본 논문은 재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율 활동 지원에 관한 법률의 기업재난관리표준에 따라 재해경감활동관리체계를 수립함에 있어 최초 단계인 재해경감활동 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 효과성을 분석하고자 함이 목적이다. 일반적으로 기관의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 결과를 바탕으로 재해경감활동의 도입 수준이 결정된다. 그러나 현재 수행되는 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 문항은 문항 간의 중요도를 고려하지 않아 결과에 대한 신뢰성 및 변별력 저하, 재해경감활동관리체계 수행 단계별 차별성이 고려되지 않은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공기업 'K사'의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 사례에 대해 기존 결과와 조사 문항의 가중치를 반영한 결과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 문항 간 변별력 부재로 인한 결과의 신뢰성 부족과 그로 인한 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 대상자의 동일 응답 가능성을 배재할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다.

In this study, the relationship between selective attribute and socio-maturity was found to be statistically significant in cooking major of cooking high school students. The selective attribute of cooking major influenced the affinity of members and the selective factor of cooking major was social Affecting the management of self - esteem and self - efficacy. The selection process of cooking major affects the superior adaptability of school life. The results of this study are as follows. First, the relationship between the social maturity and the satisfaction of the majors of the cooking major students was statistically significant in the hypothesis of the model, and the member relational affinity and social intimacy influenced the participation of the curriculum model And social maturity influenced social intimacy.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of social support from teachers and friends on the career maturity of students at technical meister high schools. The Social Support Scale adjusted by Kim, Hye-Jin(2006) and the Career Maturity Attitude Inventory Scale produced by Lee, Ki-Hak(1997) were administered. The data from 194 were ultimately included to analyze. Corrlational coefficent and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 21.0 statistical package. The results were as follows. First, perceived teachers' social support was higher than friends. Second, the effect of teachers' social support on career maturity was not significant but the effect of social support from friends was found. Among sub-factors of social support from friends, emotional and informative support were found significant effect on career maturity. The implication of these results were discussed in terms of career counseling and education of technical meister high schools.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of developing and applying a strength-based art coaching program to improve psychological and social maturity for slow learners attending elementary school. To this end, 32 slow elementary school learners living in the Seoul area were selected to form 16 experimental groups and 16 control groups. A total of 10 session of strength-based art coaching programs were conducted once a week for 60 minutes for 16 experimental groups. The main contents of the program consisted of recognizing positive psychological strengths and utilizing strengths in daily life, recognizing and empathizing with my emotions and other people's feelings, and learning and expressing specific ways of expressing my thoughts. To verify the effectiveness of the program, psychological and social maturity tests (emotional stability, social competence, communication skills, school life adaptation, interpersonal friendliness) were conducted in advance, post, 4 weeks later, and 2 weeks later. The implications of the study through the results of this study, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to develop a structural equation model on the relationships among cultural tendency, social maturity, community spirit and multicultural perception of nursing students. The survey was performed on 395 nursing students in two universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 program. Individualism, social maturity and community spirit showed a direct effect on multicultural perception. And community spirit and Social maturity work as complete mediators in the relationship between collectivism and multicultural perception. These variables explained 59.2% of acts towards multicultural perception. The results of this study suggest that development of programs enhancing proper personalities like community spirit for nursing students.

This study analyzed the correlation of work values, career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior by determining the sociodemographic characteristics, and the study confirmed the validity of the influence of work values and career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior. The subjects of this study were 218 nursing students at a university located in Geonggi-do. The data was collected from June 4th to August 27th, 2019 by using structured questionnaires. As a result, female students scored significantly higher in work values and career attitude maturity than did the male students, and the students who had better grades showed higher employment preparation behavior. In addition, the result showed positive correlation between work values and employment preparation behavior, and the study showed correlation between career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Greater independence, readiness, certainty, and decisiveness were higher and were sub-factors of career attitude maturity and employment preparation behavior. Moreover, the higher the students' patriotism and indoor activities, the higher was their employment preparation behavior. In conclusion, the employment preparation behavior was higher according to greater work values, while the influence of career attitude maturity on employment preparation behavior was not statistically significant.

This study attempted to determine the relationship between college students' motivation for major selection (personal motivation, social motivation), academic performance, and career maturity, and to identify the influencing factors of career maturity in order to provide basic data for improving career maturity. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 199 university students in C city. As a result of examining the correlation between personal motivation for major selection, social motivation, academic achievement, and career maturity, career maturity showed a significant positive correlation with personal motivation for major selection (r=.417, p=.00) and no significant correlation with social motivation for major selection and academic achievement. The influencing factors of career maturity were personal motivation for major selection, economic activity, and major department, and the explanatory power was 24%. Therefore, it seems that university-level support is needed to enable students to engage in economic activities in fields related to their majors. Since personal motivation is important in major selection, we should focus on increasing personal motivation for major selection by providing high school students with a wide range of opportunities, such as career experience and future work experience.

Recently problems and issues of career-interrupted women were emerging as major social agenda in modern general and female society. This study modified and restructured REBT career group counseling and intended to testify the effects of REBT career group counseling program on self-efficacy and career attitude maturity of career discontinued married women in thirties. The subjects were career-interrupted married women in thirties living in J city, who have elementary school students as their children and applied to our study with 3 groups. 45 subjects were randomly assigned to experimental group(REBT Group), control group1(education group for vocational counselor) and control group2(general parental education group) by the number of 15. To assess effects of 3 groups, pre-test and post-test were carried out. Results showed that the participants of REBT group showed more self-efficacy, social efficacy and total self-efficacy scores than them of 2 control groups. And they had tendency to have more sense of reality, preparedness and total career attitude maturity scores. It seems that REBT career counseling program changed their irrational beliefs into rational beliefs about course and career, increasing their self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. The meaning, limitation and future tasks were discussed.

21세기는 고령화사회, 국제화사회, 성숙사회 등 여러 가지 단면으로 잡아 볼 수 있다. 사회는 "마음의 풍부함" 또는 "여유"를 구하며, 그곳에서는 넓은 의미에서의 휴먼네트워크가 중요하게 된다. 이와 같은 휴먼네트워크를 떠받치는 수단으로서, 사회의 정보화, 더욱이 통신이 수행해야 할 역할은 점점 큰 것으로 된다. 전자공학, 정보공학의 진보와 잘 어울려서 통신 네트워크의 고도화가 진보하여 정보슈퍼하이웨이의 구축 또는 VOD(Video On DEMAND)등 멀티미디어통신서비스가 진전하여 네트워크형 산업구조, 사회구조가 형성되어 간다. 이와 같이 산업이나 사회로 통신기술의 전개·침투가 착착 진행하여 그것에 수반하여 통신을 질적으로도 산업구조적으로도 크게 변화해 간다.
