Quality Evaluation for Usability of Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용성에 대한 품질평가)

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate usability quality through investigating the factors of usability for internet shopping mall websites. For this study, previous studies were investigated and experts' discussions were held. In result, six characters of usability were chosen such as content satisfaction. customer attraction satisfaction, price information satisfaction, public security satisfaction, user interface satisfaction. and process of transaction satisfaction that affect usability of shopping mall websites and the evaluation models of 72 detailed measure factors were established. Since these 72 sub-factors inc)ode the key words of HTML, XML, JSP, and ASP from the target websites. 33 measurable sub-factors in the information were measured through usability evaluation experiment. In addition, a questionnaire about usability measure factors was executed after preferable websites and not preferable websites are selected. After that, we verified the reasonability of usability measure model factors comparing the results of the evaluation experiment with the result of the questionnaire. The time it takes to measure the usability of shopping mall websites can be reduced by using this measurement supporting tool. Also, this tool may be used to estimate the usability during the development of a shopping mall website.

The effect of college students' motivation to use Ifland on satisfaction and continuous Use Intention: Moderating effect of innovation (대학생들의 Ifland 이용 동기가 만족도 및 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study empirically examined the influence of motivation for using the metaverse virtual community Ifland on satisfaction and intention to continue usage, as well as the moderating effect of innovativeness. Specifically, the study identified the motivations for using Ifland among its users and analyzed their relationships with satisfaction and intention to continue usage. For this purpose, a survey was conducted targeting 303 university students who had experience using Ifland.The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, the motivations for using Ifland were identified as entertainment and relaxation, information-seeking, social interaction, and self-expression motives. All of these motivations were found to have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Secondly, satisfaction with Ifland was found to influence intention to continue usage. Thirdly, innovativeness was found to moderate the relationship between entertainment and relaxation motives and satisfaction, and it was confirmed to play a moderating role between satisfaction and intention to continue usage.

Effects of Perceived Quality of TikTok on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: and the Role of Commercial Viability (틱톡(TikTok) 서비스에 대한 품질 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향과 상업성 인식의 효과)

  • This study examined how the quality of TikTok service affects user satisfaction and continuance intention. This study classified the quality of Tiktok service as service quality, information quality, and system quality, and examined the effect of each dimension on user satisfaction and continuous intention. In addition, the role of perceived commercial viability was also examined. In this study, we conduced an online survey on 237 Chinese TikTok users and analyzed the data with the SEM and a moderated regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, information quality and system quality are positively associated with user satisfaction. Second, information quality is positively associated with continuance intention. Third, user satisfaction fully mediates system quality and continuance intention, and it partially mediates information quality and continuance intention. Fourth, although user satisfaction is positively associated with continuance intention, commercial viability does not function as a moderating variable.

Suggestions through exploring the relationship between Cadets' Motivation to use SNS and Life Satisfaction (사관생도의 SNS이용 동기와 생도 생활만족도와의 관계 탐색을 통한 제언)

  • We attempted to confirm the current status of the use of mobile phones by soldiers, especially SNS, in today's situation where the use of mobile phones is completely allowed, and to reach an agreement for the use of functional SNS in military life. To this end, 189 students at the Korea Army Academy at Yeongcheon were measured for SNS use motivation and life satisfaction, and the relationship between each sub-variable of SNS use motivation and satisfaction was analyzed. As a result, 3 out of 4 motives for using SNS had nothing to do with satisfaction, and rather, among the sub-variables, the pursuit of status showed a negative correlation with satisfaction. Therefore, the use of SNS to search for information or ideas should be encouraged. In addition, these findings prove that the vague belief that allowing SNS will increase the satisfaction of soldiers is not reasonable, suggesting that a careful approach is required to utilize functional SNS in the military.

  • 본 논문은 고용서비스 기관의 서비스 품질과 사용기업의 관리능력이 파견직 근로자의 조직만족과 사용 기업의 업무성과 개선에 대해 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 서울, 경기지역 근로자 파견기업. 사용기업, 파견직 근로자를 설문조사를 실시하여, 근로자 파견기업 81부, 사용기업 83부, 파견직 근로자 79부 중 응답에 문제없는 파견직 근로자 79를 분석 사용하였다. 수집된 설문자료는 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등에 의해 분석되었다. 본 논문의 독립변수는 파견기업의 서비스 품질이며, 통제변수는 사용기업에 대한 만족도, 파견기업에 대한 만족도, 성별, 연령, 학력, 직위, 근무경력으로 구분하였다, 또한 중속변수는 업무성과의 개선, 직무만족이다. 분석결과는 첫째, 파견직에 대한 인식이 긍정적일수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 둘째 파견회사의 전문성이 클수록, 서비스능력이 좋을수록 업무성과가 개선된다. 사용기업의 적극성(관리능력)이 클수록 업무성과가 개선되는 것으로 나타났다.

The Relationships among Infant's Delay Gratification, Delay Strategy, and Parents' Child-rearing Attitude (영아의 만족지연능력과 만족지연전략 및 어머니의 양육방식간의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among delay gratification, delay strategy, and parents' child-rearing attitude. The participants of the study were 62, 18-36 month old infants, who demonstrated individual differences in the level of delay gratification and their mothers. The instruments of the study were infant's delay gratification and delay strategy were assessed by Mischele(1974) and the parents' responded to the parents' child-rearing attitude(Cho et al., 1999). Data were collected by menas of conducting observations on infants in experimental settings and completing questionnaires with mothers. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The delay gratification of infants differed accordingly to their age. Older infants displayed increased time in showing their delay gratification, while younger infants relatively exhibited shortened time. There was no significant difference in infants' sex and the order of the birth. 2. Following the age factor, the distraction strategy in the delay strategy played a significant difference to infants. Older infants required a frequent use of the distraction strategy in comparison to younger infants. 3. The previous two factors - delay gratification and distraction strategy-showed a positive relationship. 4. The delay gratification was significantly influenced by infants' age, parents' attitude, direct facing strategy, and infants' distraction strategy. However, the delay gratification was insignificantly accounted for by infants' sex.

Influence of eating habits on psychological satisfaction with Food: A mediation effect of unbalanced eating habit among parents (심리적 식생활 만족도에 미치는 식습관 관련 변인연구 : 학부모 대상의 MSG 사용에 따른 편식행동감소 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study aimed to examine the effect of use of MSG, balanced eating habit, perceived life happiness on psychological satisfaction with food in elementary, middle, and high school parents. In addition, the mediation effect of reducing unbalanced eating habit on the relationship between psychological satisfaction with food and use of MSG. For this analysis, 800 samples were collected from parents in Seoul metropolitan area. Regression analysis and mediation analysis with boostrapping were conducted. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) Group using MSG is more satisfied with food-related life than group not using it. (2) Perceived life happiness and healthy eating habit were positively related to satisfaction with food-relate life. Lastly, (3) Reducing of unbalanced eating habit was a partial mediator of the relationship between use of MSG and satisfaction with food-related life. It suggests that there is an association between use of MSG and satisfaction with food-related life, the positive effects of which may be mediated by expectancy of reducing unbalanced diet.

  • 본 연구는 미국 Utah주의 Logan시에 있는 유타주립대하(USU)Credit Union의 멤버들을 대상으로, 신용사용과 신용에 대한 태도가 그들의 경제적 만족도와 어느정도 관련이 있는지를 조사하였다. 연구는 1989년 3월에서 5월까지 걸쳐 USU Credit Union의 지원으로 이루어졌으며, 자료는 21세에서 65세까지의 멤버들 중 500명을 임의 추출하여 설문지 조사를 실시하여(설문지는 본 연구를 위한 문항과 Credit Union 멤버 Survey문항이 함께 이루어졌다) 그중 274명(54.8%)으 답변이 자료분석에 사용되었다. 대부분의 사람들은 집이나 차, 또는 교육비, 의료비에 신용을 사용하는데 긍정적 태도를 보였으며, 반수 이상의 사람들이 신용을 사용함으로써 수수료 또는 이자를 지불하고 있었다. 월평균 신용 납부액은 $643이였으며, 반수 이상의 응답자가 그들의 신용차입액에 대해 걱정하고 있는 반면, 4.4%의 응답자만이 신용을 사용하지 않고 있다고 대답했다. t-테스트, 변량분석, 그리고 상관관계 분석에 의해 경제적 만족도와 의미있는 관계를 가지고 있는 요인들이 단계별 다중 희귀분석에 이용되었는데, 그 결과 사람들의 신용부담액에 대한 근심도가 그 어느것보다도 경제적 만족도와 강하게 연관되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 과거의 조사들이 가정의 빚, 즉 신용부담액과 수입에 대한 비율로써 가정의 경제적 만족정도(financial well-being)를 측정해온 것에 반한 사실로서, 경제적 만족도는 개인의 주관적 측정인 신용부담액에 대한 근심도와 큰 관련이 있음을 보여주었다.

  • This study analyzes the differences in perception of cosmetic quality (safety, stability, functionality, usability) and satisfaction according to consumer characteristics, targeting 317 men and women from their 18 to 50s who use cosmetics in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and the differences in effect of cosmetic quality perception on satisfaction according to side effects experience was analyzed. Among the cosmetic quality factors, the usability was satisfied, but the perception of safety, stability, and functionality was low, so overall quality improvement was necessary. In particular, the quality perception and satisfaction by men and 40s was low, so a customized solution was needed for this. In the order of usability and functionality, to both those experiencing or not side effect, had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction level, and the improvement of usability and functional awareness was the main factor that increased satisfaction. Improving product quality and supplementing factors that positively influence consumer perception are thought to be of great help in improving quality perception and satisfaction.
