Automatic Change Detection Based on Areal Feature Matching in Different Network Data-sets (이종의 도로망 데이터 셋에서 면 객체 매칭 기반 변화탐지)

  • By a development of car navigation systems and mobile or positioning technology, it increases interest in location based services, especially pedestrian navigation systems. Updating of digital maps is important because digital maps are mass data and required to short updating cycle. In this paper, we proposed change detection for different network data-sets based on areal feature matching. Prior to change detection, we defined type of updating between different network data-sets. Next, we transformed road lines into areal features(block) that are surrounded by them and calculated a shape similarity between blocks in different data-sets. Blocks that a shape similarity is more than 0.6 are selected candidate block pairs. Secondly, we detected changed-block pairs by bipartite graph clustering or properties of a concave polygon according to types of updating, and calculated Fr$\acute{e}$chet distance between segments within the block or forming it. At this time, road segments of KAIS map that Fr$\acute{e}$chet distance is more than 50 are extracted as updating road features. As a result of accuracy evaluation, a value of detection rate appears high at 0.965. We could thus identify that a proposed method is able to apply to change detection between different network data-sets.

  • Currently, the rise of social tagging has changing taxonomy to folksonomy. Tag represents a new approach to organizing information. Nonhierarchical classification allows data to be freely gathered, allows easy access, and has the ability to move directly to other content topics. Tag is expected to play a key role in clustering various types of contents, it is expand to network in the common interests among users. First, this paper determine the relationships among user, tags and resources in social tagging system and examine the circumstances of what aspects to users when creating a tag related to features of websites. Therefore, this study uses tags from the social bookmarking service 'del.icio.us' to analyze the features of tag words when adding a new web page to a list. To do this, websites features classified into 7 items, it is known as tag classification related to resources. Experiments were conducted to test the proposed classify method in the area of music, photography and games. This paper attempts to investigate the perspective in which users apply a tag to a webpage and establish the capacity of expanding a social service that offers the opportunity to create a new business model.

  • Social network services are increasingly being used in organizational settings to improve relationships among employees and enhance prospects for information exchange and cooperative work. Social Networking Service(SNS) has deeply penetrated organizational job settings, influencing multiple aspects of employee's life. This study is designed to explore the impact of SNS engagement on the job performance mediated as team cooperation and decision making quality effects. Data were collected from 146 employees who use organizational SNS in there company. Factor analysis and structural equation method are employed. Results from a survey accompanied by the substantial impacts of organizational employee's social networking engagement on social learning processes and outcomes. SNS engagement not only directly influences organizational employee's job performance, but also helps their team cooperation and decision making quality from others and adapt to organizational culture, both of which play prominent roles in improving their job performance.

  • With the development of the Internet and the spread of mobile devices, the online market is growing rapidly. As the number of customers using online shopping malls explodes, research is being conducted on the analysis of usage behavior from customer data, personalized product recommendations, and service development. Thus, this paper seeks to analyze the overall process of online shopping malls through process mining, and to identify the factors that influence users' purchases. The data used are from a large online shopping mall, and R was the analysis tool. The results show that customer activity was most prominent in categories with event elements, such as unconventional discounts and monthly giveaway events. On the other hand, searches, logins, and campaign activity were found to be less relevant than their importance. Those are very important, because they can provide clues to a customer's information and needs. Therefore, it is necessary to refine the recommendations from related search words, and to manage activity, such as coupons provided when customers log in. In addition to the previous discussion, this paper proposes various business strategies to enhance the competitiveness of online shopping malls and to increase profits.

  • This paper explored how to design amobile application for Korea's traditional markets based on O2O service and data science technologies. In order to cover a broader scope of customers, diversify the ways to sell products, and increase the profits of Korea's traditional markets, the application bridges online customers with offline stores at traditional markets and augments both convenience and accessibility. Beyond the typical face-to-face interactions between customers and sellers at traditional markets, this application offers mobile payments and personalized recommendations of nearby stores and preferable products using Beacon and datascience technologies. Moreover, it offers multi-language support for foreign customers who are not familiar with Korea's traditional markets and the products sold there. In conclusion, using O2O service, which is a rising trend among prevalent platform technologies, this study proposed a new e-commerce model for Korea's traditional markets to promote market expansion.

  • Because of development of information technology, moving picture can run various platforms. We should consider and apply users' attitude as well as production technique because convergence between mobile and media technology may be increased full-browsing service using mobile device. Previous research related to production technique in various platforms only focus on video quality and adjustment of screen size. However, besides of technical side, production techniques should be changed such as image production as well as image editing by point of view aesthetic. Mise-en-scene such as camera angle, composition, and lighting is changed due to HD image. Also image production should be changed to a suitable full-browsing service using mobile device. Therefore, we would explore a new suitable production techniques and image editing for smart phone. To propose production techniques for smart phone, we used E-learning production system, which are transition, editing technique for suitable converting system. Such as new attempts are leading to new paradigm and establishing their position by applying characteries such as openness, timeliness to mobile. Also it can be extended individual area and established as expression and play tool.

A Study on Design of Reference Stations and Integrity Monitors for Maritime DGPS Recapitalization (해양용 DGPS 구조개선을 위한 RSIM 설계에 관한 연구)

  • Hardware dedicated off-the-shelf maritime differential GPS RSIM lacks the open architecture to meet all the minimum maritime user requirements and to include future GNSS improvements after recapitalization. This paper carries out a study to replace existing hardware dedicated differential GPS RSIM with software differential GPS RSIM in order to make up the weak point of hardware dedicated off-the-shelf maritime differential GPS RSIM. In this paper, the architecture of software RSIM is proposed for maritime DGPS recapitalization. And the feasibility analysis of the proposed software differential GPS RSIM is performed as the first phase to realize the proposed architecture. For the feasibility analysis, the prototype RF module and DSP module are implemented with properties as wide RF bandwidth, high sampling frequency, and high speed transmission interface. This paper shows that the proposed architecture has the possibility of real time operation of software RSIM functionality onto the PC-based platform through the analysis of computation time. Finally, this paper verifies that the L1/L2 dual frequency software differential RSIM designed according to the proposed method satisfies the performance specifications set out in RTCM paper 221-2006-SC104-STD.

An Analysis of Customer Preferences of Recommendation Techniques and Influencing Factors: A Comparative Study of Electronic Goods and Apparel Products (추천기법별 고객 선호도 및 영향요인에 대한 분석: 전자제품과 의류군에 대한 비교연구)

  • Although various recommendation techniques have been applied to the e-commerce market, few studies compare the intent to use these techniques from the customer's perspective. In this paper, we conduct a comparative analysis of customers' intention to use five recommendation techniques widely adapted by online shopping malls and focus on the differences in purchasing electronic goods and apparel products. The recommendation techniques are as follows: best-seller recommendation, merchandiser recommendation, content-based recommendation, collaborative filtering recommendation, and social recommendation. Additionally, we examine which factors influence customer intent to use the recommendation services. Data were collected through a survey administered to 220 e-commerce users with prior experience with recommendation services. Collected data were examined using analysis of variance and regression analysis. Results indicate statistically significant differences in customers' intention to use recommendation services according to the recommendation technique. In particular, the best-seller recommendation technique is preferred when purchasing electronic goods, whereas the content-based recommendation technique is preferred for apparel purchases. Factors such as personal characteristics and personality, purchasing tendency, as well as perception of the product or recommendation service affect a customer's intention to use a recommendation service. However, the influence of these factors varies depending on the recommendation technique. This study provides guidelines for companies to adopt appropriate recommendation techniques according to product categories and personal characteristics of customers.

  • A personalized recommendation system is a recommendation system that recommends goods to users' taste by using an automated information filtering technology. A collaborative filtering method in this technology is a method that discriminates certain types, which represent similar patterns. Thus, it is possible to estimate the pain strength based on the data of the patients who have the past similar types and extract related conditions according to the similarity in classified patients. A representative method using the Pearson correlation coefficient for extracting the similarity weight may represent inexact results as the sample data is small according to the amount of data. Also, it has a disadvantage that it is not possible to fast draw results due to the increase in calculations as a square scale as the sample data is large. In this paper, the excellency of the intelligence pain nursing intervention u-health system implemented by comparing the scale and similarity group of the sample data for extracting significant data is verified through the evaluation of MAE and Raking scoring. Based on the results of this verification, it is possible to present basic data and guidelines of the pain of patients recognized by nurses and that leads to improve the welfare of patients.

Relationships Among Participation Motives in Virtual Community, Sense of Community, Loyalty and Purchase Intention (가상공동체 참여동기와 공동체의식, 충성도 및 구매의도간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • Virtual communities have been suggested to play important roles such as attracting customers, building customer loyalty, and leading to commercial transactions. Little research in marketing has focused on virtual communities in spite of its importance indicated by many practitioners and conceptual studies. More specifically, little research has empirically examined factors of customer participation and its consequences. This research investigate if customers' participation motives in virtual communities affect their sense of community and if sense of community affects customers' loyalty towards and purchase intentions from the website offering the community service. One hundred ninety six questionnaires were collected from individuals who have participated in and have been involved in online activities in various virtual communities. Major results of this research can be summarized as follows. First, participation motives employed significantly affected customers' sense of community and more specifically, perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness had a large influence on the customers' sense of community. Second, customers' sense of community positively affected their loyalty toward the community and more specifically, membership and emotional connection had a large influence on loyalty. Third, customers' sense of community did not affect directly their purchase intentions. Fourth, customers' loyalty toward virtual communities had a significant, positive, although marginal, influence on their purchase intentions.
