기후변화로 인한 집중호우 및 태풍의 발생빈도 증가로 인하여 댐 및 저수지 붕괴 우려가 증대되고 있으며, 이에 따른 주변지역 주민들의 불안감도 고조되고 있다. 특히 2017년 2월 미국에서 가장 높은 위치에 있는 캘리포니아주 오로빌 댐은 집중호우로 인해 범람할 가능성이 커지면서 지역민 19만여명을 대피하는 상황이 발생되었다. 국내에서는 기후변화와 댐 안전, 노후화된 댐 성능개선 및 재개발, 유지관리 효율화 증대 방안 등의 다양한 대비책 마련이 제시되고 있으나, 아직까지 기후변화에 따른 수문학적, 구조적 안전성 등 다양한 인자를 고려한 댐 재개발 평가에 대한 정량적 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기후변화의 영향과 댐 시설물의 고령화 등에 따른 복합적인 댐 안전성 문제 등에 대비하기 위하여 기후변화를 고려한 댐 재개발 평가 기준 개발/개선하였으며, 국내 다목적댐, 발전용댐, 농업용 저수지댐 1종 시설물을 대상으로 평가를 실시하였다. 또한, 유역경계, 댐, 저수지, 도로 등의 지형데이터베이스와 수자원이용율, 유역면적, 수질, 문화재수 등의 댐 재개발 평가항목들의 속성자료를 검색할 수 있으며, 댐 구역별 기후변화 영향과 수문학적 안전성 평가 정보를 확인 할 수 있는 댐 재개발 평가시스템을 개발하였다. 본 연구성과는 댐 재개발계획 수립을 위한 의사결정 도구로 객관적이고 정량적인 의사결정 판단자료를 제공할 것이며, 댐 붕괴로 발생하는 경제, 사회, 인명 손실을 사전에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine effect of anxiety about climate change on life satisfaction and mediating effect of subjective health status between anxiety about climate change and life satisfaction among older persons. Methods: This study used data from Statistics Korea 2018 Social Survey and a total of 7,870 older persons aged 65 and over were selected for the analyses. Descriptive statistics was used to identify characteristics of study participants and correlation analysis was used to examine the associations among anxiety about climate change, subjective health status, and life satisfaction. Also, multiple regression analyses were performed to examine effect of anxiety about climate change on life satisfaction and mediating effect of subjective health status between anxiety about climate change and life satisfaction. Results: Study findings show that anxiety about climate change had significant effect on life satisfaction. A higher level of anxiety decreased the level of life satisfaction of the elderly. A higher level of anxiety about climate change also decreased the level of subjective health status. In addition, the effect of anxiety about climate change on life satisfaction was partially mediated by subjective health status. Conclusions: Findings of the study suggest that the needs of older population should be considered in designing policy and interventions on climate change.

In case of security of IoT-based areas in ICBM industry, the anxiety about safety goes to extremes in public and national safety area, so that the demand for security service related to disaster/safety management is increasing. Like this, as a security service for safety, CCTVs are installed/operated for the purpose of maintenance of public order and crime prevention. Especially, as the recorded images are presented as crucial evidences of crimes, they are rapidly increasing. However, as adverse effects of CCTVs, it is highly possible to unintentionally leak personal information in the process of performing the original purpose, or to violate someone's privacy in case when such technologies are abused. Therefore, it would be necessary to have researches on the multilaterally-combined mechanism for the protection of image privacy.

최근 전 세계적으로 불안감, 우울증 등을 비롯한 정신 건강 관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 COVID-19 팬데믹 사태로 인해 경제적, 사회적으로 고립되는 시간이 길어지면서 정신 건강이 악화되고 있다. 한국의 경우도 심리상담을 받는 비율이 증가하는 등 정신 건강 관리의 수요가 높아지고 있다. 정신 건강 관리를 위한 여러 진입 장벽들을 극복하기 위해 개발된 비대면 심리상담들이 인기를 얻고 있다. 특히, 인공지능 기술과 정신 건강 관리를 결합하려는 시도가 많아지고 있으며, 미국, 중국 등 해외에서는 이미 워봇(Woebot), 유퍼(Youper) 같은 심리상담 챗봇이 상용화되어 서비스 중이다. 그러나 한국에서의 심리상담 챗봇은 아직까지 해외만큼 상용화 단계에 이르지 못했다. 또한, 이러한 챗봇을 구축하기 위한 데이터셋 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 익명 심리 플랫폼을 통하여, 심리전문가가 비식별화한 고민과 해당 고민에 대한 전문가 답변을 활용하여 구축한 MICA를 소개한다. 또한, 본 데이터셋을 활용해 딥러닝 기반의 언어 모델을 학습하고 정량적, 정성적 성능 평가를 통해 챗봇의 가능성을 확인하였다.

정부가 고령화, 인구감소, 경기침체의 대안으로 새로운 일자리 창출에 관심을 집중한지 이미 오래다. 오랜 취업난과 수명 증가로 인해 창업은 이제 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었다. 정책적으로 직업으로서 창업가가 대우받는 시대가 된 것이다. 하지만, 아직도 국민 의식 저변에는 창업에 대한 불안과 두려움이 깔려있다. 이러한 인식 제고를 위해 다양한 교육과 정책들이 끊임없이 나오고 있지만, 여전히 창업에 대해서는 망설이게 되는 부분이 크다. 이러한 창업에 대한 두려움과 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 가장 확실한 방법은 경험해 보는 것인데, 직접 경험하는 것 외에도 문화적으로 다양한 창업경험을 접할 수 있다면 막연한 창업에 대한 불안감과 두려움을 조금이나마 해소할 수 있지 않을까? 문화계발효과이론을 응용하여 드라마를 중심으로 연구해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 드라마 선호도가 사업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로, 그 동안 많이 연구되어 온 기업가정신과, 사업동기, 경험을 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업가정신과 사업동기가 사업의지에 미치는 영향을 재확인하면서, 창업에 대한 직·간접 경험이 실제 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고, 거기에 더해 매스미디어의 하나인 드라마 선호도가 기업가정신과 사업동기, 경험에 조절효가가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 정부의 창업지원정책이 홍수처럼 쏟아지는 지금도 개인의 창업과 폐업은 꾸준히 수치를 늘려가고 있다. 과연 기존 정부의 창업지원정책만으로 계속 현 상황을 이어가야 할지, 아니면 창업지원과 더불어 사회 전반에 걸친 문화적 지원도 뒷받침된다면 실제 창업에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 사업의지를 보다 더 확실하게 키울 수 있으리라 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify relationship between resilience, social support, community resilience, and anxiety in nursing students. 252 participants were recruited from the university located in Gyeonggi-do and data were collected using self-reported questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program, with descriptive statistics x2-test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation. The average score were resilience 3.10 out of 5, social support 4.22 out of 5, community resilience 3.21 out of 5, and anxiety 2.21 out of 4. In addition, social support(r=.32, p<.001) and community resilience(r=.18, p=.004) were positively correlated with resilience, but anxiety(r=-64, p<.001) was negatively correlated with resilience in university students. In conclusion, program and comprehensive support system are needed to strengthen social support and community resilience, to control and cope with anxiety in order to improve resilience of the university students.

On July 5, 2016, offshore magnitude 5.0 earthquake, Ulsan, Republic of Korea can anxiety not safe in the earthquake. The gas smell that occurred in Busan on July 20, 2016 did not understand a cause and spread by the ghost story for the earthquake to a citizen. Thus correct information about the disaster is important to the smart city and the quick correspondence for damage inhabitants and the community has an influence on the disaster resilience. This study is targeted for damage inhabitants, and it clarifies the importance of the evocation model of anxiety about the disaster in the smart city with social technology. In the case of the Great East Japan Earthquake, consider the self-help contents of Kamaishi-city inhabitants deeply and find out a proper application method. As a means of disaster response and recovery, suggest that the inhabitants and community will be able to practice self-help measures.

General student orchestra activity is known as desirable hobby for students of adolescent period, developing their creativity and sensitivity, give students sense of belonging and stability by resolving their social, emotional anxiety. Accordingly, his research investigated whether orchestra club activity also has similar effect on university students. As a result unlike of adolescent students, orchestra activity turned out to be not that helpful for the social, self-confidence improvement of university students, though achievement of the activity itself was high. Despite of the result, there exist positive factors; obviously the activity has positive factors analyzing through recognition analysis (opinion mining) using big data. Therefore national support is required also for the orchestra activity of the undergraduates.

Sex offense by medical practitioners has been occurring continuously in Korea leading to not only patients but the general public expressing anxiety and increased distrust in the medical field. The government has been pushing ahead with the legislation or revision of law to increase the penalties on sexual offenders in response to requests for a stricter legal framework to address sex offense cases and has expressed a strong commitment to actively resorting to administrative corrective measures towards sexually offending medical practitioners. Unlike such an overall social atmosphere, the Judiciary that is in charge of applying the law seems not to perceive the seriousness of sex offense cases committed by medical practitioners. A doctor who had sexually assaulted a middle school female student during medical treatment at a pediatric hospital was found innocent by the supreme court, which was a ruling in direct contrast to overall public sentiment. As such, this study seeks to analyze the precedent on cases involving sex offense by medical practitioners with a focus on the above-mentioned case and present implications. The study seeks to dispel distrust in the overall medical field by addressing the gap in legal interpretation towards sex offense committed by medical practitioners and thus provide basic data that can help the general public receive quality medical services in a safer environment.

As the industrial society is developing wars, terrors, and vicious crimes is getting increased. These dangerous factors are caused of casualty and subversiveness of social order. Such vicious crimes lead people to feeling of insecurity. That is why naturally people want to build and inspect strengthened security system. CCTV camera system which can be said as the most popular security system is being installed in public places has large number of floating population. This trend is required to develop the intelligent video security technology and propagate it since the importance of security technology is getting high. This thesis will be described regarding the trend of the intelligent surveillance camera and the scenario.
