0 현 철도조직의 운영 실태는 지능식 조직에 따른 수직적 계통의식의 심화로 부문간 협조체계가 미흡하고, 경영성과에 대한 책임소재가 불분명하며, 원가의식이 희박한 것으로 진단하고 있음 0 공사화를 계기로 시장원리에 의한 책임경영 확보를 위해 조직구조를 포함한 경영체제를 다음과 같이 개편할 계획임 0 조직구조는 현 조직을 전면 해체하여 사업부제 구조로 개편하고자 함 기본구조는 본사스랩, 사업본부, 직할기관, 지사 및 정비창 그러고 현업 기관으로 구성하되, 사업본부는 철도업무의 핵심 기능별로 영업, 시설, 건설, 차량 및 사업개발본부로 구분하며, 현재의 지방청 및 현업소속도 본부별로 재편할 계획입 0 사업본부간에는 경영성과 및 책임의 영확회를 위해 내부거래시스댐을 도입하여 상호견제와 선의의 경쟁의식을 제고시키고자 함 O 한편, 경영평가시스템을 활성화하여 부문별 성과중 부진사항에 대한 원인분석과 사후대책 수립에 활용하며, 평가의 결과에 따라 인센티브 브를 제공할 것임 0 위와같은 개편체제를 통하여 구성원들의 성과개선 의식을 함양하고, 기반이 구축된 후 중장기적으로는 외주화, 자회사화등을 통한 가벼운 조직을 추구할 것임 0 포한, 업무전산화.자동화등 운영시스댐을 정비하고, 미래의 성장 목표언 비전을 명확히 제시하여 의식 및 업무수행 스타일의 개혁을 유도하며, 철도가 생활.문화.정보의 Center로서 역할을 수행할 수 있는 철도문화를 개발.창조하고자 함

The purpose of this study is to develop meta evaluating indicators for Defense R&D Programs in Korea. At first, the four components of this meta evaluation model were designed, which are evaluation context, evaluation input, evaluation process, evaluation output. And fifty two indicators were developed for this meta evaluation. Basic model of meta evaluation was derived from the literature review and brain storming. And this meta evaluation model was determined by adapting the result of experts who performed evaluations for Defense R&D Programs in recent years. Factor Analysis method was used to verify the validity of meta evaluation model. The survey of fifty three members turned out that Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ was over 0.6 in evaluation components and items. And the reliability of evaluation context was 0.877, that of evaluation input was 0.755, that of evaluation process was 0.755, that of evaluation output was 0.755 respectively. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used in assigning the evaluation weight. The survey of twenty two members showed that the Consistency Ratio was 0.09 in evaluation components and items.

우리나라의 건강증진사업은 1995년 국민건강증진법을 제정하면서 시작되었다. 동법의 제정과 더불어 보건소법을 지역보건법으로 전면개정하면서 보건소를 지역주민의 평생건강관리 중추기관으로 육성하기 위한 노력을 하였다. 지역보건소는 보건의료전달 체계에서 일차의료를 담당하고 있기 때문에 접근성이 좋고, 국가주도의 사업을 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 지난 1999년도부터 3년간 각 시도별로 1개소씩 건강증진거점보건소를 선정하여 건강증진시범사업을 실시한 후 그 사업성과를 평가하고, 2002년도 하반기부터 전국의 100개 보건소에 150억 규모의 예산을 투입하여 건강증진사업을 추진하도록 기금을 지원하고 있는 것은 건강증진사업을 보건소를 중심으로 활성화하기 위한 실질적인 노력으로 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Gyeonggi province book sharing regular delivery project for pre-schoolers in 2021, analyze the problems of the project, and suggest improvement measures to help the preparation of policies for the promotion of reading culture in Gyeonggi province. As a result of the survey, the necessity and satisfaction of the project were found to be very high for both the caregivers and the reading coaches. In particular, in the case of caregivers, the higher the amount of reading after the project, the higher the need for and satisfaction with the project. It was found that they wanted to participate in programs such as regular book delivery. Even in the convergence of expert opinions, it was evaluated that there was a positive change in the perception of parenting by reading by caregivers, and that the necessity and satisfaction of this project were very high due to the development of infant-parent interaction. However, in the self-evaluation of the project manager and the implementing organization, it was evaluated that better results could be achieved only when the project was carried out through thorough planning and preparation in advance. Through this, for the continuity of Gyeonggi province regular delivery of children's book packages, improvement plans were presented and Gyeonggi-do's reading culture promotion policy was proposed.

한국원자력연구소에서는 80년대 말부터 1996년까지 저준위 방사성 영구처분 연구사업을 수행한 바 있으며 2000년부터는 국가원자력중장기연구개발사업의 일환으로 한국원자력연구소와 한국수력원자력주식회사가 동굴 처분 관련 안전성 평가 연구를 공동 수행하고 있다. 본 기술 보고에서는 그 동안 개발된 연구 개발 성과들을 중심으로 중저준위 방사성폐기물 처분장 장기 안전성 평가에서 고려되어야 할 요소들과 현재까지 정립된 안전성 평가 방안들에 관하여 정리하였다.

The performance of the construction project is to be evaluated within 60 days of completion, according to relevant laws. It evaluates cost, construction period, design change, re-construction, safety, etc. for each project stage. And the project owners are inputting the evaluation results of the construction work into the construction project information system(CALS). The post-evaluation result information entered in this way can be referred to in the basic design of the construction project by referring to the related contents if there is a similar construction in the future. And It can also be used to predict and respond to the required period and cost by analyzing the accumulated data. In this study, in order to provide reference data that can be used in similar projects in the future, the latest analysis methods are reviewed and the possibility of future application is considered. Accordingly, this study intends to focus on the construction cost part among the indicators such as construction cost, construction period, design change, and re-construction that are currently being dealt with in post evaluation.

국가기술개발사업으로서 원자력연구개발중장기계획사업을 성공적으로 수행하며 동시에 기술사회상호결정론 관점에서 원자력기술 개발, 이용에 따른 사회적 영향을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 원자력기술의 개발 이용의 국가 사회발전에 공헌도를 높일 수 있는 원자력 기술평가 접근방법을 제시하였다. 기술평가의 개념과 방법론의 발전과정을 분석하여 국내원자력 기술개발에 적합한 기술평가 방법론을 제시함으로써, 향후 예상되는 원자력기술평가에 대응하며 원자력사업의 당위성과 추진의 효율성을 높이는데 기여하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance evaluation index for a salt reduction project. Questionnaires were developed in order to investigate salt reduction programs nationwide. The evaluation index and programs were analyzed through the case study of a salt reduction program in public health centers. The validity of the salt reduction program's evaluation index was determined based on study of the Delphi survey and on discussion with nutrition and health care professionals. The Delphi survey showed that daily salt intake was the most valid nutritional evaluation index. Stroke mortality and stomach cancer mortality were good health care evaluation indexes. The method for measuring salt intake that had the greatest validity was a 24-hour urine collection. However, 24-hour urine collection had the lowest score for ease of performance. The combined scores of validity and ease of performance showed that the survey method for dietary attitude and dietary behavior, dietary frequency analysis (DFQ 15), and a salty taste assessment, in that order, were proper methods. The high reliability of the salty taste assessment indicated that the percentage of the population that exhibits proper salt intake (2,000 mg sodium or less daily) and the percentage of the population that consumes low-salt diets as nutritional evaluation indexes also will be helpful to evaluate performance of salt reduction programs.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze the performance of major reading culture promotion projects implemented in Goyang City, in preparation for the establishment of the 2nd Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan in Goyang City. To achieve this research objective, this study analyzed various literature and statistical data, identified the reading culture environment in Goyang City, and determined whether major projects implemented according to the 1st Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan established in 2017 were promoted. In addition, a survey was conducted among librarians in Goyang City by constructing a questionnaire to evaluate the promotion performance of actual relevant projects. Then, by aggregating the data on the reading culture environment in Goyang City, the evaluation results of the reading culture promotion projects obtained from the survey among librarians, and the results of the opinions on the reading promotion projects of the reading surveys of Goyang citizens in the previous relevant study, six major policy directions were proposed to be considered in the establishment of the 2nd Comprehensive Reading Culture Promotion Plan in Goyang City.

공공부문의 정보화 사업의 중요성에도 불구하고, 공공기관의 정보시스템을 효율적으로 발주 ${\cdot}$ 관리할 수 있는 체계가 정립되어 있지 못할 뿐만 아니라, 정보화사업은 계획 ${\cdot}$ 심의 ${\cdot}$ 사업기획 ${\cdot}$ 사업발주 ${\cdot}$ 사업관리 ${\cdot}$ 성과평가 동의 일련의 발주체계의 전문성 미흡으로 발주자의 사업수행상의 어려움뿐만 아니라 이를 실질적으로 수행하는 수주업체에도 커다란 영향을 미치고 있어 발주기관과 수주업체간의 절차상의 문제발생 사업결과에 대한 책임 한계 불분명 둥으로 법적인 문제가 발생되고 있다. 또한, 국가, 공공기관 등은 모든 사업의 절차가 법과 제도에 근거하여 수행되고 있는데 소프트웨어 등 지식기반사업의 경우에는 법과 제도가 사업의 특성을 반영하지 않아 S/W사업 수행에 어려움이 상존하고 있어, 기술적인 발주 ${\cdot}$ 체계 개선과 더불어 법 ${\cdot}$ 제도의 개선이 요청되고 있다.
