This study explored the police organizational health diagnosis index development. and the ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the ways for the police to develop the police organizational health diagnosis index and then to raise the organizational effectiveness. A police organizational health diagnosis index comprises three categories; Organizational Behavior, Group Behavior, and Individual Behavior. A Organizational Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Organizational Structure, Organizational atmosphere, Environmental Compliance, Transformational Leadership, and Communication & decision-making. Secondly, A Group Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; How to manage the personnel, Conflict management style, Group cohesion, Vision and Strategy, and Community-oriented & shared responsibility. Thirdly, An Individual Behavior questionnaire comprises five categories; Job Motivation, work-related factors, Trust, Vitality, and Organizational Cynicism. This author expects this study to contribute to the development of an adequate measuring instrument of the police organizational health diagnosis index.

Ubiquitous Computing System (UCS) is a system where the user can get information through computer network anytime and anywhere regardless of the places. Since UCS is a personalized system, it should interact with other systems. UCS will bring a remarkable change in production, consumption, politics, economy, community, culture, and other areas related to our daily life. That is, a high-quality UCS results in high-quality services provided to users. Hence, this paper proposes a systematic quality model based on ISO/lEC 9126 in order to evaluate the ubiquitous computing system, based on ISO/lEC 9126. And, we identify key characteristics of UCS and derive the set of quality attributes based on identified characteristics. We define metrics for each quality attribute and Ubiquitous Computing Quality Model CUCQM) so that we can evaluate overall environment and important characteristics of UCS.

In this study, the difference in specific family of six countries for the representation of the elements of the global advertising through investigate the degree of standardization. National and cultural background, social and economic situation compared to the differences that appear here, would you want to see. Thereby global advertising on the message expressed in this and identify the limiting factor family By country looks for any difference illustrates. The analysis shows various contrasts and differences in products group and countries. But there is no need to pursue standardization of advertising in the global market. Why standardization is needed in terms of efficiency of communication in order to achieve cost savings, and the homogenization of preference. To do this, need to find a way to communicate in a global market of consumers can relate to. After all, this is simply not the standardization of advertising is determined that the communication environment and market conditions to build.

With the advent of smart age, the concern on smart work has gradually increased in solving our social problems including low birth, aging, low productivity and green growth with low carbon as well as encouraging the balance between work and life. Especially, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced telepresence technologies and lead the international standardization based on them have increased more than ever before. But, in our country due to the lack of core technology infrastructure and barrier to current organizational culture, R&D achievement and promotion of deployment on telepresence have not been sufficient. Therefore, It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads the telepresence market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart work as soon as possible. Accordingly, this paper suggests the direction of standardization and implementation on telepresence for our country to lead telepresence technology and standardization through analysing the current introducing situation and technology/standardization trend.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting turnover intentions of rehabilitation specialists by using data on the "improvement of labor conditions and human rights of rehabilitation Specialist" which was conducted both in 2016 and in 2017. The turnover intention of the rehabilitation specialists was analyzed with personal factors, job-related factors, and factors related with client violence, discrimination, and burnout. Among these factors, variables of wage satisfaction, job satisfaction, and client violence have statistically significant effect on the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists. While the variables of wage satisfaction and job satisfaction are likely to decrease the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists, the variable of client violence significantly increase the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists. The results of this analysis implies that the labor conditions including salary, the work environment for the rehabilitation specialists, and client education should be improved and strengthened to decrease the turnover intention of the rehabilitation specialists.

The purpose of this research is to search for and identify trends in adolescent problems on internet news sites. Among the domestic internet news sites, 8,110 articles on adolescent problems from 1993 to 2018 were analyzed for the top three top-ranked 'The Chosunilbo', 'The Dong-A Ilbo', and 'Korea Joongang Daily' news sites. As a result of this study, we have been able to understand the topic of adolescent problems in internet news sites for the last 26 years and find out that the trend of articles has been changed considering the environment, policies and culture related to adolescent problems. This study is meaningful to start from the method to examine the social trends of existing adolescent problems, to expand the scope of adolescent problems and counseling, to use quantitative analysis methods and to provide new information to consider diversity.

The purpose of the study is to estimate value of the Eulsukdo that is attracting lots of birds. Eulsukdo became one of the most famous eco-tourism destinations worldwide and environmental restoration work is progressing with enormous budget. The input of the budget by policy judgement basically can be justified when the benefit excesses the cost in social aspect. Eulsukdo has external effect as cultural tourism resource but it is difficult to estimate the value in market. The study is to estimate the value of Eulsukdo through the single-bounded dichotomous CVM(Contingent Valuation Methods). According to analysis results, the mean WTP(Willingness to Pay) and the truncated mean WTP are estimated at 5,240 and 3,374 won in the log-normal model, and 5,888 and 3,232 won in the log-logistic model respectively. The annual total benefits value based on the truncated mean WTP is estimated at 3,870 million won in the log-normal model and 4,040 million won in log-logistic model. The result of this study will provide useful guide to policy makers and developers who fully realize the value of public goods.

With the development of technology, the concept of digital literacy is expanding from the focus of function and tool utilization to the extent of communication and participation in social and cultural contexts. In particular, learners' digital literacy capabilities are more important and necessary in remote learning environments such as Corona19. In this study, we studied how to improve digital literacy education through analysis and inspection of digital literacy shown in elementary school textbooks. To this end, we analyze it through compliance consisting of 8 fundamental pieces of knowledge, 20 sub technical skills, and 10 keys of competencies that constitute digital literacy. As a result of the study, the contents of digital literacy education in elementary school textbooks were presented centered on functions and tools, and as they were biased in certain areas, they were found to be lacking in systematicity and connectivity. Therefore, it proposed the composition of the curriculum system of digital literacy through the independence of elementary informatics curriculum, the specific composition of curriculum, and the strengthening of pre-service teachers' practical skills.

The advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution due to the trigger of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data has caused many changes in society, culture, and industry. However, traditional markets in each region are not responding quickly to new distribution environments and consumer changes. In particular, in the case of traditional markets in Jeju, regional characteristics such as marketing strategies for tourists visiting Jeju have not been utilized. Therefore, this study proposes the establishment of a smart traditional market based on big data and artificial intelligence that utilizes the regional characteristics of Jeju. The research contents include customer profiling through visitor big data analysis, providing tourist movement results through traffic analysis, providing real-time popular product charts, and developing video-based fire and crime prevention functions.

For a long time, mathematics education institutions such as NCTM(National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) have emphasized the essential role of writing, and recent surveys by the Ministry of Education report a decline in foundational academic skills in the post-COVID19 period. The purpose of this study is to redefine the significance of mathematics writing in mathematics education, focusing on competencies highlighted in the field, particularly in the areas of problem-solving, communication, and reasoning. The research findings indicate that writing in problem-solving enhances cognitive organization, fostering the ability to grasp concepts and methods. Writing in communication builds confidence through the meta-cognitive process, and writing in inference allows self-awareness of step-by-step identification of areas lacking understanding. Particularly in the future society where artificial intelligence(AI) is utilized, changes in the learning environment necessitate research for the establishment of authenticity judgment through writing and the cultivation of a proper writing culture.
