This study is to explore the contents and interaction of residents voluntary network and propose the strategies to promote residents voluntary network. The grounded theory was utilized to attain our object. Total of seven social worker and 17 residents participated in the study. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documents. The data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin's method. Results are the followings. In open coding 13 categories, 32 subcategories and 133 concepts were constructed. In axial coding causal conditions were qualitative ascent of needs, emergence of the right welfare consumer. Phenomenon was agitation of praxis ground and grope of exist. Contextual conditions were crisis resources, skepticism of welfare. Intervention conditions were maturation of welfare cognition and proliferation of the sense of community responsibility. Strategy were resocialization of voluntary organization and construction of field related service delivery system. Consequence were grass routing welfare strategic fitting service system. In selective coding we constructed the core category: The praxis revolution from bottom for break social welfare environment.

The Protestant Reformation that erupted 500 years ago has influenced all aspects of society and have become a crucial stepping stone to modern times from the Middle Ages. The purpose of this study was to show the reformational characteristics of the social welfare revealed in the process of the Reformation in the 16th century and how they apply to the Modern Christianity, especially from the view of the missional church. Therefore, in the main body, the two doctrines of Justification by Faith only and the Priesthood of All Believers were based on the Luther's Reformation were examined. A researcher confirmed that his Reformational characteristics concerned about second-class citizens and disadvantaged such as the weak faith, women, and the social situations were considered all the time in his Reformation. There were three characteristics of Luther's social welfare reforms: relief activities, education businesses, and economic policies. In addition, a researcher discussed some suggestions that the missional church can apply to its ministry for creating a healthier community.

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설에 근무하고 있는 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인과 조직요인의 주요변수를 검증하여 사회복지사의 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 정책적, 실천적 방안을 모색하기 위해 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2017년 사회복지 종사자의 보수수준 및 근로여건 실태조사 패널데이터 중 사회복지사 자격증을 갖고 근무하고 있는 사회복지사 8,075명을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도는 보통이상(3.40점)이었다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인적 요인으로 성별, 연령대, 결혼지위, 이직의도로 나타났고, 조직요인으로 총 보수액, 노동강도 대비 보수수준, 인권보장정도, 시설안전도, 시설유형 변인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

This study aimed to empirically test the causal model of stress-coping-adaptation for unwed mothers, which was built upon the Lazarus and Folkman's(1984) "Stress-Coping-Adaptation" model. In doing so researchers endeavored to provide practice implications as well as theoretical ones which would be helpful both to alleviate the unwed mothers' stress level, and to facilitate social adaptation of the unwed mothers. In order to fulfill research purpose data were collected from the national sample of 423 unwed mothers in Korea. The results showed that the overall goodness of the fit of the proposed causal model was excellent. Most of the path coefficients between social support, stress, coping, and adaption turned out to be statistically significant. The moderating effects of "pursuit of social support" between stress and adaption was not significant statistically, though. Implications and suggestions were provided to reduce the level of stress of the unwed mothers, and to facilitate the adaptation of the unwed mothers.

This study aimed to explore the experiences of community case managers in COVID-19 situations. For this study, the qualitative research was carried out for six social workers who are in charge of case-management in social welfare agencies. From results of research, the three themes were derived, such as 'a field of crises and opportunities'. Anxiety and efforts to resolve the problem caused by the introduction of new and unfamiliar methods' and 'responding to the clients' situations changes'. Case managers have endeavored to indirectly provide services with new, but unaccustomed ways even in the situations with keeping non-contact and being given limited resources and actively explored the ways to utilize public services to respond to the clients' needs according to the changes of conditions. Therefore, the meaning of this research was concluded to be 'A breathtaking battle to the continuous challenge'. Based on the results of research, the competences equipped by case managers and the direction of their practices were suggested to improve the community welfare currently in the middle of dealing with With-Corona-Era.

본 연구는 사회복지실천 현장의 주요 공급자인 사회복지 기관종사자와 자원봉사자의 복지와 자원봉사활동에 대한 인식을 조사 분석함으로써 양자 간 상호 인식의 유사점과 차이점을 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 설문조사 기간은 2016년 5월 24일부터 5월 30일까지이며, 사회복지 기관종사자 179명, 자원봉사자 186명 등 365명을 조사한 설문지를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 양자 간 복지인식과 자원봉사인식에 있어서 일치하는 부분도 일부 있지만, 대부분 상당한 인식 격차가 존재하였다. 둘째, 양자는 서로 협력하고 연대해야 한다는 인식에 대한 양자 간의 높은 일치성은 서로 간에 더 활발한 교류와 합의의 가능성을 열어 놓고 있었다. 셋째, 양자 간의 복지인식과 자원봉사인식은 사회복지서비스를 제공할 때에 어떤 유형으로든 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 매개변수 역할을 할 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양자 간의 인식이 어떠한지에 따라 양자는 서로 영향을 받을 것으로 예측되었다. 다섯째, 양자 간 인식 결과들은 서로 존재하면서, 서로에 대한 관심이 미약했다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning of network outcomes in social welfare. Planning and evaluation of network outcomes involve many stakeholders. Recognizing the value and range of individuals' perspectives in the creation of a common framework is one of the biggest methodological challenges for planning of network outcomes. Concept mapping is a kind of methodology that creates a stakeholder-authored visual geography of ideas from a group. It uses both a quantitative and qualitative approach, including brainstorming, structuring the statement, specific analysis and data interpretation methods to produce maps that can then be used to guide planning and evaluation efforts on the issues that matter to the group. 13 network managers who work in the social welfare centers in Busan are core participants. The 50 statements on network outcomes from brainstorming session fell into six distinct clusters. After the interpretation session these clusters were rated according to the seven rating scales. This paper explores applicability of concept mapping in the process of planning of network outcomes in social welfare. Concept mapping helps stakeholders with different value and ideas about network outcomes to consensus on common conceptual framework. In addition, a multidimensional conceptualization of network outcomes was made. It will assist in designing future outcomes evaluation and guide the evaluators through a selection of key activities and outcomes.

This study is qualitative research with an aim of assessing experience of prospective social work student enrolled in social welfare field practice during COVID-19 pandemic. The results are shown below. First, the major negative answers of responders were the work-study imbalance of the student, the institution's concern for spread of infection, limited experience due to low-quality-of supervision, the difficulty on choosing institution, and worries on stop of practice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Second, the key positive answers of responders were awareness of true meaning of social welfare, a major of them, significance of field practice, importance of human rights in their field, and finally, dearness of rapport building between social workers and clients in social welfare practice settings.

The successful practicum should be based on the systematic supervision and the supervision will be provided by the cooperation and liason between school and field. This study intended to explore the perception of faculty field liasons about the contents of supervision. As a result of using the Q methodology, the percetion on supervison was categorized into three types : "focusing on attitude and mind of social worker", "focusing on knowledge and self-awareness" and "focusing on practice skills for intervention". According to these results, discussions and implications for social work education and practice were suggested.

Field practicum is the core of Social Work education and plays a key role in the integration of theory and practice. To maximize the effectiveness of field education, it is important that both the faculty field liaison and field instructor are cooperated. However, the current field education is almost dependent on the supervision by field instructors. This study explores the perception on the areas of supervision by using the Q-methodology. As a result, the perception of faculty field liaison was categorized into three types and field instructors' was two. Their types of perception were partially overlapped rather than contrast. Findings of the study suggested the need for greater collaboration between academia and agencies.
