were derived from the consumption value of eco cosmetics. Social value and green consumption value have been shown to have significant impact on consumer effectiveness and market influence but functional value relationships have not been identified. In addition, consumer effectiveness and market influence were found to promote eco cosmetics purchase behavior. Through this study we have identified the importance of perceived environmental issues (consumer effectiveness and market influence) in purchasing eco cosmetics and hope that they will be used as useful data for developing eco products and establishing marketing strategies based on understanding of consumers.

The purpose of this study was to prepare empirical baselinedata supporting for adolescents by researching the control effects by type of schools related between academic achievement and social competence mediating the oiettolie propensity by stress and impulsiveness of adolescents. For this study, 400 high school students in Gwangju metropolitan city were interviewed using self-reporting questionnaire. As the result of study, stress and impulsiveness of adolescents have significant influences on their oiettolie propensity partially, and oiettolie propensity affect academic achievement and social competence meaningfully. and, stress and impulsiveness of adolescents play roles on their oiettolie propensity partially as control factors by type of schools. and. oiettolie propensity affects academic achievement and social competence by type of schools. This study suggests some policy programs for reduction of oiettolie propensity and improvement of academic achievement and social competence based on the analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive Liquor licensed Wholesalers in Korea. In this research, CSR activities consists of four factors including characterizes(consumer, economy, philanthropy, and environment). First, this study investigated how CSR activities affected both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust, second analyzed how both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust influenced organizational performance. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 95 individuals that exclusive license operators. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, PLS(Partial Least Square) has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive license operators. According to the analysis, first, both economy and environment affect both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust. second Honesty Trust affect organizational performance. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.
