신체 부위를 이용한 Manual Materials handling(MMH) 작업시 무리한 작업하중의 취급으로 인하 여 많은 사고 또는 요통이 발생하기 때문에 작업자의 능력에 맞는 적정 하중에 대한 연구가 필요 하다. MMH작업의 적정하중에관한 연구는 미국 등의 나라에서는 많이 이루어져 왔으나 우리나라에서 는 연구되어 있지 않다. 미국의 경우 NIOSH Guideline을 만들어 MMH시 작업지침으로 활용하고 있으 나 이 지침을 그대로 우리나라에 적용하기에는 신체조건이 달라 우리나라 고유의 연구가 필요하겠다. 적정하중의 연구에는 많은 시간과 경비가 필요하기 때문에 외국의 경우 심리 육체적방법(Psychophysical Method)을 사용하여 시간과 경비를 줄이고도 실제 8시간 작업시의 결과와 비슷한 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구에서는 MMH작업의 적정 하중결정에 있어서 심리육체적 방법을 사용하여 한국인 작업자에 대한 하중과 HIOSH Guideline의 RWL값과의 비교를 하였다. 학생군과 실제 작업자군의 피실험자에 대하여 심리육체적 방법을 적용하여 들기작업을 실험하였다. 6가지 들기 작업을 20분 동안 실시하여 피실험자들이 자신에게 적합하다고 생각하는 적정하중을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 학생군은 RWL값보다 평균 2.5배를, 작업자군은 3.4 배를 적정하중으로 정하였다. 따라서 HIOSH Guideline을 적용한 RWL값은 우리나라 작업자에게는 많은 여유가 있는 하중임을 보여 주었다.

현재 온톨로지는 많은 분야에서 활발하게 연구되고 있다. 온톨로지 구축에 관한 표준 언어가 W3C에 의해 공표되었으며, 온톨로지를 구축하기 위한 많은 도구들이 개발되어져 왔다. 그러한 도구들은 각각 특징이 있고, 온톨로지의 구축물 위해 최적화되어 있지만, 한가지 단정은 도구의 일반성의 결여이다. 기존의 모든 온톨로지 구축 도구들은 온톨로지 전문가를 위한 전문가용 구축 도구라고 해도 과언이 아니다. 그리하여 온톨로지에 관심이 있는 일반 사용자가 그러한 도구들을 사용하기 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이런 단점을 보완하기 위하여 온톨로지 언어에 대한 사용자 지침 표준안을 만들고, 이 표준안을 온톨로지 구축 도구에 적용하여 보다 쉽고 정확한 온톨로지 구축이 가능한 온톨로지 구축 도구를 설계 하였다.

소프트웨어의 재사용성을 높일 수 있는 기법으로 객체보다 더 큰 재사용 단위인 컴포넌트 기반의 개발에 학계와 업계의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 객체지향 방식으로 구현된 모델들은 정보 은폐과 캡슐화를 지원함으로서 응집도 높은 객체들의 집합으로 컴포넌트를 식별하는 작업이 자연스러운 장점이 있다. 그러나 객체가 다른 객체들과 관계와 상속 등으로 연결되는 반면에, 컴포넌트는 컴포넌트들 사이의 인터페이스 호출에 의한 의존도만 나타나며 기본적으로 상호 독립적이다. 따라서 객체지향 모델을 컴포넌트 기반의 모델로 전환 시, 기존의 관계와 상속들을 컴포넌트의 인터페이스로 추출하여 제거하는 작업이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 객체지향의 객체 모델을 컴포넌트 기반의 객체 모델로 전환 시 예상되는 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 실무적인 지침들을 제안하고자 한다.

농약은 농업용으로 사용되기 이전에 안전성과 약효등 일련의 시험을 거친, 생물학적으로 활성이 있는 화학물질이다. 만약 잘못 사용하게 되면 인체에는 물론 가축이나 환경에도 위해(危害)를 끼칠 수가 있다. 따라서 사용자는 위해를 방지하기 위해서 반드시 포장지의 표기내용을 완전히 이해한후 사용법을 꼭 지켜 사용해야 한다. 농약을 안전하고 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 제조회사가 추천한대로 취급하고 사용해야 한다. 여기에 소개되는 내용은 GIFAP(세계농약공업연맹)이 발간한 ''농약중독시 응급조치 요령과 응급 조치후 치료법에 대한 지침''을 번역한 것이다.

The aim of the study is to investigate the awareness and practice of Standard Precautions towards Hospital Infection Control in Emergency medical technology students. Data were collected from 289 questionnaires from March 20, 2012 to April 25, 2012. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 for window(SPSS Inc, USA) with the level of significance as 0.05. According to the results, significant differences were shown in gender, infection control education and infection control educational institutions. The factors influencing the practice of standard precautions were found to be the times of the contact to blood, body fluid, mucus, or the skin with lesions and the cognition of standard precautions. Cognition level of the EMT students was high but the practice level was low. Based on the results of this study, it is proposed to develop an effective educational program to improve the cognition and practice, and to improve the cognition and practice of the standard precaution through the systematic and repetitive education and training.

This study aims to propose the considerations for developing the guidelines for recording a preferred title in musical works by analyzing the RDA rules and guidelines of several national libraries. First, RDA rules were analyzed, and the primary rules for consideration were examined by reviewing RDA application guidelines from eight national libraries that have developed their own guidelines for alternatives and options of RDA rules. Then, by analyzing the contents of each guideline, including MLA, LC-PCC, and DACH, practical considerations was to provide. First, the original language title should be adopted in the selection of preferred title, but if the title in the original language is not suitable for domestic users, the title in other languages should be used. Second, the preferred title was examined in aspects of works with one part, works with more than one part, the complete works of one author, the compilation of a specific type of composition, the incomplete compilation, and the compilation of several composers. Third, medium of performance, numeric numbers, key, and other identifying characteristics were presented as additional factors for consideration in the recording. Fourth, it is necessary to designate or present a control vocabularies for the types of compositions and the medium of performance. This study suggests considerations in developing guidelines for recording the preferred title for RDA musical works, and it will be possible to contribute to the development of rules related to preferred titles for musical works and guidelines for recording the preferred title for musical works in libraries.

지난 회에서는 통증과 진통의 일반적인 지침에 대해서 알아보았다. 이번 회에서는 사용할 수 있는 약물, 특히 opioid계통의 약물 이외에 다른 약물로는 어떤 것들이 있는 지, 실제 적용 시 어떤 반응을 보였는지에 대하여 알아보도록 하겠다.
