Cyber Consultation System for Primary School Students (초등학교 학생들을 위한 사이버 상담 시스템)

  • The researcher designed and applied the cyber consultation system by making use of high-speed information networks and getting away from the established face-to-face consultation patterns in our society. The system is characterized by the means of communications to hold consultation with interviewees which enables us to feel free to converse with students in trouble and to more actively engage in interaction with the help of client-centered system. And it can also be used to help clients to change their attitudes towards consultation by relieving them of distrust, dislike and vague anxiety and to take active part in consultation. The established on-line consultation websites fail to continue consultation due to being able to hold secret consultation through e-mails. In this context, the researcher has produced the cyber consultation system to continuously hold various kinds of consultation including closed consultation between consultants and interviewees with the help of web servers where individual homepages are used.

Analysis Effects for Cyber Group Consultation Using Video Based System (화상교육 시스템을 이용한 사이버 집단 상담의 효과 분석)

  • In this paper, we carry out a cyber group consultation by means of the video-based education system, and verify the effects. For the verification of this study, two assumptions were set up. These assumptions were inspected by selecting 45 students of D elementary school located in a big city, and coming up with a test utilizing one of video-based education systems. Following up, a self-respect test form and a questionnaire were made to verify of the group consultation to the video-based education system, and by analyzing the test form and the questionnaire, the conclusion of this study was finally drawn. The conclusion gained through the process adove is as follows: It turned out that real-time video-based cyber group consultation promoted self-respect and enthusiastic participation of consulters as well as formed emotinal stability and a close affinity between the consultant and the consulter through active interaction. The results of this video-based education system operation will be helpful to broaden the area of elementary school cyber group consultation. Further, it is thought that it will contribute to the basic investigation to verify the educational effects of Multi-point imaging system in the run-up to the operation of full-scale real-time video-based education systems.

  • 심리상담의 영역이 확대되어 감에 따라 오프라인 상담뿐만 아니라 온라인 형태의 상담이 급속히 발전하고 있다. 인터넷의 활용도가 증가함에 따라 컴퓨터를 의사소통의 매개로 활용한 사이버상담 형태를 통한 상담도 체계적으로 개발되어야 할 필요성이 있다. 그러나 현재 개설되어 운영되고 있는 사이버상담은 내담자에게 적합한 맞춤상담이 불가능하며 또한 자가치유가 가능한 자가치유시스템이 없는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능형 에이전트를 이용하여 내담자에게 적합한 맞춤상담이 가능한 방법을 제안함과 동시에 과거 상담사레 데이터베이스를 바탕으로 이전의 상담사레들을 신경망의 BP학습알고리즘을 이용하여 학습을 시킨 후 자가치유가 가능한 자가치유시스템을 설계하는 방법을 제안한다.

  • While most researches for cyber counseling until now have been about counseling methods and the effects that teenagers utilize cyber counseling, there have been no efforts that store counseling contents, analyze them using features and technologies of web and use them effectively to guide students. Therefore, we propose a cyber counseling system that provides counseling information so that teacher may grasp students various interests and problems and thus helps to guide students. For this, we used XML. Since XML document can systematically create a structured information and represent a structure with meaningful information unit than the existing file-based information, it can be effectively used to manage, search and store documents. Thus, we implement a cyber counseling system using XML, which can effectively manage and represent the various analysis information of counseling.

  • 인터넷의 등장과 웹의 발달로 인간은 사이버세계에서 활동을 할 수 있게 되었고 수많은 청소년들에겐 새로운 호기심을 유발하게 되었다. 이에 발맞추어 청소년의 고민을 해결할 수 있는 곳으로 웹이 이용되었으며 사이버상담이 등장하였다. 여러 대학교에서도 이러한 사항을 고려하여 상담시스템을 구축하고 있다. 교사와 학생들이 이용할 수 있도록 본 논문은 청소년의 상담시스템을 설계 및 구현하기 위해 기존의 정적인 HTML페이지와는 다른 동적인 ASP페이지를 이용하여 사이버 카운슬링을 구축하였다.

  • Due to development of technology of information technology, PC communication and Internet have become a culture space of teenagers. Because Internet and PC communication are media in which teenagers have interests, they could be effectively used to counsel teenagers in that time they want. Moreover, cyber counseling will be suitable to new trend of current age with extension of counseling area. Accordingly, many researches on cyber counseling have proceeded in the area of teenagers counseling. While most researches for cyber counseling until present are about counseling methods ad the effects that teenagers utilize cyber counseling, there were no efforts that store counseling contents, analyze them using features and technologies of web and use them effectively to guide students.   • The group counseling with their friends who have the same problem is more useful to solve the problem of the elementary school students, and is desirable to use the abilities of group as class in the respect of problem solution and mental graduation. But, in the school nowadays, because there is not enough space and time to have group counseling and is no much information about it, the group counseling hasn't made well even though there is will. Therefore, we need a system for group counseling adding cyber counseling in order the passive students can take part in the counseling well and we can overcome restriction of time and space. So, in this paper, the reasons and problems why the group counseling is hardly made was found and in order to solve the problems and to get the effects of the group conseling easily, implemented web based group coulseling system, adapted it in the school, analyzed the results. Consequently, I could supply some disadvantages of the face to face coulseling to advantages through the web based group counseling system.

  • This paper addresses the issue of design and application of a Web-based counseling system of which purpose is to facilitate counseling so that students can freely express their personal problems and get professional helps through the system. The prominent features of the counseling system are that the system encourages students to involve actively in interactive process, and it helps them to create genuine interests out of disbelief or uneasiness towards counseling, and it helps them to create positive attitude towards counseling. To do that, counseling process should meet the requirement of confidentiality in order to build trust between counselor and counselee. Many counseling sites operated by various organizations utilize E-mail as a communication channel for confidentiality purpose, which is likely to end up with single occasions in which desirable relationships for counseling can hardly be established. To solve the above-mentioned problem, a closed, confidential, Web-based counseling system was built on a Web server so that trustful relationship can be accomplished through a confidential, Web-based counseling system. Also, the result of applying it to a local elementary school is stated. Thanks to the merits of personalized, confidential counseling system compared to the face-to-face counseling, surpassing the limitation of time and space and overcoming the fearfulness, it was well observed that students showed great interests in participation of conseling.

  • 최근 사이버교육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라서 초 중등에서는 사이버가정학습체제를 도입하게 되었다. 하지만 사이버가정학습은 학생의 자발성에 기초하여 학습이 이루어지기 때문에 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 학습자의 참여도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자의 참여도와 관련된 변인이 무엇인지를 밝혀보고, 이를 통해 학습자의 참여도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안해 보았다. 학습자의 참여도와 관련있는 변인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자 내적변인 중 인지적 성향, 정좌소양수준, 자기주도적학습력, 참여목적, 사이버가정학습에 대한 인식이었다. 둘께, 학습자 외적변인 중 사이버가정학습장, 사교육투자시간, 학급담임의 내용확인도, 이용의 편의성이었다 셋째, 사이버교수활동 중 상호작용성, 과제제시빈도, 학습상담유형, 보상이었다. 넷째, 학부모변인 중 참여인지, 도움도, 내용확인 정도가 참여도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과에 비추어 다음과 같은 방안을 제안해 보았다. 콘텐츠 측면에서 살펴보면, 다양한 양질의 콘텐츠가 제공되어야 한다. 콘텐츠 내에서 학생간이 교류가 이루어질 수 있어야하며, 정보탐색이나 정보교류를 이용한 학습문제나 과제가 제시되어야 한다. 운영상의 측면에서 살펴보면, 온라인과 오프라인의 교류와 협력을 위한 장이 마련되어야 하며, 시스템 환경을 최적화해야한다. 과제물도 일괄 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되며, 가정과 사이버가정학습의 연결을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 장애처리전담반의 운영도 요구된다. 필요한 기능을 중심으로 한 가벼운 시스템으로 구축해야 하며, 상담시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 법적 제도적 측면에서 살펴보면, 가정, 학교, 지역도서관 등에 사이버가정학습을 할 수 있는 장소가 마련되어야 한다. 학습자의 참여도에 대한 적절한 보상이 필요하다. 사이버가정학습을 학교수업의 일부분으로 인식할 수 있도록 제도적 뒷받침이 요구되며, 학부모 튜터제 도입도 요구된다. 이상과 같은 대안들을 신중히 고려하여 차근차근 준비해 간다면 앞으로의 사이버가정학습은 무한한 발전을 계속해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

  • This enable system integration for efficient data processing by interconnecting ASP and SQL, on-line consultation between patient and Korean medicine doctor, and semi-eternal use of medical examination data owing to storage and check of medical examination data(accurate medical examination and description using this medical examination data between patient and Korean medicine doctor). This is a Korean medicine remote examination system which converts from existing Korean medicine hospital system being maintained as existing off-line only to medical examination type of both on-line and off-line mode transcending time and space on web in which anyone can participate.
