본 대학에서는 2001 재정지원사업 중 특성화 프로그램으로 "수원.화성지역 정보화 지원을 위한 원격교육센터 구축" 사업을 추진하고 있다. 총 4단계로 계획된 본 계획의 제1단계로 구축할 시스템의 프로토타이핑을 수행하는 것을 2001년도 사업 목표로 정하고 추진하였다. 본 사업은 인터넷정보과에서 추진하고 있으며 학과가 처한 여러 가지 상황에 대처하기 위한 일종의 생존 전략중 하나이다. 구상하고 있는 시스템은 완전 분산형을 추구하고 있으며 향후 확장성이나 시스템 구축의 효율을 고려하여 분석 및 설계단계에서는 UML을 기반으로하는 RUP방법을 채택하고 있으며 구현부분에서는 시스템 구성 요소를 분해하여 컴포넌트화 하고 있다. 또한 모든 문서화는 ETRI에서 제공하고 있는 방법론인 마르미 III를 채택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 구축중인 시스템에 대한 배경에서 향후 계획까지 포괄적으로 소개하여 향후 유사한 프로젝트를 구상하고 있는 조직이나 개인에게 도움을 주고자한다.도움을 주고자한다.

기술로 세계 시장을 선점하기 위한 정부의 전략기술개발 사업인 '21세기 프런티어 연구개발사업'이 추진 3년만에 조금씩 성과를 나타내고 있다. 프런티어 사업은 현재 총 19개 과제로 10년간 연구가 진행되는 장기과제로 구성되어 있다. 연구개발은 과학기술부와 민간이 공동으로 수행하며 여러 연구 주체가 참여한다. 과제별로 사업단이 구성돼 총괄, 지휘, 통합하는 역할을 한다. 그 첫 번째로 1단계 연구를 끝낸 '지능형 마이크로시스템 개발사업' (사업단장 박종오, 한국과학기술연구원)의 성과와 전망을 알아본다.

SW산업 창업인프라 지속 확충. 7천억원 투자 차세대 핵심기술 6대 분야 전략적 개발. 정보통신 100여개 중소.벤처기업 육성 대기업 대체보완 사업 등 통신과 전파자원의 이용촉진사업에 대국민통신비밀보호 강화. 위성궤도.주파수 등 국제 배분 전파자원의 최대한 확보. 통신위성 국산화 사업 등을 중점 사업으로 하고 있다. 이에 정통부의 2000년 주요 업무 계획 4개 사업부문의 내용을 원문 그대로 게재한다.

Recently one of interest concern in domestic housing market is to reduce the difference of supply and demand. Exact demand estimation by accurate demand region is a essential cue to reduce the gap. This empirical study compared the data of housing subscriber's real address with estimated demand area on household movement, which are applied by advanced studies. This empirical case data is related to 3 housing development districts in metropolitan area. As a result, This study found that the real demand area has a more widened coverage compared with those of household movement one. For to establish exact demand area, we found, more complementary considerations should be taken. Especially some factors such as distance between a project site and downtown of Seoul Metropolitan City, locational competitiveness on main demand and behind demand, and development scale are more considerable variables. In additionally, we found the demand areas are influenced by housing rental types, sizes and the real estate business trends. And also, this study found those factors should be considered with housing price and locational competitiveness.

Industry for artificial joint is a complex one based on various technologies, including mechanics, biotechnology, material engineering, and medicine which are connected closely. This industry has been already known to a higher value-added business, and as going into an aging society, is expected a market growth. Also, it is a knowledge based component industry and each components assembled into product is almost all import items. This characteristics made many small and medium and venture enterprises participate in this area. For these reasons, it is needed a government's promotion. In this study, commercialization environment was analyzed and then commercialization items and strategies was figured out. Firstly, three factors for need, environment, technology were analyzed and then growth drivers growth restraints were provided. Secondly, items and strategies for commercialization were analyzed based on needs and trends of technology. Commercialization opportunities are expected to be created based on strategies following as; building a integrated technology development system, making a public opinion, strengthening a marketing, entering into niche market, B2B strategies etc.

The food R&D operating system needs to be changed according to the changes in the food industry as well as the domestic and overseas environments. In this aspect, a future-oriented food R&D operating strategy linked with the governmental policy are proposed to foster the promising food industry. The strategic R&D approaches are summarized on the basis of global mega-trends and food industry trend analysis, and current R&D status and issues are also reviewed to set the R&D operating direction for future food industry. To advance the R&D operating system of the food industry, some practical suggestions are given as follows: strengthening the research planning system for efficient R&D program operation, enhancing the role assignment and collaboration among the R&D organizations, reinforcing the support system tailored to industrial sites and securing the future technology bases as well as resolving present issues, and linking R&D programs with policies and improving the food R&D management system.

This study analyzed the important factors in service quality for public usage of national R&D facilities and equipments, and, using those factors, performed the importance-performance analysis for several national R&D programs in order to examine what service quality factors should be concentrically improved in each programs. Additionally, the in-depth interview with program managers and R&D facility experts was performed to realize the managerial issues subject to the characteristics of programs regarding the national R&D public facility management. As the results, this study made some political suggestions such as the reformation of promoter's role regarding the formulation of the government policy to support those programs. For example, it is more suitable for colleges as the subject of programs to be invested for self-research purpose rather than public usage, for independent corporation to be centered on the more general and common production fields, and for the government R&D agencies on the leading and special technical fields.

■ G28가 전자정부 구현에서 차지하는 중요성은 대부분의 선진국들이 전자정부구현의 기본 과제로서 G2B를 추진하고 있는 것에서 잘 알 수 있음 - 미국, 영국, 호주, 싱가포르는 교육, 고용, 의료, 전자조달, 기업서비스, 사회 보장 등 다양한 영역에서 전자정부 사업을 추진하고 있으며, G2B의 경우 모든 국가가 공통적으로 추진하고 있는 과제임- 미국의 경우, 연방정부와 지방정부의 85%이상이 향후3년 내에 전자조달 시스템을 구현 할 계획을 가지고 있으며, 상담수의 정부 기관은 이미 이러한 시스템을 갖추고 있음 ■ 민간 부문을 살펴보더라도, e-Business의 이니셔티브로서 구현이 신속하고 용이하며, 가장 큰 효과를 창출할 수 있다는 측면에서 전자조달을 우선적으로 추진하는 경우가 많이 나타남(중략)
