1980년 후반. MIT에 버너스 리 교수가 인터넷 상에 웹(WWW)을 창시하면서부터 우리의 일상생활은 엄청난 변화를 가져왔다. 시 공간을 초월할 수 있는 인터넷이라는 가상 세계에서는 개인뿐만 아니라 정치 경제 사회등 모든 분야에 걸쳐 인터넷을 통한 쉽고 간편하며 빠른 교류가 이루어짐으로써 이제 더 이상 네트워크를 이용하지 않는 분야는 찾아 볼 수 없을 것이다. 그러나 이러한 현실 속에서 인터넷은 항상 순기능만을 수행하지는 않는다. 특히 악성코드를 이용한 사이버 침해 행위 기술이 인터넷의 발전과 함께 동시에 발전함으로써 이제는 악성코드를 이용한 사이버 침해 행위를 방지하고자하는 노력을 해야할 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 악성코드를 탐지하기 위해 실시간 시스템 모니터링 도구를 이용하여 악성코드가 시스템에 어떠한 침해행위를 행하고, 해당 침해 행위 모니터링 로그 분석을 통해 기존의 알려진 악성코드뿐만 아니라 알려지지 않은 악성코드를 탐지할 수 있는 악성 패턴 분석 및 추출에 초점을 두어 기술하였다.

우리나라의 고령인구 수가 점점 늘어남에 따라 시니어 식품산업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 고령친화산업에 대한 연구는 "고령친화산업진흥법"이 제정된 2006년 이후 본격화되어 시니어 소비자, 의류, 금융 등 분야에서 연구되고 있으나, 시니어 식품산업에 대한 산업구조분석 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 미래 유망 성장 산업으로 기대되는 시니어 식품산업에 대해 마이클포터의 5 forces model을 적용하여 경쟁자를 파악하고, VRIO분석을 통해 내부자원을 분석하여 실질적인 시니어 식품산업의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 전략을 도출하고자 한다. 이는 향후 관련 산업의 경제적 가치와 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인, 기업 내부 역량별 시장성 분석 등을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다.

최근의 사이버 공격은 경쟁사에 대한 DDoS 공격과 기밀정보 유출, 일반 사용자들의 금융정보 유출, 광고성 스팸메일의 대량 발송 등 불법 행위를 대행해주고 경제적 이득을 취하려는 의도로 바뀌어 가고 있다. 그 중심에 있는 봇넷은 봇이라 불리는 감염된 호스트들의 네트워크 집단으로서 일련의 거의 모든 사이버 공격에 이용되고 있다. 이러한 봇넷은 수 많은 변종과 다양한 탐지 회피 기술로 그 세력을 확장해가고 있지만 마땅한 총괄적 대책은 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 날이 갈수록 위협을 더해가는 봇넷을 빠르게 탐지하고 대응하기 위해 ISP 사업자들 간, 혹은 국가 간에 걸친 사회 전반적인 협력을 통한 봇넷 탐지 및 관리 시스템 구조를 제안한다.

최근 지방자치단체는 세계화 개방화 정보화 기술화라는 메가트렌드와 지방화 분권화 자치화라는 국내외 환경변화에 직면하고 있어 그 생존과 발전을 위해서는 무엇보다도 지역개발 및 지역경제발전이 시급하다는 위기의식을 가지고 있다. 과거 국가적인 차원에서 주도되어 왔던 지역경제개발정책이 이제는 지방자치단체에 의하여 지역적 차원에서 이루어지고 있다는 것이다. 특히, 경제정책의 대외적인 측면인 통상정책분야는 최근의 시대적 흐름에 비추어 볼 때 그 개발의 주체가 지방자치단체이어야 하며 지방자치단체의 정책영역 중에서도 비중이 가장 높아지고 있다. 이러한 통상진흥정책의 중요성에도 불구하고 중앙정부차원에서 제공되어지는 통상자료는 수도권 중심의 자료가 대부분이어서 그 자료를 이용할 때는 해당 지방의 중소기업에 맞게 지방자치단체가 보완 수정해줄 필요가 있다. 특히, 세계화와 지방자치시대 이후 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 지방자치단체는 국내외적인 통상환경변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위하여 통상진흥전략을 신축적으로 운용하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study was aimed to analyze factors affecting on continuous intention to use of mobile based on the caused motivation of cyber language. Predictor factors were selected economic motivation, represent motivation, entertainment motivation, relationship strength motivation and psychological free motivation suggested on the previous study. Participants of this study were 76 mobile users in Gyeongnam and Jeonbuk province in accordance with convenience sampling. IBM SPSS Statistics 19 were employed for descriptive statistics, Smart PLS(partial least squares) was employed for confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of casual relationship among variables and effect. Analytical results show that paths from economic motivation to the percieved value and relationship strength motivation are significant. And analytical results show that path from economic motivation to the percieved risk are significant. This study suggests practical and theoretical implications based on the results.

Cyber-university has a higher rate of dropout freshmen due to various educational factors, such as social background, economic factors, IT knowledge, and IT utilization ability than students in twenty offline-based university. These students require a different dropout prevention method and improvement method than offline-based universities. This study examined the main factors affecting dropout during the first semester of 2017 and 2018 A Cyber University. This included management and counseling factors by the 'Decision Tree Analysis Model'. The Management and counseling factors were presented as a decision-making method and weekly methods. As a result, a 'Dropout Improvement Model' was implemented and applied to cyber-university freshmen in the first semester of 2019. The dropout-rate in freshmen applying the 'Dropout Improvement Model' decreased by 4.2%, and the learning-persistence rate increased by 11.4%. This study applied a questionnaire survey, and the cyber-university students LMS (Learning Management System) learning results were analyzed objectively. On the other hand, the students' learning results were analyzed quantitatively, but qualitative analysis was not reflected. Nevertheless, further study is necessary. The 'Dropout Improvement Model' of this study will be applied to help improve the dropout rate and learning persistence rate of cyber-university.

Considerable number of major countries have put great efforts to leverage the efficiency of power consumption using Smart Grid in order to resolve the critical issues with drastical growing demands regarding electricity, the crisis of environmental pollution and so on. There has been increasing number of researches to construct Smart Grid in Korea as well. The threats of cyber terror attacks which might cause national crisises in terms of economy and society have been climbing up because of the fact that Smart Grid employs bi-directional communications embedding the cyber threats from existing/legacy communication networks. Consequently, it is required to build concrete response processes including investigation and analysis on cyber breaches into Smart Grid. However, the digital evidence acquisition techniques do not suffice to be deployed in Smart Grid systems despite of the fact that the techniques, against cyber breaches into well-known networks, have been studied in plenty of time. This work proposes a novel digital evidence acquisition scheme appropriate to Smart Grid systems through intensive investigation of the evidence acquisition requirements in Smart Grid and the historical evidence acquisition methods.

The purpose of this study was to find concrete measures to improve the subjective health level, happiness and quality of life of the elderly according to economic level and to propose social and policy alternatives accordingly. As a research method, 63,929 elderly people aged 65 or older were surveyed using the Community Health Survey (Indicator Bank) _v09, and the frequency of health use by economic level, subjective health level, euphoria and quality of life Analysis and Chi square analysis and independent t-test. Multi variate logistic regression analysis was performed with subjective health level as a dependent variable and multiple linear regression analysis was performed to determine the factors affecting euphoria and quality of life. The results of the study are as follows. In the case of recipients, medical use was lower than that of non-recipients, lower education level, female age of 75 years or older, and less stress, In case of present or past recipients, the result of non - receipt increased as the subjective health level was worse, and the non - recipient had higher euphoria and quality of life. As a result, there is a need for alternatives to increase opportunities for medical use among the recipients, with particular attention being paid to women and elderly people over 75 years old. It is expected to be used as a basic data to effectively improve the health promotion, happiness and quality of life of the elderly people of low income group.

2015년도에 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)는 표준의 보급 확산 활성화, 사실 표준화 기구에 대한 대응 활동강화, 국민 편익형 표준화의 본격추진, 중소기업에 대한 표준 지원활동 강화를 주요 목표로 삼고 이를 추진하기 위한 표준화 전략을 수립하였다. 이러한 목표를 달성하기 위한 세부 전략으로는 표준의 경제적 효과 분석, 국민 편익/생활 밀착형 표준화 본격추진, 기 제정된 TTA 표준의 Use Case 세부 조사 분석, 사실표준화기구에 대한 대응체계구축, 중점 표준화 분야와 적합성/인증연계, 표준보급활동 강화를 위한 맞춤형 표준설명회 개최 및 표준해설서 개발, 중소기업을 지원하기 위한ICT 표준화 사이버 지원센터 운영 등의 전략을 수립하였다.
