This study identifies the effects of HTML5 service quality on the use intention of smart learning and present the policy implications through empirical studies. This study select assurance, reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, empathy as independent variables of HTML5 service quality and also select perceived usefulness, degree of perceived ease of use as parameters and select use intention of smart learning as dependent variables. The control variables such as learning devices, service, learning place, use age, use times are adapted. As a result of analysis by applying the structural equation model, it was estimated that the reliability of HTML5 service quality, tangibles affect negatively on perceived ease of use, but reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, responsiveness of HTML5 service affect positive impacts on perceived usefulness, and also certainty, empathy, responsiveness was identified as positive impacts on the perceived ease of use. It was proven that perceived ease of use effect positive on the perceived usefulness and also usefulness or ease to use have positive effects on the usage intention of users.

소프트웨어에 대한 사용자의 인식이 높아감에 따라 다양한 기능의 고품질 소프트웨어의 개발이 요구되고 있으며 이러한 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 방안들이 다양한 관점에서 연구되고 있다. 그 중에서도 소프트웨어의 품질평가를 통해 그 결과를 개발자에게 피드백함으로써 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키려는 관점에서 품질평가 방법론 및 지원도구에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어의 품질에 관한 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126의 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 보수성, 이식성 등의 품질특성을 바탕으로 보수성에 대한 품질특성, 부특성, 내부특성의 체계에 따라 메트릭스를 정의하고 내부특성 체계에 맞추어 품질측정표를 개발함으로써 실제 품질향상을 위해 필요한 개발자 관점의 내부특성의 품질평가를 통해 사용자 관점의 외부특성에 대해 평가할 수 있는 체계를 확립하고 실제 프로젝트 업무에 대해 평가한 결과를 제시하였다.

정부 포탈 사이트는 국민들의 참여와 이용을 장려하여 정부와 국민간의 활발한 커뮤니케이션 창구로 이용하려는 전자정부의 의지를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 어떠한 요인들이 정부 포탈사이트 사용의도에 영향을 미치는지를 검증하여 그 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해서 정보기술 수용에 관련된 연구들 중 널리 알려진 Davis(1989)의 TAM 모형과 DcLone & McLean(l992)의 정보시스템 성과측정 모형을 사용하여 연구모형을 도출하였으며, 지각된 모호성과 정부지원을 조절변수로 사용하여 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다.

Viewpoint about the quality of software is various. But, from the end-user point of view, user interface of software may be all to express the quality of software. But the detailed evaluation criteria were not established about usability evaluation method based on user interface so far, though user interface of software is the main object of usability quality characteristics. In this paper, we established a system about the method extracting and evaluating some quality characteristics elements measurable form user interface of software by analyzing the relationship between the elements constructing quality characteristics and user interface related to quality evaluation of software. We expect that this result of study will be a fundamental study adapting and evaluating to various types of user interface.

데이터베이스 품질문제는 학문적으로나 실무적으로 상당한 관심을 모으고 있지만 아직까지 많은 문제들이 풀리지 않은 상태로 남아있다. 본 연구는 DB 품질에 관한 다양한 관심과 문제들을 분석하고, 이 분야에 관한 체계적 연구흐름의 출발선을 찾고자하는 노력의 일환으로 시도되었다. 우선 지금까지 발표된 관련 연구와 현재 실무에 종사하는 전문가들의 견해를 종합하여 DB 품질에 관한 연구 프레임워크를 고안하고 그 속에서 다섯가지 연구영역(품질기준, 품질측정, 품질등급, 품질관리, 품질인증)을 제안하였다. 그리고 DB 품질을 분석할 수 있는 일곱개의 품질기준(정확성, 완전성, 일관성, 현행성 검색성능, 사용용이성, 사용자지원성)을 추출하고, 각 기준별로 이론적 정의를 시도하였다. 그리고 현실적으로 가장 논란의 여지가 많은 계량적 측정도구, 즉, 설문조사에 사용될 68개 문항과 척도를 개발하였다.

This study is intended to propose quality criteria and Web metrics for usability quality evaluation of multimedia Web sites. Recently, applications of the Web sites are not limited to the area of industry and operating as it integrates the new technology. Also as information super highway becomes common with development or network technology, multimedia Web site is on the rise due to various use of multimedia attributes. Therefore this study expands to apply HTML based Web site quality evaluation studied in Software engineering, HCI, Hypermedia to multimedia Web site, and suggests new metrics by integrating flash usability which is expanding its portion in multimedia Web site lately. The Web metrics proposed in this study are verified by heuristic evaluation from a group of expert. It analyses the results of quantitative and qualitative qualify evaluation on Web Award Korea by comparing the award-winning, high-quality Web site with non-winning Web sites. This study can be used to establish guideline for high-quality multimedia Web site development in the future.

최근 소프트웨어 산업에 있어서 사용자 인터페이스는 가장 중요한 품질 요소의 하나가 되었다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 평균 48% 가량의 코드가 사용자 인터페이스(user interface)를 위한 것이다. 또한 소프트웨어의 품질향상에 대한 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 소프트웨어의 품질 관련 국제 규격들에 대한 표준화가 많은 진전을 보이고 있다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 품질 평가를 목적으로 사용성에 대한 평가모델을 개발하여 소프트웨어 설계 개선요인을 발견.하고 제품의 품질을 개발자 및 사용자 측면에서 향상시킬 수 있게 하는 것이 목적이다.

This paper is purpose to research system use, ubiquitous convenience considering ubiquitous system and system use, ubiquitous convenience considering user satisfaction. In this study system use was signification influenced by system quality, instantly connectivity, and user satisfaction use was signification influenced by system quality, information quality. But system use was not signification influenced by information quality, service quality and ubiquitous convenience was not signification influenced by service quality, instantly connectivity.

본 연구의 목적은 가상강좌의 만족을 설명할 수 있는 정보시스템 적 고려와 수업 적 변수가 동시에 고려된 연구모형을 제안하고 이에 대한 실증적 검증을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 크게 정보기술에 대한 품질과 수강과목에 대한 품질로 나될 수 있다. 수강과목에 대한 품질은 다시 수업 내용에 대한 컨텐츠의 품질과 온라인 및 오프라인에서 제공되는 인적인 서비스 즉, 해당 교수나 조교수의 서비스 품질로 구분될 수 있고, 정보기술에 대한 품질은 정보기술로서의 가상강좌 사용에 관련된 두 가지 믿음인 사용용이성과 유용성에 의해 측정될 수 있다. 한편 가상강좌에서 제공되는 서비스는 정보기술 사용에 대한 자신감과 학업에 대한 자신감과 밀접한 연관을 갖고 있기 때문에 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 컴퓨터 자기효능 감 및 학업 적 자기효능 감이 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 즉, 컴퓨터 자기효능 감이 사용용이성 및 유용성에 영향을 주며, 학업 적 자기효능 감은 수업만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate usability quality through investigating the factors of usability for internet shopping mall websites. For this study, previous studies were investigated and experts' discussions were held. In result, six characters of usability were chosen such as content satisfaction. customer attraction satisfaction, price information satisfaction, public security satisfaction, user interface satisfaction. and process of transaction satisfaction that affect usability of shopping mall websites and the evaluation models of 72 detailed measure factors were established. Since these 72 sub-factors inc)ode the key words of HTML, XML, JSP, and ASP from the target websites. 33 measurable sub-factors in the information were measured through usability evaluation experiment. In addition, a questionnaire about usability measure factors was executed after preferable websites and not preferable websites are selected. After that, we verified the reasonability of usability measure model factors comparing the results of the evaluation experiment with the result of the questionnaire. The time it takes to measure the usability of shopping mall websites can be reduced by using this measurement supporting tool. Also, this tool may be used to estimate the usability during the development of a shopping mall website.
