Effects of Cyber Universities' Career Maturity on Academic Stress : Mediator Effects of Self-directed Learning Readiness (사이버대학생의 진로성숙도가 학업스트레스에 미치는 영향 : 자기주도 학습 준비도의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the role of self-directed learning readiness between career maturity and academic stress. To examine it, a total of 582 cyber universities were participated in this study, and correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. Therefore, career maturity was significantly positive correlated with self-directed learning readiness and it was significantly negative correlated with academic stress. In addition, it was revealed that self-directed learning readiness mediated between career maturity and academic stress. Based on the results, we discussed the strategies for reducing academic stress for cyber students, limitations and suggestions for future researches were also discussed.

  • This study focused on university students' risk perception of cybercrime through media exposure. For this purpose, I tried to figure out the results of risk perception on cybercrime with 8 factors. As a result, the lowest type of cybercrime was internet fraud, and it was caused by media type and degree of exposure, where university students get information about cybercrime. There's a difference of students' risk perception by media type, news media was the best. Depending on the media of the environment, even in the area of cyber crime there is a difference of perception of risk for each individual. And it can be confirmed that the risk perception in response to the exposure of the media has changed.

Influence of SNS Addiction tendency and social support on cyber violence in college students (대학생의 SNS 중독경향성과 사회적지지가 사이버폭력에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of SNS addiction tendency and social support on cyber violence among college students. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire for 330 college students and analyzed through SPSS 18.0 program. As a result of the analysis, SNS addiction tendency was low as $1.81{\pm}0.55$, social support was $4.00{\pm}0.78$ and cyber violence was $1.38{\pm}0.59$. There was a significant positive correlation between SNS addiction tendency and SNS posting frequency, and there was a significant negative correlation between social support and grade. Cyber violence increased as the tendency of SNS addiction increased, as social support decreased, and cyber violence decreased in the second and third graders compared to the first grade. For this purpose, it is necessary to strengthen cyber education and group counseling program suitable for college students and it will be necessary to make effort to raise self - control.

The Differences of University Student of Cyber Crime Recognition according to Internet Addiction Tendency (대학생의 인터넷 중독 경향에 따른 사이버 범죄인식의 차이)

  • The purpose of this study was to exam the casual relationship between Internet addiction and cyber crime's recognition of university student. This study summarize three results. First, male student Internet addiction was higher than female student. Second, it was analyzed that internet addiction group recognizes cyber crime averagely higher than general use group. It is understood that according as internet practical use time increases, they recognize much danger that exposed cyber crimie. Third, cyber criminal recognition by internet addiction did multiplex regression analysis. As a result, Internet addiction was analyzed that cyber crime recognition increases according as increasing of addiction level that connected with usually life difficulty and deviation behavior.

A Convergence Study on the Affecting Factors of Cyber Lecture for University Students (대학생의 사이버강의 영향 요인에 관한 융복합 연구)

  • The purpose of study is to enhance the convergence effects of cyber lecture for university students. The results were derived through the comparison and verification of recognition levels before and after cyber lectures. The study material was a questionnaire composed of 15 questions divided into five areas; usefulness, enjoyment, academic relevance, social intention and usage intention. The recognition levels significantly improved after learning in five areas with particularly large improvements in enjoyment and academic relevance. The recognition levels significantly improved in the five areas(p<.001). With regard to changes in recognition levels by major, social science majors showed significant improvements in usage intentions after learning. Cyber lectures for university students were proved to be generally convergence effective.

  • Data of 650 college students in the nation were collected by mail in 2001 Nov. Students preference over cyber communication methods were SMS message, messenger, blog, e-mail in that order. Younger students prefer SMS messages while older students prefer e-mail in relative term. Mobile phone is used more for SMS message than voice communication which is more so with females. The rate of non e-mail use is 57.8%, particularly males(61.9%) and younger students(69.4%) are higher. E-mail, once was very high in use, is being replaced by new media. Suggestion for e-learning environment are being connected, immediacy, active use of blog, more use of fun multimedia information.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷이 등장한 이후 인터넷의 사용이 보편화되면서 사이버 커뮤니티에 대한 관심과 참여하고 있는 사람들의 숫자가 급증하였다. 그러므로 사이버 커뮤니티의 시${\cdot}$공간의 제약 초월, 인터넷 공동체, 수평적 구조, 인터넷 방송, 인터넷 비즈니스 등의 다양한 순기능과 인터넷 상의 윤리적 문제, 익명성, 비대면성 등에서 발생되는 역기능의 실태, 사이버 커뮤니티의 활용에 대해서 조사분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 사이버 커뮤니티의 개념부터 사이버 커뮤니티의 특징, 사이버 커뮤니티의 순기능과 역기능을 살펴본 후, 주 대상자 20대의 대학생으로 한 설문조사를 통해 사이버 커뮤니티의 순기능과 역기능에 대한 생각에 대해 알아보았다.

  • 지금 교육당국자나 많은 대학에서는 교수의 강의를 컴퓨터를 통해서 진행하는 사이버대학의 계획을 추진하고 있다. 강의록을 통신망에 올려놓는 사이버교육은 다양하고 창의적인 교수법을 압박할 수 있는 문제점을 안고 있다. 그래서 사이버대학은 대학생들의 수를 늘리는데는 도움을 줄 수 있겠지만 교육수준의 질을 높이는데는 별 도움이 되지 않을 것이다.

Difficulties that Female North Korean Defector Cyber University Students Experienced in their Social Work Field Practicum and Support Plan (여성 북한이탈주민 사이버대학생이 경험한 사회복지실습의 어려움과 지원방안)

  • There are increasing numbers of North Korean defectors. Many of them enter universities and major in social welfare in order to get jobs. As a required course, they must participate in field practicum and many difficulties are expected. This study aims to examine the North Korean defectors' practicum experience in specific, and to support more effectively in the field work education. To achieve this purpose, female North Korean defectors who go to G cyber university and have finished their field practicums, were interviewed in an in-depth interview. The data were analyzed with the open coding through the constant comparison method as Grounded theory's initial analysis. As the result, the following was found: 49 concepts, 18 sub-categories, and 7 categories. The categories include difficulties in the process of preparation for and beginning with various obstacles; confusion due to the differences between the North Korean and South Korean culture; tasks and functions that were not expected, personal relationships which were burdensome to them; feeling a lack of professional competence; inevitable environmental circumstances, and personal problems. Based on the results, suggestions for better support in field practice education in the side of universities, community agencies, individual students and the general society were addressed.

중국 사이버대학의 서비스 특성화가 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구의 목적은 사이버대학의 성과에 영향을 미치는 서비스 특성화 요인을 찾는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사이버대학의 성과를 교수, 졸업 및 취업, 브랜드 이미지 측면에서 접근하였고, 선행연구를 토대로 하여 사이버대학의 성과에 영향을 미치는 서비스 특성화 요인으로 콘텐츠 다양성, 콘텐츠 품질, 콘텐츠 실무지향성, 강의 실재감, 학습관리를 도출하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 중국의 사이버대학에 재학 중인 대학생들을 인터넷 설문을 배포하여 총 170부의 유효설문을 수집하여 실증 분석하였다. 실증 분석한 결과, 다음과 같은 다섯 가지의 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 콘텐츠 다양성 수준이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 강의 콘텐츠 품질이 우수할수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 콘텐츠 실무 지향성이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 넷째, 강의 실재감이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과는 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. 다섯째, 학습관리 수준이 높을수록 사이버대학의 성과가 높아지는 것을 확인하였다.
