Social enterprises are social mission-oriented entities, despite working entrepreneurial way. Mission orientation is recognized as a strong management tool that can motivate employees and remain there to accomplish it. This study investigated the role of social mission as well as job insecurity and job satisfaction as factors on retention of women in social enterprises. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used. The result showed that 82.3% of respondents had intention to work at social enterprise. Also, social mission orientation of female workers had an effect of buffering the negative relationship between job insecurity and retention. These results suggest that social enterprises need to consider implicit working conditions as much as explicit work conditions for female-friendly jobs. Binominal Logistic regression analysis is used.

The study explores social enterprises' social goals by analysing their mission so as to better understand their perceptions of social problems. Based on the analysis, the study reconsiders the mission of the current era of the Korean social economy. Accordingly, self-disclosed social enterprise data were collected and analyzed using LDA topic modeling and social network analysis methods. Seven mission topics were extracted, and the network centering on key keywords was derived. The analysis results largely divided the social purposes of social enterprises into three categories: 'social purpose that social enterprises want to achieve', 'activities to achieve the purpose', and 'operation method to achieve the purpose'. The study is meaningful in that it emphasizes the importance of establishing and implementing social goals from the point of view of the social economy as well as realizing the economic value of social enterprises by analyzing their mission.

The purpose of this study is to present the necessary success strategies for the social economy ecosystem and social enterprise stakeholders by empirically examining the structural relationship of factors that affect the sustainable dual performance of social enterprises. Through previous studies, hypotheses and research models were established for the performance factors of social enterprises, and hypothesis testing was performed using PLS-Structural Equation Modeling on 92 sample data collected from the survey. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the social mission, customer orientation, and social network set as performance factors all had a significant positive (+) effect on social performance. In addition, social performance had a significant (+) effect on economic performance by mediating customer orientation and social network excluding social mission, and it was found that the business model strengthened this relationship. In addition to the theoretical significance of demonstrating the structural influence of social enterprise performance factors through this study, practical implications can be found in that it suggests factors that social entrepreneurs should focus on for growth and performance creation.

성 안드레아 신경정신병원은 천주교 한국 순교복자 수도회가 1990년에 현 주소지인 경기도 이천시 마장면 표교리에 개원한 한국 최초의 개방형 정신과 전문병원이다. 이 땅에 가톨릭교회가 전래된 이후 여러 차례의 박해로 인해 우리의 선조들에게 엄청난 정신적 고통을 안겨 주었던 시기가 있었고, 우리가 살아가는 현대사회에는 신앙의 자유가 있지만 유무형의 사회 악현상에 의하여 삶이 황폐해지고 쫓기는 삶을 살고 있는가 하면 정치, 경제, 사회 등의 이유로 정신적 질환자는 매년 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 이런 환경 속에서 과거의 순교자들을 현양한다는 것과 아울러 우리사회의 부정적인 현상으로 인해 발생하는, 정신적인 치료를 요하는 사람들을 돕고 치료하는 것은 순교자 현양이라는 복자수도회의 창설 목적이다.

The Bank of Korea began its operation on June 12, 1950, with the Bank of Korea Act established a month or so earlier. Thus was first introduced to Korea modern central banking in the real sense of the word. The Bloomfield Mission, consisting of A. Bloomfield and J. Jensen of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, spent about six months drafting a bill, which finally became the Bank of Korea Act. Little has been known yet about the process leading to the creation of the Mission and the historical context surrounding it, except that F. Tamagna of the Federal Reserve Board made in his capacity of the ECA's representative the offer of technical assistance to the Korean government. This paper attempts to dig deeper into relevant historical records and literature to fill these gaps. As it happened, the confrontation between the US and the USSR was accelerating towards the end of 1940s. The paper's new findings include that the Bloomfield Mission was, together with the ECA Mission to Korea, a product of the then US foreign policy (Cold War policy) and that the former Mission's technical assistance was conceived and provided all along as part of the inflation stabilization program pursued by the latter Mission. The Bloomfield Mission was after all a historical necessity. Next, the paper examines the changes added to the bill during its journey to becoming the Bank of Korea Act enacted in May 1950, presenting a review of the Act. The paper further evaluates the Act in terms of legal persistence, finding that the revised Act currently in force still substantially resembles the Act enacted 70 years ago from now. Finally in order is a brief discussion on those factors which seem to have contributed much to such persistence and thus apparent excellence of the Act enacted.

사회적기업이란 영리기업과 비영리기업의 중간형태로서 사회적기업육성법에서는 취약계층에게 사회서비스 또는 일자리를 제공하여 지역주민의 삶의 질을 높이는 등의 사회적목적을 추구하면서 재화 및 서비스의 생산 혹은 판매 등의 영업활동을 수행하는 기업으로서 고용노동부 장관의 인증을 받은 기업을 말한다. 현재 사회적기업은 2019년 3월말 기준 2,154개의 기업이 활동하고 있다. 사회적기업의 양적증가에 따라서 사회적기업가 리더십과 조직의 존재가치를 설명하는 조직유효성이 중요하다. 조직유효성의 증가하기 위해서, 조직유효성에 미치는 다양한 영향요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 기존연구는 사회적기업 조직유효성에 대한 조직문화, 리더십 등 조직 관련 개별요인과 조직유효성과의 관계 파악에 한정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 소셜미션을 추구하는 사회적가치와 지속가능성을 위한 경제적가치를 추구하는 사회적기업의 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 뿐 아니라 리더십, 의사소통, 조직문화의 개별적 요인 뿐 아니라 통합적인 적용을 하고자 한다.

소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.
