It has been recognized that in keeping the national defense capability on a leading edge, not only the continued production of weapon systems but also the associated maintenance and upgrades are becoming the subjects of great importance. Based on systems engineering process, the domestic acquisition programs for weapons systems led by DAPA have made some advancement where both new systems development and systems upgrade have attracted attention. On the other hand, as a useful type of domestic acquisition the foreign purchase program has been conceived as a process of simply buying needed weapons from abroad. Therefore, if some degree of development is necessary in system upgrades by foreign purchase, many problems turned out to exist. To study a remedy is the objective of this paper. The issues are analyzed first and then a relevant process is proposed based on a systems engineering method. Also included in the improved process is on how to generate a requirement document and the corresponding template to meet the goals of the upgrades by development. By applying the proposed process and template in the foreign purchase upgrade programs, derivation of more appropriate requirements can be expected, thereby offering effective management of programs and target goals.

In this paper, we analyzed the business process and management characteristics of the university financial support project to define the function for the integrated information management system of the university financial support project. To this end, we reviewed the characteristic and business process of university financial support project and defined six common functions. In order to establish an integrated system applying the derived functions, the first things to be done need to standardize the business management system considering integration and to arrange the accounting regulations. Based on the functions and implications defined from this paper, we think that it will be helpful to design an integrated information management system for university financial support project.

최근 IEC61850 기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템의 구축이 국내 외적으로 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국내에서는 한국전력공사를 중심으로 총 3차의 시범사업을 진행하였고, 현재 4차 시범사업을 추진 중이다. 2005년 한국전력공사 주관으로 수행중인 연구과제의 성과물로 송전선로 보호용 IED를 제외한 보호, 제어 IED의 국산화가 완료되어, 외산 IED와 함께 4차 시범사업에 활용되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 국내에서 추진되고 있는 변전소 자동화 시스템은 스테이션버스 레벨의 시스템이며, IEC 61850기반 프로세스버스 레벨의 시스템 구축을 위한 연구는 아직 진행중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로세스버스 레벨의 송전선로보호를 위해 선행되어야 할 문제점에 대해 논하고, 그 중 차동보호계전에 필요한 프로세스버스 기반의 위상각 차 보상장치 및 방법을 제시한다.

New companies expecting market penetration by adopting technology commercialization process could face high uncertainty and constraints. In particular, ICT-based firms that enter competitive markets must deal with more complex situations. Although in-depth research has been done to solve the problem, there is still a lack of understanding of how startups' technology commercialization process is successful. To discuss the issue, this paper presents the technology commercialization model and determinants.(policy, finance, work team, organizational culture, overcoming the difficulties etc.) the suitability of the framework. From this analysis it emerged that the sustainability of organizational capabilities is as important as the adherence to the technology commercialization process for companies. As the organizational capacity has decreased, the driving force for technology commercialization has weakened. Therefore, the technology commercialization process does not guarantee the success of the market entry but is understood as a means of market access. If the organizational capacity is not strengthened, there is no successful technology commercialization process.

In recent years, the risks and uncertainties associated with mixed used development in urban regeneration projects which have actively been implemented at home and abroad have been on the rise due to the uncertainties of the initial business plan, difficulty of financing, increase in total cost and schedule delay. To cope with rapid social and economic changes and optimize benefits, a risk-based configuration management process that considers life cycle is required, along with accurate planning in the early stage of the business. In addition, it is necessary to prepare measures that can respond to the evaluation and measurement of the configuration factors in relation to the business process. However, the focus of previous studies on configuration management in the field of construction was mainly on humanities and the sociological aspects such as organization, leadership, ideology and similar concepts. There has been limited research on the process and measurement and evaluation methods for configuration factors required in decision-making on the risks and changes that can occur in the actual project implementation phase. Accordingly, in this study, we defined risk-based configuration factors and developed a process and MECA/3DAM/CII methodology to measure and evaluate these factors so as to carry out systematic configuration management of mixed used development in urban regeneration projects.

Characteristic of decommissioning target facility investigate and understand is very important. because radioactive materials occurs in the decommissioning and dismantling, so it is difficult to use a general dismantling method. Decommissioning nuclear facilities, the characteristics of the target of research to predict the amount of decommissioning waste, decommission projects costing is largely utilized. For this purpose, we developed DEFACS(Decommissioning Facility Characterization DB System) that manage characteristic of decommissioning target facility. But nuclear facility decommissioning takes long time. so we inevitably developed system during decommissioning works, it occurs many system changes. For this reason, it is difficult to apply general development process, so we take CBD process that divide CD(Component Development) and CBSD(Component Based Software Development) for handling change of requirement. it make Component of the overall system for changes to minimize changes by strengthening the independence of components and processes due to changes in requirements were to minimize stopping of the process.

Urban area has caused decline of commercial function and infrastructure because of unorganized urban development, and urban regeneration projects have appeared since 2000s in order to solve urban problems. Because urban regeneration projects have a complexation of various use, the complicated business process and unsystematic conduction work, project stakeholders are suffering from problem in conducting project. Therefore, this study suggested the necessity of business system for urban regeneration projects with analyzing situations and stakeholders. Also, this study classified business information through development of BPS in order to make information system of business process in the urban regeneration project and evaluated it after realization for information system based on BPS of urban regeneration projects. Project stakeholders will be systematically provided information about urban regeneration projects through this system and it is expected to accomplish urban regeneration projects effectively.

도시재생종합정보시스템{참고문헌1,2]에서는 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생사업을 수행하는데 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기개발되어진 쇠퇴/잠재력 시스템의 연계/활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계/진단을 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

A renovation project of apartment housing is generally divided into four stages: Project inquiry stage, planning and feasibility stage, design stage and construction stage. Currently, procedure and managerial technique for a remodeling project has not been systematically established so that many companies have difficulty in doing their business. In particular, the design stage in participant which a project managers, designers, residents and engineers is more complicate than the other stages in terms of roles and working procedure. The design documents can be found trial and error if it is not well managed. The insufficient design caused by lack of ability to efficiently utilize information obtained during the stage and inappropriate decision-making not only results in diverse problems in the construction stage but also makes people suspect satisfaction and reliability on the remodeling improvements. Therefore the design stage is very significant issue on the renovation project. As the consequence, the design stage of a remodeling project is so important that it should be carefully managed, and composite understanding of the process to be executed. To do this, we provide roles and responsibility of each participant in the design stage and analyze the process where information is utilized in design stage. The information is analyzed in terms of input, tool and output.
