시니어의 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 : 사회적지지 조절효과를 중심으로

  • 고령사회 진입과 재취업환경의 어려움 속에서 개인의 경제적 문제 등을 해결하고자 대안으로 시니어창업이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 창업 이후 생존율은 매우 낮은 상황이다. 본 연구는 시니어의 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구로서, 창업역량인 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량과 창업의지의 관계 및 창업역량과 창업의지간 사회적지지 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이로써 최근 증가하고 있는 시니어창업에 대해 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 시니어 중 잠재적창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 총 433부의 자료를 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업역량이 높을수록, 즉 개인의 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량이 높을수록 창업의지가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 창업역량인 경험, 자금조달역량, 마케팅역량과 창업의지 간 사회적지지 조절효과는 유의미한 영향관계를 확인할 수 없었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 성공적인 시니어창업을 위해서는 창업역량을 강화하여 창업이 이루어지도록 하여야 하고, 창업역량을 함양할 수 있도록 그에 따른 창업교육이 더욱 광범위하게 필요하다는 것이다.

  • The changing nature of work suggests that people may face the prospect of a career choice including of paid employment, non-work and self-employment, of which the latter implies scope for entrepreneurial activity. The goal of this study is to view the impact of entrepreneurial competency, social support, entrepreneurial role model as an affect to increase the entrepreneurial intention of adult with the purpose of a second career choice. Also, the mediating effect of entrepreneurial mentor is verified. As research methodology, a research model and a hypothesis were set based on prior research and the research hypothesis was proven through a structured survey questionnaire. SPSS 24.0 was used for data analysis. Analysis results are as follows: First, out of entrepreneurial competency, job competency and funding capability had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Second, entrepreneurial role model had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Third, in the relationship between entrepreneurial competency, social support, entrepreneurial role model and entrepreneurship intentions, the mediating effect of mentor had significant job competency→mentor→entrepreneurship intention, funding capability→mentor→entrepreneurship intention, entrepreneurial role→mentor→entrepreneurship intention.

Relationship between Motivations and Performances on the Internet Use: A Multinational Comparative Study-University Students in Canada, the U.S., and S. Korea (인터넷 사용 동기와 성과의 관계 분석: 한국, 미국, 캐나다 3 개국 대학생 비교 연구)

  • With a concentration on online university student behavior in highly-wired countries of Canada, the US, and South Korea, this study is aimed at identifying and comparing students' perception to the Internet use, willingness to use, and performance from its use. The cross-national comparison unveiled that students in each country did not have a compatible pattern of relationship among perception, intention, and performance. This study also examines the impact of levels of Internet use motivations on users' attitude, intentions to use, and performance. The results of the study help understand the factors affecting the Internet use in three countries and identify the differences in willingness to use and performance from cultural heterogeneity. Implications of the study, limitations, and further research directions are also discussed.

  • 본 연구는 하퇴의지 착용자와 정상 성인간의 시간-거리, 운동형상학 변수를 조사하고 비교하기 위하여 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 외상으로 인한 하퇴 절단자로서 내골격식 하퇴의지를 착용하고 독립적으로 보행이 가능한 20명과 연령, 신장으로 짝짓기한 대조군(matched control group) 20명이 참여하였다. 보행분석은 Vicon Clinical Manager Software (VCM)를 내장한 PC에 5개의 카메라가 연결되어 있는 Vicon 512 Motion Analysis System (MAS, Oxford Metrics Inc.)을 이용하였다. 하퇴의지 착용군의 단하지 지지시간이 정상 성인군에 비해 유의하게 짧았으며(p<.05), 하퇴의지 착용군에서 슬관절의 선전이 증가되었으며 족관절의 저측굴곡이 감소되었다(p<.05). 하퇴절단자들의 보행개선을 위해서는 하퇴절단자 개인의 보행능력에 알맞은 부품의 선택, 체계적인 보행훈련 및 평가, 보행능력 향상을 위한 근력강화 프로그램 등 체계적인 재활훈련 프로그램이 필요한 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 연구대상자의 수가 제한되어 있으므로 연구의 결과를 일반화하기에는 제한점이 있으나, 향후 편측 하퇴절단자의 보행연구에 대한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

The Effects of Reemployment Trainees' IT Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurship Willingness (재취업 교육생의 IT창업교육이 창업의지에 미치는 영향)

  • This research analyzed the effects of IT entrepreneurship education on the will to start a new business by reemployment trainees. A survey was carried out on 187 reemployment trainees from May 15, 2017 until July 15, 2017. The SPSS 22.0 Program was utilized as the analysis method, and a reliability analysis, frequency analysis, multiple regression analysis, and correlation analysis was carried out. Research showed that statistics for IT entrepreneurship education on the will to start a new business by reemployment trainees was higher than the overall average, and there was a positive correlation between IT entrepreneurship education and Willingness. Reemployment trainees' IT entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on the sub factor Entrepreneurship Willingness, but did not have a significant effect on sub factors such as education content, lecturer, and education facilities. This research is considered to be essential baseline data for managing entrepreneurship education programs that increases reemployment trainees' Entrepreneurship Willingness through IT entrepreneurship education.

보건계열 대학생의 창업가 특성이 창업교육과 창업지원제도에 따라 창업의지에 미치는 영향

  • 성공적인 창업을 위해서는 창업자 개인의 기본적인 역량뿐만 아니라 체계적인 창업교육과 학습을 통해 창업자가 되기 위한 필요역량을 습득해야 한다(최서윤, 2017). 대학생의 창업을 활성화하기 위해서는 다양한 분야를 전공하고 있는 대학생의 학문적 특성을 고려하고 그들의 전공 및 학문적 특성을 고려하여 창업교육 및 창업지원을 통해 대학생의 창업의지를 높이는 것이 필요하다(이우진 김진수 김용태, 2013). 창업의지는 창업에 대한 행위적 태도를 의미하며, 창업이라는 긴 과정의 첫 단계이고, 개인의 태도와 경험을 창업이라는 행동으로 매개하는 역할을 한다(윤방섭, 2004). 대학이 학생들에게 창업교육 및 창업공간, 멘토링, 컨설팅, 사업화를 위한 창업지원을 하고, 대학생들은 이러한 창업교육 및 창업지원을 긍정적으로 받아들일수록 창업의지가 높아져 취업이 아닌 창업을 선택할 가능성이 높아질 것이다. 조사대상은 전국의 보건계열 대학에 재학 중인 대학생이다. 자료수집 방법은 보건계열 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 이메일 설문지가 발송되었고, 자기보고식 작성방법에 따라 설문조사 되었다. 총735개의 설문지가 발송되었고 그 중 불성실하게 응답한 설문을 제외한 총 675개의 설문을 최종 설문으로 사용하였다. 자료수집기간은 2017년 10월 9일부터 2017년 10월 18일까지 10일간 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 보건계열 대학생의 창업가 특성이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지, 창업교육과 창업지원제도는 기업과 특성과 창업의지의 관계에서 조절효과를 미치는지를 확인하였다. 보건계열대학생의 창업가 특성인 성취욕구, 자기효능감, 위험감수성 중 위험감수성만이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 창업교육, 창업지원제도인 대학창업지원활동, 정부창업지원정책 중 창업가 특성과 창업의지 간의 관계에서 대학창업지원제도만 조절작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Factors Influencing Nursing Students' Intention of Childbirth (간호대학생의 출산의지에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This study investigated how the awareness about marriage, the value of children, and the motivation for childrearing influences childbirth will in nursing students. The data was collected from May 1 to May 30, 2019, and 248 data samples were finally used for analysis. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS /WIN 22.0 program. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, t-tests, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and multiple regression analysis were all calculated. The average of awareness about marriage was 3.39±.38, the average of the value of children was 2.72±0.39, the average motivation of childrearing was 2.73±0.78 and the average of childbirth will was 3.12±0.48. The childbirth will according to the general characteristics, was significantly different according to age (F=6.002, p=.003). Among the awareness about marriage, conservative view on marriage(r=.207, p=.001), active view on marriage(r=.226, p<.001), instrumental view on marriage(r=.181, p=.004), and motivation of childrearing(r=.283, p<.001) showed positive correlation ed with childbirth will. Childbirth will was negatively correlated with passive view on marriage (r=-.292, p<.001), and the value of children (r=-.226, p<.001). The factors affecting childbirth will of the study subjects were age(β=.155, p=.007), passive view on marriage(β=-.383, p<.001), motivation of childrearing (β=.315, p<.001), and the explanatory power was 23.6%. According to this study, it is necessary to confirm the effects of developing an intervention program and applying this program to improve the decisions of nursing students concerning marriage and having children.

Security and Trust on Non-Contact Financial Transaction (금융보안과 신뢰가 비대면 금융거래에 미치는 영향)

  • The pandemic age came to us after the COVID19 broke out in the early of 2020, which resulted in many changes in our everyday life. One of the changes is non-contact transactions in economic activities, especially contact-free financial transactions are ever-increasing activities in the pandemic age. In non-contact financial transactions, security and trust are important issues that users are concerned about the most. So the paper examines how security and trust have effects on the attitudes of bank customers who use mobile banking applications on their smartphones. The study conducted factor ananlysis to extract research constructs using survey data gathered during Nobember of 2020 through February of 2021 across the nation. After extracting the constructs, the study checked validity, sampling adequacy, and internal reliability with KMO, Bartlett's test, and Crombach Alpha respectively. To make sure the purpose of the study, I do regression analysis. All factors of attitude had impacts on willingness on both of transactions and purchasing financial products. The results could give guidelines banks which want to attract more customers in open-banking environment through ever-more secure and trusty mobile banking application.

The Effect of Technology Anxiety and Innovativeness on Consumer's Continuance Intention toward Kiosks: Focused on Z Generation (고객들의 기술 우려감과 혁신성이 키오스크 지속 사용 의지에 미치는 영향: Z세대를 중심으로)

  • With the spread of COVID-19 and the preference for untact services, kiosks, which is one of self-service technologies, have been expanding into various service fields. Kiosks have some advantages of reducing labor costs and increasing work efficiency, but they often cause difficulties in the process of using kiosks. In this vein, this study examines the key antecedents affecting consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks by integrating technology anxiety and innovativeness into the expanded expectation-confirmation model. The research model was verified for the MZ generation to examine the perceptions of MZ generation about Kiosks. This is because if the MZ generation feels technical anxiety or difficualty about using kiosks, customers of other generations can expect to feel even more uncomfortable. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was confirmed that technical anxiety has a significantly negative effect on consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. However, among the characteristic factors of customers, innovativeness did not significantly consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. Based on our findings, it is expected that service companies will be able to understand the mechanism of forming consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks and pursuit several management activities for successfully adopting kiosks.

A Study on the Influence of Organizational Justice on the Industrial Security Supervisors' Compliance Motivations towards Security Policies: With a Focus on Organizational Attachment and Empowerment (조직공정성이 산업보안담당자의 보안정책 준수의지에 미치는 영향 : 조직애착과 임파워먼트를 중심으로)

  • This paper is a study on the industrial security specialists of organizations in possession of industrial technology and their compliance motivations towards security policies. The focus is on organizational justice, organizational attachment and empowerment based on our hypothesis that compliance motivations are shaped, not only by the organization itself but, also by the attitude and principle of the organization's members. The objective is to propose a direction for administrative security policy to increase prevention of industrial technology leakage by identifying the factors' significance through hypothesis testing and thereafter investigating the influencing relationship. Survey questionnaires are collected from the participants of a regular educational program provided by the Korean Association for Industrial Technology Security (KAITS) and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. Through various statistical analyses, following results are acquired. First, procedural fairness and organizational attachment are found to motivate security supervisors to comply with security policies. Particularly, the relationship between procedural fairness and compliance motivations towards security policies is fully mediated by organizational attachment, suggesting that improved fairness at the organizational level will lead to an increase in organizational attachment, which will encourage the individuals to comply with security policies. Additionally, empowerment of the individuals in organizations partially mediates the relationship between procedural fairness and organizational attachment, confirming that procedural fairness empowers each individual and increases his organizational attachment. Specifically, in order to maximize compliance of security policies, businesses should demonstrate procedural fairness when compensating their employees for their work to empower them and increase their organizational attachment, which can increase their will to comply with existing security policies. This research provides insights into how to encourage security supervisors to comply with security policies by increasing their empowerment and organizational attachment.
