The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social capital on Goendang(relatives) culture, which is a traditional local community culture, and local development as a positive factor. In order to evaluate the effect of social capital, a survey targeting 600 Jeju residents was conducted and 594 returned questionnaires were interpreted for the final analysis. Descriptive analysis, T-test, ANOVA analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted on the collected data, using SPSS 18.0. As a result, firstly, the levels of social capital of the surveyed appear as follows: network (average score 4.01), trust (average score 3.80), norms (average score 3.43), cooperation (average score 3.00), and participation (average score 2.80). Secondly, there are differences in social capital among the surveyed groups based on urban-rural areas, administrative districts, and average monthly income. Finally, among the dimensions of social capital, as the relative importance of network and participation increases, the surveyed think that they need Goendang culture more. Also, i t turns out that as the relative importance of norms and participation increases, Goendang culture can exert influence on local development as an important influence factor. Therefore, based on the analysis, this study shows that nurturing social capital can allow people to utilize Goendang culture for local development as a positive community culture.

The purpose of this study is to suggest implications for the development of the senior care industry in Korea and how to apply it to the Korean market. For this study, a case analysis study was conducted on the successful business model of 'Driving Miss Daisy^®'. For the development of Korea's senior care industry, understanding of senior, establishing infrastructure for community care, and improving the treatment of professional personnel care should be preceded. In order to apply 'Driving Miss Daisy^®' to the Korean market, it was suggested that it is necessary to reduce regulations, develop differentiated services, establish linkage systems with various service institutions in the community, establish cooperative models between large and small businesses and startups.

Higher vocational education in China has already achieved commendable results as a transition from rudimentary development to high-quality development after more than 40 years of development. After reform and opening up, our country's Institute of Higher Vocational Education has transported a large amount of high-quality technical and technical talents to each field. Higher vocational education is an indispensable part of China's education system, and is an important competency for cultivating "high quality", "practical" and "functional" talents, making a huge contribution to the economic and social development. At the same time, the employment stress of workers with relatively low skills, such as peasant workers, domestic veterans, and retired workers, is increasing. Against this background, higher education is essential to guide and support national policies in order to solve the unemployment problem and provide strong human resource guarantees to society. Higher vocational education policy not only highlights the characteristics of the times unique to the development of higher vocational education in China, but also reflects the trajectory of changes in higher vocational education. Not only is it related to the scientific development of higher vocational education, but it also deals with whether higher vocational education can foster high-quality human resources. Therefore, it is meaningful to study the change process of higher vocational education policy.

Humanity's sustainability issues have long been discussed, and the World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED) in 1987 proposed the concept of sustainable development and became a global issue. In September 2015, we announced the latest goals for sustainable development at the UN's 70th General Assembly to address social problems and achieve mature economic growth. In order to achieve social, economic and environmental sustainability goals, parallel development of various disciplines is required. However, existing disciplines are limited in supporting sustainable development due to inherent nature. This study proposes to revitalize service science research as a way to overcome limitations of existing studies, and suggests that sustainable development goals can be achieved through convergence with service science and existing disciplines. Modern economic societies need the evolutionary development of individual disciplines because the paradigm shifts from the existing tangible environment to the intangible environment, the boundary between industries is dismantled, and the boundaries between disciplines disappear. In particular, sustainable development goals require a convergent approach, so convergence service science research is useful. In this study, we analyze economics, business administration, pedagogy, sociology which are representative of related to sustainable development and suggest the necessity of introduction of service science. Through this study, the development of service science and interdisciplinary research in existing academic fields will be activated.

Climate change threatens the security of domestic water resources in South Korea. To overcome the potential water shortage, various approaches are being studied by alterning the operation of dams or by integrated operation of multiple dams and reservoirs. However, most of the related researches were developed and applied for multi-purpose dams, and few studies were conducted for the hydropower dams. The main purpose of the hydropower dam is to generate electric energy; however, the potential water shortage due to prolonged droughts brings the idea to supply water from the hydropower dam in the basin. To that end, it is required to estimate the water supply ability of the hydropower dams. In this study, we proposed a methodology to classify the hydropower dam into a "storage-type" and "run-of-river type" dam. The proposed approach was demonstrated using the hydropower dams located in North-han River basin. The results of this study are expected to contribute for further analysis of the hydropower dams, such as evaluation of water supply capacity and drought mitigation purpose operation of the hydropower dams.

대학과 대학교수들은 분명 비판받을 점이 많다. 그렇기에 언론이 냉정하게 이성적으로 대학사회의 문제를 지적하고 비판한다면, 그건 우리의 대학발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 그런데 언론은 대학과 대학교수에 대해 보도할 때엔 이성을 잃고 감정적인 보복을 하는 듯한 태도로 나오니 대학발전에 도움이 되기는커녕 오히려 대학발전에 역행하기 일쑤다. 언론의 대학교수 관련보도에 많은 문제가 있다는 건 모든 교수들이 공감하고 있는 듯히다. 그러나 그런 보도에 대한 교수들의 대응은 거의 전무했다. 비록 과장과 왜곡이 난무할망정 언론의 대학교수 비판에 타당한 면이 있는 건 분명한 이상, 교수들이 적극적으로 시시비비를 가리는 것이 옳을 것이다. 그렇게 하는 것이 논쟁의 생산성을 높여 궁극적으로 대학발전에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

사료공업은 현대축산 수산양식업의 발전을 위한 기초산업이자 도시와 농촌주민에게 동물성 식품을 공급하는 영역에까지 영향을 미치는 민생산업이다. 정보사회로의 발전에 따라 부수적으로 발생하는 정보의 불법도청, 악용, 개조 등 역기능에 대비하기 위한 정보보호의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 정보보호 이론의 역사적 발전과정을 고찰하였다. 사용하는 용어를 정의한 후 각종 대칭형 및 비대칭형 암호 시스템에 대하여 소개하며, 개인 식별 정보를 이용한 암호 시스템, 그리고 영지식 상호증명에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한 정보사회의 정보 보호 기술의 응용분야를 기술하며, 향후 정보보호 이론의 발전 방향을 제시하였다.
