The purpose is a qualitative study on the search for career paths of nursing students after visiting the National Institute of Science and Investigation. Participants in this study were 13 people who participated in the National Institute of Science and Investigation visit program during a club event for 3rd graders at a university in M city, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Data collection was made through a self-report within 48 hours of visiting the National Institute of Science and Investigation. The collected data were analyzed using Krippendorff's phenomenological method. As a result of analyzing the experiences of nursing students' visits to the National Institute of Forensic Science, 3 categories, 6 themes, and 20 meaningful statements were identified. The three categories were derived from "Beyond the boundaries of the nursing profession," "The difference between drama and reality", and "Challenge in a new field". As a result of this study, it was confirmed that the experience of visiting the National Institute of Forensic Science provided an understanding of forensic nurses and had opportunities for various social participation attitudes as nurses. In addition, it is expected to be used as basic data useful for career guidance and student counseling in the future, and it is expected to be used as basic data for educational demand structure and educational development for forensic nurses.

In the recent years, coaching leadership has been in the spotlight as being an essential human resources management strategy for improving organizational effectiveness in addition to strengthening the capacity of organizational members. Therefore, this study empirical analyses the effect of sales coaching on motivation and organizational effectiveness and the moderating effect of achievement needs. As a result, First, sales manager coaching appeared to have positive effect on the motivation and organizational effectiveness (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job performance). Second, motivation appeared to have positive effect on organizational effectiveness. Third, achievement need appeared to have moderating effect in the relationship between sales manager coaching and organizational commitment. According to the study results, sales managers' coaching has positive effects on improving salespeople's performance as well as their levels of motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, this study proves that depending on the level of salespeople's need for achievement, the purpose and approach of coaching styles must be different to maximize the positive effects. This empirical study contributes to the theoretical as well as practical improvements of leadership coaching by verifying the conditional attributes for implementing effective sales managers' coaching for improving organizational effectiveness.

Global warming and rapid climate change have long affected the characteristics of typhoons in the Northwest Pacific, which has induced increasing devastating disasters along the coastal regions of the Korean peninsula. Synthetic Aperature Radar (SAR), as one of the microwave sensors, makes it possible to produce high-resolution sea surface wind field around the typhoon under cloudy atmospheric conditions, which has been impossible to obtain the winds from satellite optical and infrared sensors. The Geophysical Model Functions (GMFs) for sea surface wind retrieval from SAR data requires the input of wind direction, which should be based on the accurate estimation of the center of the typhoon. This study estimated the typhoon centers using Sentinel-1A images to improve the problem of typhoon center detection method and to reflect it in retrieving the sea surface wind. The results were validated by comparing with the typhoon best track data provided by the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) and Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA), and also by using infrared images of Himawari-8 satellite. The initial center position of the typhoon was determined by using VH polarization, thereby reducing the possibility of error. The detected center showed a difference of 23.76 km on average with the best track data of the four typhoons provided by the KMA and JMA. Compared to the typhoon center estimated by Himawari-8 satellite, the results showed an average spatial variation of 11.80 km except one typhoon located near land with a large difference of 58.73 km. This result suggests that high-resolution SAR images can be used to estimate the center and retrieve sea surface wind around typhoons.

This study deals with rotation, which is one of the expression methods of motion used in the 3D development environment. Euler angle is a rotation method introduced by Leonhard Euler to display objects in three-dimensional space. Although three angles can handle all rotations in a three dimensional coordinate space, there are serious errors in this approach. If you rotate an object with Euler angles, you will face the problem of gimbal locks that cannot rotate under certain circumstances. In contrast to this, the method to rotate an object without a gimbal lock is the quaternion rotation with quaternion. Rather than a detailed mathematical proof of quaternion, it introduces what concept is used in the current 3D development environment, and applies it to camera rotation control to implement a rotating camera without a gimbal lock.

국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 전근대적인 유통관행을 개선하기 위해 포장을 표준∙규격화하는 '수산물 표준규격 고시를 만들어 최근 고시했다. 이로 인해 1백 여종 이상의 포장규격이사용되는 등 천차만별이었던 수산물의 포장규격이 종류별로 통일될 것으로 보인다. 검사원은 고시에서 수산물의 표준거래 단위를 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg으로 구분해 규정했고, 포장재질은 골판지 상자나 발포폴리에스틸렌 상자, 그물망 등을 사용하도록 했다. 해양수산부도 앞으로 수산물 규격상자를 만드는 업자들에게 표준규격을 따르도록 권장하고 수산물 표준 규격집을 만들어 어업인, 유통업자들에게 배포하는 한편 고등어 등 일부어종에 시범적으로 표준규격을 도입함으로써 표준규격이 확산될 수 있도록 할 방침이다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

회사에서 사원 평가 항목에서 다면 평가가 활용되는 경우는 많지만 대부분의 중소기업들은 자체적인 인사관리 시스템이 부재로 인해서 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 하면서 효율적이지 못하면서 공정하지 못한 평가로 이루어지지 못한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 회사에서 원하는 다면 평가 시스템 구축에 관해서 자동화로 이루어 질 수 있게 한다.

미국의 전력공학 교육과 연구에 대하여 보면 전기공학 교육은 평준화되어 전기, 전자, 제어, 전산기, 통신등의 분야가 "전기공학"이라는 한 교과과정에서 융화를 이루고 있기 때문에 졸업생들은 어떠한 직종이라도 쉽게 적응할 수 있게 되어 있다. 이들은 직장에서 자체교육을 통하여 실용적인 전문지식을 습득하고, 대학원 과정에서도 또한 전공분야의 훈련을 쌓는다. 미국의 전력회사나 전기기시회사는 이와 같이 평준화된 기초교육을 받은 졸업생을 흡수하여 각기 취미에 맞는 분야를 선정하도록 한다. 회사는 이들의 창의력을 살리고 새로운 기술을 도입함으로서 전력산업 자체를 시대와 병행하여 첨단화하고, 또한 사원들에게도 일하는 보람을 준다.하는 보람을 준다.

무선 통신 및 컴퓨터 기술의 발달은 사용자로 하여금 이동 중에도 휴대용 컴퓨터를 소지하고 무선 통신을 통해 다양한 비즈니스 트랜잭션을 수행할 수 있는 모바일 오피스(mobile of Hee)환경을 제공하고 있다. 그러나 무선 통신과 휴대용 컴퓨터의 고유한 특성으로 인해 이동 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리에 유선망에서 사용되는 트랜잭션 처리 모델을 그대로 적용할 경우 트랜잭션 응답시간이 길어지고 데이터 관리가 복잡해지며, 통신 요금이 증가하는 등의 문제점이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 고가의 무선통신 비용 및 이동 컴퓨터의 배터리 소모를 절감하기 위해 접속단절을 효과적으로 이용하여 회사와 이동 세일즈 사원들 간의 효율적인 비즈니스 트랜잭션 처리 시스템 구축을 위한 트랜잭션 처리 모델을 제안한다.
