Recently Gas & Oil plant construction projects are increasing in the world. The EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company, which participate in the plant projects, should possess the pertinent engineering license and procurement skill to create high added-value. It is because the procurement is very substantial to cover 70% of the total project cost. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the procurement process due to the characteristics of the construction projects with long duration and complicated process as well as the procured goods or services subjected to various logistics. The objective of this paper is to analyze proper process in the procurement and to identify various information and document. Also to analyze procurement process, the principal data are derived from the interview with experts and specialty contractors of plant project. The result of this study would widely be used as a guide to the procurement personnel in forecasting the risks in advance.

Although pilot projects have been actively carried out from 2017 to present to institutionalize CM at Risk, one of the major tasks for innovation in the construction industry, standards and processes related to Design VE, a key tool for determining GMP in the pre-construction phase, have not yet been established. Therefore, through research and operation status related to CM at Risk and Design VE, and survey on project participants' perception, the problem of the existing design VE process was derived, and the design VE process suitable for the CM at Risk project was proposed. The application plan was proposed in three aspects: Schedule, Cycle, and Process, and the appropriateness and applicability were verified through FGI. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data on the establishment and legislation of order standards to be made in the future.

Light rail transit(LRT) is a public transportation and mainly has an automatic driverless operation system. LRT project is a large scaled project which a construction cost is tens of billions of won per km. Systems engineering(SE) is an interdisciplinary approach and means to enable realization of successful systems. In this paper, we propose the systems engineering processes and their outputs list for the LRT project. And then, we present template and sample case of process output. We also present a case which carried out SE process by SE tool.

In this paper, we propose the enhanced Assessment Model of the Embedded Software Process(MND-ESPAM) which is suitable for the development work of weapons in Korea. In 2008. We developed the MND-ESPAM which is the assessment criteria of software process, but this model is inefficient to apply to Korean military area. Therefore, we elicit and analyze the problems of MND-ESPAM through tow methods. One is to research on the actual condition of the domestic defense industry about software process management. And the other is to apply MND-ESPAM to the defense companies acquiring CMMI level. In order to overcome these problems elicited above, we provide solutions to make MND-ESPAM linked with Software Development Process Guide of Defense Acquisition Program Administration(DAPA) and to systematically strengthen testing activities and to reduce the number of process areas. The proposed model was proved by two objective methods such as checking the coverage with CMMI and whether it is satisfied or not by modified requirements ISO/IEC 14598-3. At last, experts in the field of software process confirmed the effect of MND-ESPAM through applying MND-ESPAM to the defense industry company.

From 2000s, the development to improve space use of urban area has been requested because of unorganized urban development in 1960~70s. For this reason Urban Redevelopment projects have been changed to urban regeneration project based on the renewed law. Recent urban regeneration Projects are bigger and more complex than ever. These kinds of projects need good communication between projects stakeholders, however there are problems in processing project for the lack of standardized business process. The purpose of this study is to provide common business process of urban regeneration projects for stakeholders to improve understanding project business process through analyzing association way of urban regeneration project and modeling business process by BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) method. And also it is expected to improve communication between stakeholders and to shorten project time through prompting project participation with the proposed business process.

PMO(Project Management Office)는 해당 영역의 프로젝트를 조정된 중앙 통제 방식으로 관리하기 위하여 필요한 다양한 책임을 배정받은 조직, 부서나 주체를 말하며, 프로젝트 관리 지원 기능을 제공하는 일부터 직접적인 프로젝트 관리에 이르기까지 다양한 책임을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PMO 제도 도입에 따른 성공적인 공공 정보화 사업 완수를 위해 우리나라 PMO 관련 현 법제도 현황을 선행 연구자들에 따른 PMO 기능 분석 종합 자료와 미국의 표준화된 프로젝트 관리 프로세스인 PMBOK(Project Management Body of Knowledge) 관리 지식 영역 프로세스를 적용해 우리나라 현 법제도의 적합성을 비교 분석하였다. 연구 결과로 공공 정보화 사업에서 PMO 제도를 도입함에 있어 우리나라 현 법제도가 공공 정보화 사업의 품질을 높이는데 보완되어야 할 영역들이 요구되었다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 공공 정보화 사업의 PMO 제도 도입 시 법적 제도화와 전문성을 제고하여 성공적인 사업 수행에 도움이 되도록 하고자 한다.

The design-build system is becoming an increasingly preferable alterative to design-bid-build delivering method. In design-build project, however, a large construction company and design firm make up consortium as a design-build contractor rather than single company performs design and construction work. In this case, usually the construction companies take a leading role but due to their lack of managerial know-how in the design-build system, they could miss the merits of this approach. Therefore, it is necessary to investigated throughly the function and information flows all over the design-build project. In this research suggests a process model and database in the whole phase of design-build project. This process model and database system will also support to Improve the consistency of functional process and minimize incoherent activities in each phase of design-build project.

방위사업청은 방위력개선업무의 투명성, 효율성, 전문성을 제고하는 한편, 방산 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 "통합사업관리정보체계" 구축 사업을 추진 중이다. 동 체계는 전사적개념으로 국방사업관리 전반에 BPM을 적용한 최초의 사례로서, 이의 적용을 통해 업무정보의 효율적인 공유, 신속한 업무처리, 효율적인 협업 및 의사소통이 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 "통합사업관리정보체계"에 BPM을 도입하는 과정을 소개하는 한편, 이를 통한 업무에 대한 면밀한 분석 및 통합, 업무 프로세스의 표준화 및 체계 구현 결과를 기술하고, 동 체계내 BPMS 구축과정에서 발생한 이론과 실제의 차이와 교훈, 발전방향을 도출한다.

프랜차이즈 사업에 있어서 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 고객의 편의 제공 및 프랜차이즈의 수익 구조에 큰 영향을 준다. 프랜차이즈 사업에 있어서 중요한 점은 다양하게 존재하는 지역 정보들을 효과적으로 이용하는데 있다고 할 것이다. 현재 국내 사이트에서 구축되어 있는 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 분리된 해당 지역 정보만 제공하고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 통합된 체계의 정보 서비스가 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문의 부 프로세스에서는 지역 사업을 하는 데 있어 필요로 하는 다양한 지역 정보를 데이터 베이스화하고 그에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 UI(User Interface)를 제공하고, 또한 상점에서 사용하는 사용자 프로그램의 개발과 상점의 특성을 파악하여 그에 맞는 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 부 프로세스의 개발의 기반 구조가 되는 관리자 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 즉, 지역 사업을 함에 있어 초기 데이터 구축 및 사업권 영역의 확장 및 관리라는 측면을 고려할 때 각 지역을 관리하게 될 MF(Master Franchise)와 F(Franchise)가 협력하여 현지의 현실감 있는 정보를 즉 시적으로 반영하며 구축해 나갈 수 있는 관리자 시스템을 개발한다.
