Influence of Empathy, Aggression, Self-Esteem on Social Preference and Social Impact in Preschoolers (유아의 사회적 선호도 및 영향력과 공감능력, 공격성 및 자아존중감의 관련성)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of empathy, aggression, and self-esteem on social preference and social impact in preschoolers. Methods: The participants were 307 five year olds who were recruited from day care centers and preschools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Social preference and social impact was measured with peer nominations. Empathy and aggression were measured by teacher ratings. Moreover, self-esteem was asessed using self-reports. The data was analysed using Pearson correlation and hierarchial regression. Results: Findings indicate that social preference is associated with empathy, however, social impact was associated with physical as well as relational aggression. Conclusion/Implications: The findings suggest that the practice of physical and relational aggression may be related with peer status as early as preschool.

  • 이 연구는 정보 간의 관계에서 도출되는 특징을 적합하게 보여줄 수 있는 시각화를 위한 선행연구이다. 정보의 관계에 주목하는 이유는 관계 구조를 통해 정보의 성격과 특징을 파악할 수 있기 때문이다. 정보의 관계는 사회연결망 분석을 통해서 파악할 수 있다. 정보를 구성하는 개체와 개체 사이의 관계는 다양한 요소를 지니고 있으며, 연결망의 관계 분석 지표를 통해 관계의 성격과 특징을 도출해 낼 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 사회연결망에서 관계의 성격을 도출하는데 중요한 지표로 다뤄지는 영향력을 연구범위로 설정하고, 연결망 내의 관계의 요인과 영향력의 지표를 분류하고 연결한다. 이를 통해 사회연결망에서 영향력을 나타내는 관계의 요소를 중심으로 관계의 시각화 과정에 있어 적합한 시각화 프로세스를 온톨로지 개념을 사용하는 시멘틱 그래프에 적용해 보았다. 영향력의 각 관계 요소는 공통적인 개념과 성격, 측정 요소를 통하여 노드와 링크의 네트워크 형태의 그래프로 형성되었다. 영향력 시멘틱 그래프는 사회연결망의 영향력 요소를 이해하고, 분석하는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 시멘틱 그래프의 적용 범위를 연결망 시각화 전반을 확장하여, 합리적이고 효율적인 시각화 프로세스의 설정이 가능함을 알 수 있다.

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트폰의 보급과 인터넷의 발달로 빠르게 성장하고, 그 영향력이 확산되고 있는 SNS 기반 사회적 자본이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. SNS 커뮤니케이션의 활용은 SNS에서 영향력이 있는 사람이 다른 사람에게 영향을 끼칠 수 있다는 점과 그 영향력이 상상외로 넓고 빠르기 때문에 마케팅적 측면에서 중요시 되고 있는 것이다. 소상공인이 생계형 창업이 대부분이라 사업을 주도적으로 이끌어가는 주체이며, 스마트폰의 고급화와 인터넷의 발달로 빠르게 성장하고, 그 영향력이 확산되고 있는 SNS가 소통을 위한 채널및 마케팅을 위한 채널로 인정받고 있다. SNS에 대한 관심과 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세에 있으며 앞으로도 빠른 속도로 급성장 할 것으로 전망하고 있다. 소상공인의 활성화를 위한 연구들은 최근 많아지고 있는 추세이나, 본 연구에서는 5년 미만 창업기업을 중심으로 국내 소상공인을 대상으로 한 연구의 비중이 증대되고 있는 사회적 자본(Social Capital)에 대한 연구를 소상공인 대상으로 SNS기반 사회적 자본에 대해 살펴봄으로써 창업을 준비 중인 소상공인의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

Factors affecting the Health Promotion Behaviors of the Low-Income Elderly Living Alone -Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Social Support (저소득 독거노인의 건강증진행위에 관한 융합적 연구 -사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of social support in the influence of depression on the health promotion behavior of low-income elderly living alone. The data were collected from 294 elderly recipients of national basic livelihood security who are living alone and the data were analyzed by path analysis. The results were that depression and social support had direct effect on health promotion behaviors and depression had indirect effect on health promotion behaviors through mediating effect of social support. Results showed the importance of depression and social support in the health promotion behaviors of the low-income elderly living alone, which should be considered in the intervention. On the basis of the results, practical suggestions to increase the health promotion behaviors of the low-income elderly living alone were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of opinion leader behavior on E-learning satisfaction on the mediating role of social intelligence. For the study, opinion leader behavior were defined two groups such as information mediated behavior, influence behavior and e-learning satisfaction were defined two groups such as contents satisfaction, operation satisfaction. On the basis of theoretical linkages between the constructs, a conceptual model and hypotheses were established. Data were collected from 153 graduated students by structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by PLS(Partial Least Square) statistics program and findings are as follows. Empirical results indicate that opinion leader behavior has a positive impact on opinion leader's social intelligence, social intelligence has a positive impact on E-learning satisfaction. Opinion leader's social intelligence has partially mediated effect on the relationship between opinion leader behavior and E-learning satisfaction.

자녀의 학업성취에 미치는 가족배경, 사회자본 및 문화자본의 영향

  • 본 연구에서는 부모의 사회경제적 지위가 자녀의 학업성취를 통해 재생산되도록 만드는 변수들의 영향을 밝히려고 하였다. 가족의 사회경제적 변수, 극히 사회자본과 문화자본이 독립적으로 또는 가족배경을 맥락으로 자녀의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다. 연구대상으로는 중고등학생 총 2771명의 사례를 분석하였다. 중학생에 비해 고등학생들의 학업성취에 미치는 부모의 사회경제적 배경변수의 영향력은 감소하였다. 그러나 사회자본과 문화자본의 영향력은 증가하였다. 성별에 따라 분석한 결과, 남학생의 경우는 부모의 사회경제적 변수와 가족의 사회자본과 문화자본의 영향력이 동시에 존재하나 여학생의 경우에는 사회자본과 문화자본의 영향이 거의 없고, 부모의 사회경제적 변수 중에서 아버지의 직업과 자산이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회자본과 문화자본의 영향력은 상당부분 부모의 사회경제적 자원에 흡수되는 경향이 있으나 가족의 자녀에 대한 관심은 여전히 학업성취도에 중요한 영향을 미치는 사회자본임을 발견하였다. 이번 연구결과를 통해 경제적 지원만으로는 자녀의 학업성취를 높이기 어려우며 사회자본이나 문화자본과 함께 결합된 사회경제적 지원이 자녀의 학업성취에 기여함을 발견하였다.

A Framework for Visualizing Social Network Influence (사회연결망 영향력 시각화를 위한 프레임워크)

  • This paper deals with visualization that can appropriately show the characteristics deduced from relationships between pieces of information. The visualization of influence, which is used as an important index in deducing the characteristics of relationships in social network analysis, was selected as research topic, and first, the elements that show relationships within the network and the index that show influence were classified and organized. Second, the links between relational elements that show influence in social network were examined, and an influence visualization network was created. Third, an influence visualization framework was proposed which explains the interaction between social network analysis and visualization process. The influence visualization network and framework being proposed in this paper can be used not only to understand and analyze the elements that influence social network but also to make it possible to have a rational and efficient approach to network visualization. Hopefully, they will become a new methodological approach to information design.

The Effects of Depression, Death Anxiety, and Social Support on Psychological Well-Being of Elderly Living Alone: Mediating Effect of Resilience (우울, 죽음불안, 사회적 지지가 독거노인의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 탄력성의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how depression, death anxiety, and social support can exert influence on the psychological well-being of elderly living alone through a parameter of resilience. A survey was conducted involving 988 elderly over the age of 65 living alone in the Daejeon metropolitan area and Chungcheongnam-do and the data were analyzed using structure equation model. The results were as follows. First, in the measurement of variables according to demographic characteristics, depression showed significant differences depending on gender, level of education, health, and financial condition, while death anxiety differed depending on gender, and level of education. Social support was significantly different by gender, age, level of education, region, health, and financial condition. The level of resilience was significantly different by gender, age, level of education, health, and financial condition. Psychological well-being varied according to gender, level of education, health, and financial condition. Second, the effects of depression, death anxiety and social support on psychological well-being were examined. It was found that depression had a negative influence and social support had a positive impact while death anxiety showed no influence. Third, with regard to the effects of depression, death anxiety, social support on resilience, depression was found having negative influence, whereas social support having positive influence. Forth, psychological well-being was positively affected by resilience. Also, through the mediated pathway of resilience, their psychological well-being seemed to totally improve when the negative factors were reduced and the positive ones promoted. This study may have some significance in reference to examine the factors affecting the psychological well-being of elderly living alone and to develop social welfare service programs and policies in the field.

A Study on the Outcome Indicators for Measuring Public Libraries´ Impact on the Community (공공도서관의 지역사회에 대한 영향력 평가 지표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Outcome indicators measuring public libraries´ impact on the community and individual community members have a great utility on the accountability improvement better management and role enhancement. This study identifies such areas of demonstrating public library impacts as economic value, social contribution, and information literacy, by literature review. A framework pertinent to develop public library outcome indicators is suggested for implementing outcome based evaluation in an individual public library´s environment.

An Empirical Test of Social Learning Theory and Complementary Approach in Explanation of University Students' Crimes in Social Network Services (SNS상의 범죄행위 설명에 있어 사회학습이론과 보완적 논의의 검증)

  • This study tests the effects of differential association, definitions, differential reinforcement and imitation from social learning theory in the explanation of university students' crimes in social network services. In addition, this study tests the interaction effects between social learning factors and other factors such as low self-control, subcultural environment, and crime opportunity for the integrated approach. Using data from 486 university students in Seoul, results show that both definition and imitation have significant influences on crimes, even though differential association and differential reinforcement factors have no significant influences on crimes in social network services. Results also reveal that there are significant interaction effects between definition and subcultural environment, which meana that definition has a strong effect on crimes in high subcultural environment. In addition, it is found that reinforcement has also a strong effect on crimes in high crime opportunity and that interaction effect between imitation and low self-control is significant, which means that imitation has a strong effect on crimes in low self-control students.
