The purpose of this study is to establish fundamental knowledge on the experience for building resource system using the social networks within the community. This study used a social capital perspective and the grounded theory method based on Strauss and Corbin(1998) and Corbin(2004). Interviews were conducted with 14 Korean social workers (general managers and assistant managers) at community welfare centers who have developed resources by using the social networks or social relations for more than 3 years. In creating autonomy and sustainability of community, there are four types of social worker's efforts in building resource system within the community: 'restoring norms of reciprocity', 'developing citizen's capabilities', 'mobilizing resources through community organizations', and 'utilizing external resource-networks'. These results are contribute to developing theory on social welfare resources using community networks according to characteristics of a community.

환경부(장관 윤성규)가 추진해 온 '자원순환사회 전환 촉진법(이하 '자원순환법')' 제정안이 국무회의를 통과했다. 자원순환법은 재활용자원의 매립을 최소화하고 이를 최대한 순환이용하도록 하여 박근혜정부의 환경분야 핵심 국정과제인 '자원 에너지가 선순환하는 자원순환사회 조기 실현'을 구체화하는 법이다. 환경부는 정부안과 의원발의안이 국회에서 충분한 논의를 거쳐 정기국회에서 처리될 수 있도록 지원하는 한편, 산업부를 비롯한 관계부처, 산업계 등 이해관계자가 참여하는 협의체에서 2015년부터 2년간 충분한 의견수렴을 거쳐 하위법령 등 제도를 공동으로 설계할 계획이다.

우리나라가 자원빈국에서 살아 남을 길은 경제사회구조 전반을 자원순환사회로 전환하는 것이 필요하다. 환경부는 자원순환사회전환촉진법 제정을 추진하면서 2013년부터 관계부처, 산업계, 재활용업계, 시민단체, 전문가와 함께 약 50여회에 걸친 의견수렴을 실시하여 자원순환사회를 열망하는 다양한 목소리에 귀 기울이고, 이를 정책에 녹여내기 위해 끊임없이 소통하여 왔다. 하지만 이러한 정부의 노력만으로는 한계가 있다. 미래 세대를 위해 자원순환사회로 빠른 시일 내에 진입할 수 있도록, 자원순환사회로의 전환에 대한국민 모두의 관심과 지지가 필요하다.

본 연구는 직무자원과 직무요구, LMX가 노인복지관의 사회복지사들의 소진에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 경기도 지역의 50개 노인복지관을 대상으로 총 315부의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 우편으로 진행하였고, 회수된 설문지는 총 33개 기관 189부이다. 조사기간은 2016년 1월-2월 약 두달간 이루어졌고, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 직무자원과 직무요구는 소진에 영향을 나타내어, 직무자원이 많을수록 사회복지사들의 소진이 감소되며, 직무요구가 높을수록 사회복지사들의 소진도 높다고 할 수 있다. 또한 LMX는 직무자원, 직무요구와 소진과의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 소진을 감소하기 위하여 조직관리와 인적자원관리에 대한 함의를 찾을 수 있다.

Current studies have shown academic and practical interests in effects of various factors on fundraising effectiveness in social service organizations. However, they hardly suggested what factors affect fundraising effectiveness in a clear way. This study intended to suggest a structural relations between factors, such as professional leadership, environmental competitiveness, market orientation, and fundraising effectiveness. The results of the structural equation modelling analysis showed that there were not significant direct effects of professional leadership and environmental competitiveness on fundraising effectiveness, but their indirect effects and mediating effect of market orientation toward donors. Although the study has a limitation to generalize the results for all kinds of nonprofit social service organizations, it has both academic and practical implications to introduce the concept of market orientation for an explanation of fundraising effectiveness, and also to indicate the importance of organizational efforts to keep strong and sound relationships with donors.

This study was conducted to examine the resources that influence the choice of drop-out students' reentry to school. A total of five years of panel analysis of 2,553 drop-out teenagers from 2013 to 2017 were utilized. In order to verify the resources that affect the choice of school reentry of teenagers with experiences of suspension of studies to formal middle and high school after July 2012, this study analyzed drop-out teenagers' family resources as well as their psychological, mental, and social-relationship resources. A crossover analysis, t-test, and hierarchical logistic regression analysis were conducted. The major outcomes of this study are as follows: First, the socio-demographic variables among the resources that affected the choice of reentry for school of teenager children were the type of family and number of moves to a new house. Second, the psychological and sentimental variable that affected the choice of school reentry was a decreasing level of positive recognition of the situation of suspension of studies combined with depression, impulsiveness, and perceiving society as one that discriminates based on the level of education. Third, significant family resource variables were the type of family form and parents providing economic support, which is a subfactor of parental attachment. Fourth, the presence of a mentor as a helpful social-relationship resource had a significant effect on relational resources. This study is significant in the sense that the positive family resources that affect the choice of school reentry of drop-out teenage students were determined, and the positive directivity of supportive family resources is presented for parents with teenage children experiencing a suspension of studies.

This study aims to understand the relation between the perceived social exchange of employees in service industry, which is focused on food service industry, and the organizational citizenship behavior, and to consider the efficiency of human resources management in service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, a documentary study and an empirical study based on a structural equation model analysis were carried out. In this study, the social exchange consist of perceived leader support, perceived coworker support, and perceived organization support. Also the organizational citizenship behavior consist of organizational citizenship behavior for individual and organizational citizenship behavior for organization. And then, the relation between the variables was found out. Finally, based upon the results of analysis, this study was suggested for human resources management in service industry.

This study was to analyze whether volunteer motivation represents a mediated effect in the relationship between social support and multicultural acceptance by university students as a late adolescent. Among the students attending a university located in North Chungcheong Province, 256 participants have experienced volunteer work. Data analysis conducted multiple regression analysis using SPSS and analysis showed that social support of university students affected multicultural acceptance and that volunteer motivation in their relationship between social support and multicultural acceptance was fully mediated. Based on these results, it has revealed a path that the social support of university students affects multicultural acceptance through volunteer motivation. Therefore, in order to gain social support, university students should improve their ability to maintain a positive view of interpersonal relations and to cope with conflicts efficiently. They will also have to strengthen self-directing capacity in order to increase the level of motivation for volunteer participation.

The objective of this study was to examine the association between participation in volunteer activities and self-esteem among adolescents. This study used data from the wave3-5(2005-2007) of Korean Youth Panel Study(KYPS). This study analyzed data of 3,449 second grade middle school students cohort. Fixed effects model using Proc GLM procedure in SAS was adopted to examine association between participation in volunteer activities and self-esteem among study participants. The results show that life satisfaction, appearance stress, relationship with parents, relationship with siblings, grades, relationship with teachers, and relationship with friends were significantly associated with self-esteem. Volunteer activities participation was associated with increased level of self-esteem.

자원 및 환경이 경제에 미치는 영향이 큼에도 불구하고 경제-환경의 상관관계를 분석하는 방법은 아직 초보 단계에 있다. 본 연구에서는 UN, 세계은행, 멕시코 정부가 구축한 환경계정(環境計定)을 한 국가의 경제상태를 사회계정에 도입한 후, 환경(環境)-사회계정(社會計定)(ESAM) 행렬을 구축하고, Pyatt와 Round의 분할 행렬 방법에 의해서 직 간접 파급승수 효과를 측정하여, 환경관련 외생변수가 경제변수에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분할 행렬 분석 결과, 농업관련 외생변수에 변화가 있으면 제조업 부문과 상업부문, 민간 서비스부문(금융, 보험, 부동산)이 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 레온티에프의 승수효과와 유사한 전이효과(轉移效果)는 순수한 간접효과인 순환효과의 상쇄로 인해 기존의 산업 연관분석에 의존한 분석은 경제와 환경의 관계를 과대추정할 수 도 있다는 것이다. 자본 투자가 5% 감소할 경우, 경제 전 부문에 상당한 영향을 준 것으로 나타났으며 생산부문에서는 임업, 건설업이 가장 영향을 받으며, 환경부문에서는 토양의 침식으로 인한 환경서비스의 감소가 가장 크게 영향을 받는 것으로 추정되었고 수산자원 또한 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.
