The Jasmine Revolution started from Tunisia in January 2011 has brought many changes into countries in North Africa and Middle East. We need to study the causes of the revolution. First, the kings and dictators in those countries oppressed the opposition parties and the media aiming for long-term seizure of power. The power concentrated on specific people produced illegalities and corruption. Secondly, most of the national income of those countries belonged to kings and dictators producing problems during the distribution of the income. Especially, with the decrease of oil price in 1990s and the increase of the price of daily necessities in 2000s people lost their credits on their governments. Lastly, the number of people in those countries using the Internet has increased by 4,863% from 2000 to 2010. The expansion of social network services such as Facebook and Twitter was one of factors that made the information control by those countries difficult. We should think about the possibility of sudden change in North Korea. It is necessary to compare and analyze the political, economic and social characteristics between those countries and North Korea. It shouldn't be just a simple comparison or analysis. It should provide basic data for objective and quantified index development in relation to sudden change in North Korea.

To develop a creative design concept, amount of idea thinking between team members is important. In the process of planning to proposal brainstorming helps clarification of problems and allows a creative solution. Here, idea generation is to express thinking into words, and greater amount of idea is more valued than to choose one fine idea at first. This paper studies actual processes of brainstorming, and we utilize network services upgraded in Web and multimedia techniques to develop idea with arrangement. We compare the amount of idea generation by groups and topics with Brainwriting and Braindrawing of Webstorming, without limitation of space and time. Then, we propose a creative idea thinking by analyzing the characteristics of design team members in various aspects. This result will contribute in improving national potential value and design competitiveness by the help of design and IT, on product research and marketing.

Society of digital information becomes gradually advancement, and it is a situation offered various service, but it is exposed to a serious security threat by a fast development of communication such as the internet and a network. There is required a research of technical encryption to protect more safely important information. And we require research for application of security technology in environment or a field to be based on a characteristics of market of an information security. The symmetric key cipher algorithm has same encryption key and decryption key. It is categorized to Block and Stream cipher algorithm according to conversion ways. This study inspects safety and reliability of proposed SEED, Stream cipher algorithm. And it confirms possibility of application on the communication environments. This can contribute to transact information safely by application of suitable cipher algorithm along various communication environmental conditions.

Cultural Content Industry, a core industry based on knowledge, is becoming an economic model making new benefits by adding human creativity, imagination, sensitivity and style in to information technology. Cultural Contents Industry representing cultures of each countries is facing major changes towards a new competitive industry of each nation. Cultural content of a country is upbringing new contents power developing into a new industry by flattening the barriers within nations. But cooperations face difficulties in launching the industry because of limited information about the current market and lack of understanding in cultural differences. In order to solve this problem, this paper aims to create global network leading to increase of export and creation of new market with cultural contents and train local specialists. In order to search for the ways to maintain Korean contents in other nations and expand exportation. cooperations invite leading cultural contents groups to South Korea, let the groups experience Korea's contents. Cooperations initiated invite training, dispatch training by Korean companies and international students training. The purpose of this paper is to support education system, ETS-CS(Educational Training System for Contents Specialist) and analyse practices applied in the field to develop a better cultural contents industry.

IoT(Internet of Things) has become a major issue as new type of convergence technology, expending existing of USNs(Ubiquitous Sensor Networks), NFC(Near Field Communication), and M2M(Machine to Machine). The IoT technology defines as a networking for things, which can establish intelligent links collaboratively for sensing networking and processing between each other without human intervention. The purpose of this study is to investigate to forecast the future distribution changes and orientation of contribution of distribution industry on IoT and to provide the implication of distribution changes. To become a global market leader, IoT requires much more development of core technology of IoT for distribution industry, new service creation and try to use a market-based demand side strategy to create markets. So, to become a global leader in distribution industry, this study results show that first of all establishment of standardization of IoT, privacy safeguards, security issues, stability and value were more important than others. The research findings suggest that the development goals of IoT should strive to boost the creation of a global leader in distribution industry and convenience to consider consumers' demands as the most important thing.

Damage caused by private information breach causes serious problems and huge social losses. In order to make a better policy that prevents society from suffering from the damage, we have to know about the actual size of damage. So it is needed to develop a quantitative model of private information breach that helps catching the more accurate size of damage. In our study, we suggest a method which calculate not only the costs of damage from firms' perspective but also those from individual and social perspectives. In this process, we refer to methods adopted by JNSA(Japan Network Security Association) and Ponemon Research Institue and modify it with considering our current situation. Also we try to make a new model by using new methods(web traffic analysis, survey, indirect comparison, etc.) and verify it with theories and methods from econometrics, cost accounting and theory of producer.

Life cycle assessment (LCA) has become an important tool used to enhance the environmental performance of process systems and products. LCA is an essential element in design for environment (DfE) because LCA can be utilized to evaluate and analyze environmental impacts incurred in the life cycle and supply chain. This review presents methodologies that can be used to integrate LCA into DfE activities and reduce environmental impacts from process systems and products; and introduces case studies for water supply systems and cellular phones. LCA is first used to quantify environmental impacts and identify the principal contributor to high impacts. In the next step, environmental impacts from principal contributors can be reduced by using mathematical optimization tools as an engineering and technological approach and by utilizing the cooperation of professionals from a diverse range of fields. Because the methodologies and case studies can be applied and extended to other fields, this review paper can contribute to helping prevent environmental pollution and enhance the sustainability of our society.

With big data analysis, companies use the customized marketing strategy based on customer's information. However, because of the concerns about privacy issue and identity theft, people start erasing their personal information or changing the privacy settings on social network site. Facebook, the most used social networking site, has the feature called 'Likes' which can be used as a tool to predict user's demographic profiles, such as sex and age range. To make accurate analysis model for the study, 'Likes' data has been processed by using Gaussian RBF and nFactors for dimensionality reduction. With random Forest and 5-fold cross-validation, the result shows that sex has 75% and age has 97.85% accuracy rate. From this study, we expect to provide an useful guideline for companies and marketers who are suffering to collect customers' data.

The primary purpose of this study is to present the fact that high-speed internet service should be designated as universal service because it becomes an indispensible and crucial service in the modern information society but free market system fails to implement universal service of high-speed internet service. To do so, it theoretically analyses previous works related to the issue of high-speed internet service and universal service in a critical point of view and investigates the current situation that high-speed internet service is not designated as universal service. In conclusion, this paper suggests that high-speed internet service should be included in the scope of universal service, in terms of infrastructure and minimum transmission speed, for the development of democracy and the information society.

This study is how to effectively apply this SNS based education to multicultural families and is to analyze how any change in the lives of multicultural families. Multicultural education in Korea has been steadily run by the government and local authorities, however the lack of free time, distances, for economic reasons and unfamiliarity of the new culture and language, immigrant women are not getting the education. To solve this problem, we provide the necessary information, such as culture, education, laws of the Korea for multicultural families and analyze their effect on life adjustment. And we also analyze changes to relieve loneliness. As a result multicultural family education utilizing SNS is verified that there is effectiveness to adapt and understand Korea. As well as inter-family, multicultural members to seamlessly communicate between each other that proved helpful to relieve loneliness.
