The purpose of this study is to identify belief variables of kiosk that affect satisfaction and recommendation intention by applying vertically extended technology acceptance model (TAM). As results of this study are as follows. Firstly, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have an impact on satisfaction statistically. Second, the perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment of the kiosk showed a positive(+) influence on the recommendation intention. Third, users who satisfied with kiosk service have strong recommendation intention to their friends, family and colleagues so on. These findings support that the usefulness and usability of the new information technology identified in the existing technology acceptance model is a key variable affecting user reactions (satisfaction and recommendation intention). Additionally, the perceived enjoyment is an important factor as new belief variable for explaining the formation of recommendation intention through satisfaction of kiosk service. The results of this study contribute to verifying the empirical model between the belief variables(perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment) and the recommendation intention.

Recently, digital doorlock systems have been employing biometric recognition and smartphone as personal authentification means. The performance of a digital doorlock system is determined by the two conflicting indices such as security and convenience. This paper proposes and implements one grip based doorpull shaped doorlock systems using fingerprint and touch sensor grip pattern. The proposed system sequentially performs fingerprint recognition and grip pattern identification when a user grips the doorpull in order to open the door. This method so called 'One Grip' is considered to enhance security while maintaining users' convenience. We expect the proposed method can solve the phone missing problem encountered in developing smart doorlock systems based on smartphones.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

오늘날 기술 경쟁이 심화되면서 업체간 기술 격차는 큰 차이를 보이지 않고 있다. 그래서 각 기업들은 자사 제품의 경쟁력 확보를 위해 다양한 분야를 연구하게 되었고, 그 결과 소비자들에게 높은 기술력을 제공하는 것보다는 새로운 경험을 제공하는 것에 대한 중요성이 점점 부각되어 가고 있다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 PC 에서 웹 서비스(Web-Service)를 사용하는 사용자의 경험을 IPTV 에서도 경험할 수 있는 방법에 대해 연구하였고, 그 중 사용자들이 좀더 편리하고 쉽게 웹을 경험할 수 있는 Widget UI를 제안한다. 우리가 제안하는 IPTV 에서 웹 서비스를 제공하는 Widget UI 는 서로 독립적인 Widget 서비스들로 구성되어 있으며, Widget 서비스의 개수와 배치는 사용자에 따라 다르게 제공된다. 즉, 우리는 IPTV 를 위한 사용자 맞춤형 웹 서비스 제공 Widget 사용자 인터페이스를 제안한다. 또한 각 Widget 서비스의 정보 검색은 리모컨의 4 방향 키를 사용하도록 제공함으로써 사용자에게 사용의 편리성을 증대시키고 학습 피로를 감소시킬 수 있다. 이러한 학습 편의성과 사용 편리성을 사용자에게 제공함으로써 기존에 IPTV 에서 사용하기 힘들었던 웹 서비스의 사용성을 크게 향상 시키는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 우리는 이러한 Widget UI 의 사용성을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해 UI 전문가들을 대상으로 전문가 평가를 실시하였으며, 결과 비교를 위해 다른 웹 서비스 제공 UI 들도 추가적으로 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 전문가 평가 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 Widget UI 가 타 UI 들에 비해 높은 사용성 평가를 기록하였으며, 이 결과는 결국 우리가 제안한 Widget UI 가 IPTV 에서 웹 서비스 정보를 제공하는데 있어 효율적이고 적합한 방식임을 보여준다.

1990년대 중반에 일어나기 시작한 인터넷 열풍은 웹을 통한 인터넷의 확산으로, 웹 기반 서비스의 발전을 가져왔다. 현재 대부분의 인터넷 서비스는 HTTP를 사용한 일정한 형식의 웹 페이지로, 사용자가 최종적으로 받아보게 되는 형식은 HTML의 태그로써 나타내어진다. 어떠한 태그를 어떻게 사용하였느냐에 따라 그 웹 페이지는 사용자가 사용하기 편리할 수도 있고, 사용하는데 불편할 수도 있다. 따라서 웹사이트의 개발자는 사용자가 편리함과 친숙성을 느낄 수 있도록 웹사이트를 개발해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이률 해결하기 위해 웹 페이지 분석을 위한 Web-Picker를 제안하고자 한다. Web-Picker를 이용하면 사용자들이 자주 방문하는 웹 페이지의 태그를 분석할 수 있고. 이렇게 분석한 정보를 통해 새로운 웹사이트를 개발하는 개발자들은 사용자가 친숙성과 편리함을 느낄 수 있도록 웹사이트를 개발 할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 모바일환경을 활용하여 인터넷 접근이 어렵고 인터넷 사용이 불편한 사용자를 중심으로 개발한 일상생활에서의 냉장고 정리, 쾌척 등과 같이 냉장고 사용의 편리성을 위하여 안드로이드 5.1 버전의 스마트폰 Application으로 개발하였다. 이를 해결할 시스템을 구현하기 위해 GCM(Google Cloud Messaging) Server를 활용하였고, 서버에서 특정 시간이 도래되어 클라이언트로 메시지를 전송하면 사용자의 안드로이드 폰으로 푸시 메시지(Push Message)가 수신되는 방식으로 구현하였다. 안드로이드 환경을 기준으로 실행하기 위해 APACHE CORDOVA를 기반으로 CORDOVA PLUGIN에 있는 Camera 기능을 사용하였고 사용자 안드로이드에 있는 사진을 업로드하거나 즉석에서 사진을 촬영하여 앱에 올릴 수 있는 기능을 사용자 편의성을 고려하여 개선하였다. 사용자의 편리성, 가독성 등을 고려하여 개발함으로써 사용자는 활용성이 높은 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 냉장고를 정리하고 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

2008년 현재 우리나라는 10%의 인구가 60세 이상인 이른바 고령사회에 접어들었다. 노인 인구의 증가로 인해 노인이 여가생활 또는 일반생활을 보조하기 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 대부분 동력이 없는 보행보조기를 사용하고 있으며 이러한 기구는 경사로 공간 또는 힘이 약한 노인들에게 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조로봇에 관심이 증가하고 있다. 동력형 보행보조로봇 역시 경사로에 있어서 편리성과 안전성을 높이기 위한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보행보조로봇이 경사로에 진입 하였을 경우 기울어진 경사로의 정도를 인식하여 모터를 제어 한다. TILT 센서를 이용하여 기울이짐 정도를 측정 하였고, 또한 로봇의 전류 실시간으로 체크하여 로봇의 안전성을 향상 하였다. 제어 시스템 구성은 사용자의 보행의지를 파악하기위해 FSR 센서를 부착하여 조향장치로 사용하였으며, 경사로를 인식하기 위해 Liquid 타입의 TILT 센서를 사용하였으며, 모션 제어를 위해 DSP를 사용하였다. 본 제어 시스템을 보조보행로봇에 적용하였을 때, 보행보조로봇이 오르막 경사로에 진입시 기존보다 힘을 적게 사용하여 경사로를 진행하였으며, 경사로에서 브레이크 작동속도가 향상 되었다. 또한 내리막 경사로에서는 모터의 힘을 적게 사용하고 중력의 힘을 사용하여 이를 통해 전류의 소비량을 개선 하였다.

In this study, Word-of-mouth Intention of the factors Influence the Connectivity, Convenience and Application also was Investigated. Connectivity, Convenience on the Influence of the Mediation Effect was Carried out to Examine. The test results used in this Study Established Connectivity, Convenience of Application and Word-of-mouth to the Positive Effect was Found. Also Verifying the results of the Mediating Effect of Application and Application the Mediation Effect was Verification. These Factors Result in the Application and also in Calendar, Useful Application, Video, Music, Game of Word-of-mouth Intention Influence. For this Study, the use of Smartphones is a lot of College Students Surveyed and the Findings were Derived. This result provides an application development strategy implications that can satisty the user's Smartphone Convergent times.
