As the first step in developing the urban information system it is very important to identify the location of the street, and the feature of objects on it Also it is necessary to understand the relationship between objects concerned. In order to manage these information efficiently, the road information should be well organized and standardized for digital data. Because the road is the base place under which most urban utilities are buried. However, the present real situation is that even if we have unique numbers authorized by law for some parts of the road it is too ambiguous to figure out the spatial location of the specific area because the assigned area is so large and incoherent. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a road location identication scheme, to apply this scheme at Kangnam-ku Seoul, and finally to propose the guideline in developing the road management information system in Korea. The road identification scheme developed in this study are as follows: (1) The road is defined as a fixed factor, and was given the identification number which repressents the funtion, relationship, and direction of the road without the road section and absolute coordinates. (2) The parcel identification nutter was given to each route to understand it possible to understand the location of the road itself and surroundings. (3) To update the md information using the scheme developed in this study relative coordinate method(Dynamic Segmentation) based on the road centerline was applied.

It has been very important to have an exact evaluation for risk factors in order to prevent MSDs(Musculoskeletal Disorders). However, most MSDs evaluation checklists have always been some problems of possibilities associated with subjective evaluation. Therefore, this study tried to conduct a sort of sensitivity analysis on three major evaluation checklists(OWAS, RULA, REBA). Specifically, major subjects in the study consisted of three parts as follows; comparison of the results between experienced and inexperienced subjects, analysis for the consistency of the results in terms of different evaluation times. The results of the study were summarized as follows; 1) There was statistically significant difference of the results by RULA and by REBA between experienced and inexperienced subjects. This might due to the fact that experienced subjects have had better ability to detect the bad working posture during evaluation. However, the results by OWAS did not give any significantly different results between experienced and inexperienced subjects., 2) All three checklists showed significantly different results in terms of different evaluation times. Further study on this subject would eventually provide a sophisticated evaluating guidelines for MSDs regarding determination of subject-specific evaluation, identification of repetitive number of evaluations for stable results for each checklist, determination of job-specific evaluation methods, and so on.
The purpose of this study was to investigate Staphylococcus epidermidis contamination on hands of 20 dental hygienists and 140 equipment surface of 20 dental clinics in a local area, from July to August 2017. The degree of S. epidermidis contamination was measured using a hand plate and a rodac plate and then cultured at $35^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours. Based on hand plate criteria, hand contamination was classified into low, middle, and high groups. Analysis of the variance (ANOVA) of the contamination level of the hand parts of the group surface contamination level of the dental clinic equipment was descriptive statistics after clustering lock count. S. epidermidis contamination was moderate in 55% of the hands of dental hygienists. The area of contamination was 29.45 colony-forming units (CFU) on the palm, followed by the middle finger 7.8 CFU, ring finger 6.4 CFU, and thumb 6 CFU. Medical equipment surface contamination was showed that 3-way handle 4.45 CFU, computer mouse 3.37 CFU, mirror handle 1.60 CFU were higher than other areas. The group with high hand contamination had a high positive correlation with the S. epidermidis contamination of the hand. S. epidermidis contamination level was higher on hands than on the medical equipment surface contamination. Therefore, medical staff should recognize the importance of hand hygiene which should be practiced in the manner suggested by World Health Organization. In addition, the medical team needs to be responsible for performing infection control tasks, implementing infection management guidelines and providing systematic education on infectious disease management.
The purpose of the present study is to determine the occurrence of dyslipidemia and the effects of health life practices among Korean males and females. The study subjects were 4,036 persons aged at least 19 years, as selected from the health questionnaire data out of the third year data(2012) Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. They were divided into a dyslipidemia group of 2,092 subjects (male 1,042, female 1,050) and a normal group of 1,944 subjects (male 740, female 1,204) by applying the dyslipidemia treatment guidelines of the Korean Society of Lipidology and Atherosclerosis. In the present study, the SPSS 18.0 program was used to conduct t-tests, a ${\chi}^2-test$, and a logistic regression analysis of descriptive statistics. Therefore, dyslipidemia-related healthy life practice programs should apply the characteristics of Korean males and females that show differences in serum lipid concentrations and to this end, continued studies, and national-level customized education applying the effects of healthy life practices is considered necessary.
The purposes of this study were to find smart-phone addiction how to mediate between worker's stress, anxiety and work commitment. The subject of survey was 329 workers in a public cooperation, and the data were analyzed by AMOS 18.0. The major findings were as follows; First, the higher the stress and anxiety, the more the direct effect on smartphone addiction. Second, smartphone addiction showed a significant negative relationship with work commitment. Third, smartphone addiction played a mediating role in the relationship between stress, anxiety, and work commitment. Workers with high levels of stress and anxiety were over-dependent on smartphones, which resulted in a decrease in work commitment. In order to prevent the problem of smartphone addiction of workers, it is necessary to prepare guidelines for correct use of smartphone in the workplace and service support should be provided according to the level of addiction. In addition, in order to improve work commitment, active support from the aspect of corporate welfare is needed to manage stress well. Finally, this study has a policy implication in that it reveals the route leading to smartphone addiction.
The carton for liquid products are divided into 'gable top carton' and 'aseptic carton'. Currently, these packages are being recycled in the toilet tissue manufacturing process. The recycling of the carton aluminium laminate is the most important problem facing the recycling procedure of the carton packages due to the reduction in quality of recycled materials. The polymer structure with synthetic resins being used mainly in beverage packaging is also one of the important factors for the procedure for its recycling. The objective of this study was to investigate the package material and structure of the carton for liquid products through marketing research and suggest the supplementation in the work processes of production, use, and recycling. The results represent to improve the recycling profit and the quality of recycled materials when a laminated aluminium of carton for liquid products is replaced to the transparent polymer film. The improvement of the sorting and recycling process may help their recycling efficiencies. In addition, the limited use of synthetic resin molded packaging and increase of wood-pulp collection rate will provide the improvement of the recycling profit and the quality of recycled materials.

As a study on how the Neurofeedback training effects on young children's brain function and intelligence, first, this paper aims to verity the effect Neurofeedback training brings to the function of young children's brain. Second, through K-WPPSI IQ test, analyses how Neurofeedback training influences on the development of young children's intelligence. The subjects of this study were the 60 five-year children attenging J kindergarten in Cheon-an, experimnet treatment was performed according to Neurofeedback training guidance from Aprile 21 to December 12, 2008. It analyzes the states of brain waves before and after the Neurofeedback training, and performed the statistical analysis through t-test, using SPSS for Window(V.13.0) package. As a result of analysis, it was shown that firstly Neurofeedback training was very effective on the d!evelopment of infan's brain intelligence, since the quotient to evaluate the entire brain function appeared to have a meaningful influence. Secondly, it was proved that Neurofeedback training had much influence on the object assembly-area, the maze-area, and picture completion-area, and that it had the same influence on the performance intelligence quotient too. So, such results as these one make us realize that Neurofeedback training is a very effective method to the development of performance intelligence quotient. Thirdly, they indicate that Neurofeedback training hasn't a meaningful influence on verbal intelligence quotient, since it affects only on the similarities area among verbal intelligence quotient, the total evaluative quotient.
One of a large proportion among the causes of fire is electrical factors, and of fire by electric factors, the accident which accounted for over certain percentage is electric leakage and ground fault. In order to reduce the electric leakage and ground fault, the technical guidelines on the protection of ground fault in the low-voltage electrical line (KECG 1091-2011) was amended for reflecting recent international standard, IEC 60364-4-41, and new conservation methods, which improved the reliability by recovering the facility's all-time use operation and breakdown defect, was on the rise. Accordingly, in this paper, after grasping the fire's status for last 10 years and analyzing the risk of electrical fires, and as a way to improve the electric leakage and ground fault accident which accounted for more than certain percentage, the revision of KECG 1091-2011 will be reviewed. And then, after applying to the preventive conservation methods in order to enhance the protection reliability of electric leakage and ground fault detection, the problems at issue routine inspection scheme and durable years scheme in time-scheduled conservation method are listed, along with suggestion of the problem-solving scheme, and the leakage current integrated monitoring systems and digital electric leakage devices by status monitor conservation method will be proposed.
The stability of firefighting pipes is crucial in the event of an earthquake. In Korea, specification-based designs are used in accordance with NFSC. However, engineering performance-based designs are used for buildings that have special requirements. For firefighting pipes, tree type pipe networks are usually utilized in buildings; however, they are characterized by several limitations. Hence, grid type and loop type networks are being utilized lately. Earthquake-resistant designs for firefighting pipes in Korea utilize NFPA 13 as the cookbook. Nevertheless, an engineering analysis is required to verify its reliability. The NFPA 13 standard used in Korea is a design method for engineers who lack earthquake engineering analysis knowledge of pipes and adapt ASCE and ASME guidelines. Earthquake resistant designs in Korea review braces only. Hence, various analyses under load conditions, such as the internal pressure of a pipe, force exerted by a continuous load, and an earthquake, are required to ensure reliability. An engineering earthquake-resistance analysis showed that tree type pipe networks are less stable than grid and loop type pipe networks. A comparison of earthquake-resistance analysis based on stress and strain revealed that strain analysis exhibited a conservative result value in the range of over-stress. Therefore, for the earthquake-resistance analysis of pipes, it is rational that engineers perform analysis to achieve the required standards through engineering analysis rather than uniform calculations, which should also be analyzed considering various analysis conditions.
In order to establish the guidance of management and safe use hazard substance, trend analysis of hazard substance in/on agricultural products reported by press for 5 years (2005-2009) was performed. Data for the analysis collected from the articles about hazard substances from web portals, newspapers and so on. The mostly detected harmful factors in/on agricultural products were pesticides residue and heavy metals by the reports by press for last 5 years. The number of detected pesticides was slightly increased from 14 to 34 through the passage of time but the number of cases reported by press was not increased. On the other hand, the number of accidents and reports related to heavy metals were highly increased from 3 to 13 and 42 to 112, respectively. 65 pesticides including chlorpyrifos were detected in domestic agricultural products for the 5 years. Frequently detected pesticides were chlorpyrifos, endosulfan, carbendazim, azoxystrobin, and procymidone. Pesticide residues were repeatedly detected on green vegetables such as a green perilla leaf, a lettuce, a leek, and spinach among crops.
