Land suitability assessment is the procedure that assesses development, agriculture or conservation suitability of land according to such criteria as soil, location and usability. But there are many problems to execute land assessment by law. Problems include inadequate basic data, lack of linkage with the spatial planning system, and inefficiency in operation. The purpose of this study is to improve methods of land suitability assessment as a sustainable land use management tool using case study. In this study, land suitability assessment will be executed through GIS. On the basis of the results of this case study, practical and institutional problems are described, and technical solutions are suggested.

최근 한국사회는 국민소득향상, 생활수준의 개선, 의학기술의 발달 등으로 평균수명이 크게 연장 되어 고령화 사회로 발전되어 가고 있다. 평균수명이 짧았던 시대에는 고령화 문제가 크게 중요시되지 않았으나 수명이 연장됨에 따라 노후에 대한 경제적, 사회적 보호문제 등이 대두되고 있다. 노인들의 기본욕구는 주로 소득 보건 주택 여가 등에 관한 것으로 노후에도 자신의 능력과 적성에 맞는 일자리를 찾아 경제적 안정을 누리며 소득을 유지하고 의료보장으로 건강한 노후를 보낼 수 있으며, 가족관계가 안정이 되고 자기발전을 기하며, 사회참여와 역할을 지속하며, 휴식과 오락을 즐기고 문화를 창출하며 삶의 보람을 찾을 수 있는가 하는 것이 문제이다.(중략)

This study examined the emotional intelligence and social support in relation to resilience in order to identify the factors influencing resilience in student nurses. The participants were 228 student nurses from two colleges in B City. The data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, Scheffe test and multiple regression analysis by SPSS ver. 21.0. The mean score for emotional intelligence, social support, and resilience level was 5.36 out of 7 points, 4.13 out of 5 point, and 2.68 out of 4 points, respectively. Resilience was positively correlated with emotional intelligence (r=.665, p<.001) and social support (r=.495, p<.001). The results of this research suggest that social support is an important variable affecting resilience in student nurses. The factors affecting resilience were social support (${\beta}=.464$, p<.001), emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.169$, p=.004), and aptitude (${\beta}=.162$, p=.006). Resilience explained 50.4% of the variance in social support, emotional support, and aptitude. To increase the resilience of student nurses, managers need to develop resilience programs and training for managing social support, emotional intelligence, and aptitude.

These days, school education is making every possible effort to bring up a human able to opposed creatively to 21 century social, because of society is global and informational step by step. For this, the special activity in the seventh curriculum is expended and reorganized from three areas to five areas. On the other hand, the special activity is pushed ahead with the developmental activity in consideration of student's ability and aptitude. However, the teachers are difficult to organize of the developmental activity in based on student's ability and aptitude. Because of developmental activity is organized in the beginning of a term, not only the teachers are fallen to realize student's ability and aptitude but also students ignore ability and aptitude themselves. Therefore this paper designs a program based on MI(Multiple Intelligence) theory to compose developmental activity effectively. Up to now, MI is introduced nine kinds of intelligence, Linguistic Intelligence, Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Existentialist intelligence. this paper designs the K-MIDAS test[1] based on seven kinds of intelligence areas and implements developmental activity program suit to student's ability and aptitude based on the MI test result.

The purpose of this study is to find how the childcare teacher aptitude of students majoring in childcare and education influences their perception of teacher professionalism. To achieve that, a questionnaire survey was conducted with 216 early childhood preservice teachers living in A city. For data processing and analysis, SPSS program was used so as to conduct frequency analysis and calculate the mean and standard deviation. In addition, to test reliability and find relations between variables, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. As a result, firstly, in terms of the childcare teacher aptitude perceived by the students majoring in childcare and education, they highly perceived an affinity with young children and a sense of calling of their job; in terms of their perception of teacher professionalism, they highly perceived social necessity and vocational ethics. Secondly, early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude had a statistically significant correlation with their perception of teacher professionalism. Thirdly, the sub factors of early childhood preservice teachers' childcare teacher aptitude all positively influenced the sub factors of the perception of teacher professionalism. Given the study results, the students majoring in childcare and education perceived the importance of their aptitude of childcare teacher. In order to provide high-quality childcare service and create the positive aptitude of childcare teacher, it will be necessary to conduct a variety of basic research.

This study is to make in-depth and supplementary web-based courseware concerning each student's developed intelligence. The seventh elementary school social studies in-depth and supplementary curriculum is student-centered curriculum that concerns a student's learning ability, aptitude, concern, interesting. career and so on. But, present social science courseware does study without regard to learners's interest and aptitude So in this study, We have a target to build and develope web-based devise that helps student's in-depth and supplementary learning after evaluating multiple intelligence. That should be based on student's favorite intelligence in multiple intelligence theory. Considering Intrapersonal intelligence, Interpersonal intelligence, Musical intelligence, Bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, Logical-mathematical intelligence, Linguistic intelligence, Spatial intelligence, We expect student's effective in-depth and supplementary learning based on each student's interest and capability.

분립체외 혼상류로서이든 캡슐수송이든 파이프수송은 수송요원이 거의 불요하다는 점에서도 각광 을 받는다. 공장내에서의 수송뿐만 아니라 도시폐기물을 직접 파이프에 투입하여 공기수송 한다 거나 큰 삘딩내에서 서류를 파이프 공기수송하는 것 등은 이미 선진국에서 널리 사용되고 있거니 와 가장 신속정확을 요하는 우편물의 집배도 포스트와 우체국과의 사이에 파이프 수송이 가능할 것이며 문화사회의 각방면에도 그 적성은 광범위하여 파이프 수송은 바야흐로 내일의 수송의 주 주역이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to find the related factors of nursing students' self-efficacy(including general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy), self-leadership and academic performance. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The general self-efficacy scores of the subjects in who're admitted according to aptitude, higher school grades, extroverts, and higher leadership were significantly higher than those who weren't. The social self-efficacy scores were significantly higher in younger ages, extroverts and higher leadership. Self-leadership was higher in those who're admitted according to aptitude. Academic performance was significantly higher in the females and higher school grades. Social self-efficacy was positively correlated with self-leadership, and negatively with academic performance. Explanation rate of sex, general self-efficacy and social self-efficacy on academic performance was 10.5%. These results can be applied as a basis for developing guidelines of nursing students' self-efficacy, self-leadership and academic performance after repeated studies.

The purpose of this study is to see how a CEO's ethics affects each company's business performance, as the ethical management of global companies are being one of the social issues at this time, particularly in construction companies. The survey was conducted amongst the engineers and managers who are currently engaged in domestic major companies as well as small businesses, and analyzed based on the frequency, reliability, factor, and multiple regression method. The results are as follows by use of SPSS 20 as a statistical analysis tool. CEO's ethics has a positive effect on financial performance, business ethics, organizational achievement, social achievement. The study found that the higher ethical sense a CEO has, which is one of the highest values of CEO, the higher ownership an employee has, and the more a CEO has a communication with the employees, the more credibility is mutually built, which will be a driving force of company's development. This study needs more wide study for on the effect of CEO's ethics on the business performance of general company in the future.
