The purpose of this study is to present implications for effective operation of domestic school-based mental health services by comparing those in Singapore the United States, Australia. Based on reviewing the public data and previous article, researchers conducted a comparative study on the background, history, goal, and managing process of overseas and domestic organizations. The result of comparison in overseas cases suggests that the foundation of school-based mental health project was laid with the national health plan and detailed frame work for implementation. It was also discussed that domestic school-based mental health project is still in introduction stage, while foreign services were delivered efficiently through the leading agency and the cooperation between government ministries and institutions were active. It suggests that cooperation between government ministries, preparation of an effective operating system, and various approaches for students, guardians and teachers are need for domestic school-based mental health project.

In this paper, the effect of government corporate support projects on corporate growth was analyzed, and the effect on corporate financial performance or non-financial performance was empirically analyzed by using the growth stage as a modulating variable in government support activities. As a result, it was analyzed that government corporate support had a significant effect on financial performance, non-financial performance, and use of government support, and that the moderating effect of the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance. Taken together, the research results showed that government corporate support had a positive effect on corporate performance, the growth stage had a positive (+) effect on both financial and non-financial performance, and the impact on financial performance was even greater. Accordingly, government support projects must be supported according to each company's growth stage, and during the decline, companies need to provide customized support according to the state of the company through industry and corporate analysis, and it is expected to be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the government's business support project.

Because of a wide range of performance and diversity of project and uncertainty caused by complexity and a number of stakeholder, conflict occur necessarily in Urban generation including large-scale and many project which do the same time, for long time. so active conflict management which recognized risk before the fact and deal with conflict is necessarily needed. Therefore, This study is typing conflict cases and indicating critical conflict type through analysis on conflict case about process and stakeholder of urban generation to offer information which is referred to finding a solution when conflict occur by forecasting conflict that can occur before the fact.

The construction management has been applied for the first time in South Korea on the New Catholic Medical Center. The construction of the project has been controlled and managed by the CMr, as Client's agent from the very beginning stage of construction when the block plan is being established by the Contractor's design consultant. As CMr generally gets involved in the project throughout the entire construction phases on behalf of the Client, Parsons Brinckerhoff has been delivering high quality solutions that satisfy the Client's requirements in Pre-construction stage and also brought practical and innovative engineering solutions in a time and cost effective method. The objective of this case study is to describe works executed by CMr in Pre-construction stage ; and, analyze the positive effects by applying CM to the project. Therefore, it is anticipated that CM procedure might be introduced and adapted to the up-coming hospital construction projects.

수문관측자료 운영 개선방안에 대한 연구(2006, 김휘린, 조효섭)에서 건설교통부 한강홍수통제소에서 수행하고 있는 수문관측자료를 대상으로 하여 관측, 기록, 전송, 품질관리, DB구축 및 정보화의 5단계로 임의 분류하고 각 단계별 현황을 파악하여 문제점을 검토하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이는 적극적으로 수용되어 수문관측자료 운영에 대해 개선을 시도하였으며 본 논문에서는 이를 간략히 소개하고자한다. 첫째, 관측소 점검 대장이 조사과와 전기통신과로 이분화되어 있고 각 관측소별로 점검대장이 비치되어 있으나 이를 수기로 작성하고 있으며 자료의 업데이트 및 과거점검대장의 DB 구축과 비전산화를 지적한 바 있다. 이에 '물관련시스템 DB연계 사업'을 통해 수기로 작성된 관측시설 점검대장을 전부 DB로 구축하였고 이를 총괄하여 관리 및 점검사항을 업데이트할 수 있는 관측시설 점검대장 관리 및 입력 프로그램을 구축하였고 현재 한강홍수통제소에서 시험 운영 중에 있다. 향후 보완이 끝난 후에는 낙동강, 금강, 영산강 홍수통제소에도 확대 설치 및 운영을 실시할 예정이다. 둘째, 수문자료의 품질관리에 있어서 전산시스템에 의한 완전 자동화는 실현하기가 어려울 뿐 아니라 바람직하지 못한 결과를 가져올 수 있으므로 담당자의 수동 검토 및 처리과정은 필수적이라고 논한 바 있다. 그 후 수문자료품질관리T/F팀(조사과, 전기통신과, 하천정보센터)이 구성되었고, 홍수기 오 결측자료 발생 확인, 긴급대응 촉구, 이상치 발생원인 추정 및 대책 마련 등 고품질 수문자료를 생성하기 위해 노력하였다. T/F팀 활동사항은 타홍수통제소에서도 벤치마킹이 되고 있다. 보다 정확한 댐운영자료 공유방안을 위한 관련기관과의 협력회의가 개최되어 품질관리된 자료의 정보 공유시기, 공유방식, 자료형태 등이 결정되었다. 이는 유관기관간 품질관리된 댐운영자료의 효율적인 정보 공유체계 확립을 위한 체계를 마련하는 계기라고 사료된다. 또한, 유량측정사업 결과를 익년에 반영하는 기존 방식을 개선하기 위해 유량자료관리및분석시스템(프론티어사업에서 수행, 한국건설기술연구원 개발)을 통제소내에 설치 운영을 추진하고 있다.

The study and techniques of system engineering have been applied to various fields including space-air, national defense division in advanced countries. Korea is currently in the early stages of introducing system engineering scheme in railway system and national defense division restrictedly. As theory and application of system engineering covers a wide scope, documents management and requirement analysis technology applied to establishment of standard and core unit development of the research target. The techniques which are historical management and trace among standards for establishment of standard are introduced using SE tools and participating agencies shared the information by constructing of database from all documents which are generated from the project. Through the functional analysis of the requirements for the intelligent station monitoring system in basic design stage, established requirements are verified and will be made official announcement as standard of the intelligent station monitoring system.

본 연구에서는 위성영상 활용 지능형 재난관측·감시 기술 개발을 목적으로 위성영상과 멀티소스(CCTV, 항공영상, 공공DB 등)와의 연계·융합을 통해 재난상황관리의 정확도 향상과 위성영상 활용성 제고 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 위성영상 수집·배포시스템으로부터 전달되는 위성영상과 멀티소스의 연계 융합을 통한 재난상황정보의 표출을 목적으로 상황판연계 표출시스템 가동 절차와 위성영상 수집을 통한 위험탐지 알고리즘과의 연계를 위해 재난상황업무 기반 시스템 가동절차를 수립하고, 위기관리표준 매뉴얼 상 상황업무절차를 적용해 예비설계를 진행하였다. 상황실 실무자 설문을 통해 작성된 시스템 요구사항과 규격서를 기반으로 상황업무절차를 적용해 먼저업무시스템 설계를 진행하였다. 평시에는 GIS통합상황판에서 관리됨을 전제로 위성영상 수집에 대한국가적 예산 투입 측면을 고려해 중대본 설치가 필요한 대형재난 발생상황을 가정하여 상황판연계·표출시스템의 가동되도록 설계하였다. 또한, 위성영상 분석을 통한 피해위험도와 재난이력통계 등 멀티소스와 중첩한 결과를 실시간으로 표출함에 따라 상황실근무자는 재난확산 여부를 판단하고, NDMS를 통해 재난상황을 전파할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 상황판연계 표출시스템의 원활한 데이터 입/출력을 위해 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스 정의, 유스케이스 ID(요구기능)와 1:1 또는 1:n매칭을 수행하여 재난유형 및 분석단계별 클래스를 정의하였다. 정의된 클래스는 유스케이스인 요구기능과 매칭을 수행하였고, 시스템 가동절차 중 피해위험도분석, 재난이력통계, 중첩결과표출, NDMS 상황전파에 대한 상황업무절차를 기반으로 산불·홍수·산사태·대설·태풍 총 5종의재난별 시퀀스를 설계하였다. 마지막으로 화면정의서와 UI/UX설계서를 기반으로 Figma를 통해 시스템구동화면을 사전에 모의하였다. 향후, 진행되는 연구에서는 위성영상과 멀티소스를 연계한 화면을 실체화하여 더욱 정확한 재난상황관리가 가능하도록 NDMS 연계 상황판 표출 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The paper provides an approximate cost estimating model that can be used for tunnel. Based on the previous study analyzed critical factors that have impact on tunnel construction cost, this paper establishes a cost variance index table that reflects the cost impacts due to the change of the critical cost factors. An estimating procedure is described utilizing the index table. For the verification of the suggested model, the comparison of the estimated construction cost with real project cost is performed. The estimated results range from 95%~111% of the real project costs. As an approximate tunnel cost estimating model, the model can be utilized to quickly estimate tunnel construction costs based on the conceptual information at the planning stage and to efficiently make a decision on design alternatives.

We should select suitable application research project to carry out e-Science research in successfuly and make the reseach implement plan such as developing component technology and preparing infrastructure. On this study, the e-Science projects pool will be composed from technology forecasting and national R&D projects and evaluated the project by making evaluation models.

국가차원으로 R&D 성과제고를 위한 노력이 다각적으로 추진되고 있으며, 2015년5월 정부연구개발 (R&D) 혁신방안 세부실행계획 발표로 이의 추진이 가속화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 R&D 성과제고를 위한 첫 실행단계로 현재 R&D 기획 프로세스의 문제점을 분석하고, 연구 개발의 질적 수준을 높이기 위해 추격형 R&D 사업 위주의 국가 연구개발사업이 선도형 R&D 사업으로 전환되는 과정에서 제일 중요한 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략(안)을 제안하고자 한다. 더불어 미래 도전 ICT 기술 발굴 전략의 한 예로 2014년부터 ETRI에서 수행하고 있는 ETRI SRA (Strategic Research Area) 발굴 프로세스에 대하여 알아본다.
